Videocon Land Deal is it another corruption ?
The Maharashtra Cabinet on Tuesday kicked off a storm by allotting 100 hectare of land at “a throwaway price” to Videocon Industries to set up a Rs 8,000-crore fab unit in Navi Mumbai. While the state government justified the move to allot land without auction on the grounds that “the project will bring new technology and a large project to the state”, clearing the sale of the land at a price of Rs 792 crore is way below the going rate in the area.
Several ministers, including revenue minister Narayan Rane, and bureaucrats in the state administration have asserted that had the land been offered through a bidding process, state-run City & Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) would have earned at least Rs 3,000 crore.
The land will be used only for the production of TFT LCDs and display devices. Videocon group chairman Venugopal Dhoot told FE that the project was in the interest of the state and would generate 10,000 jobs.

if this land is the property of minister, would he have sold the land without auction ?

at the governments inability to repair
the bureaucrasts stubborn obstinacy
and their lack of accountability
surrounded by enemies on all sides
has no effect on our netas hides
the many scams and swindles

One more protection to do corruption to govt babus
The Union cabinet approved the introduction of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2008, science and technology minister Kapil Sibal said. The Bill seeks to protect retired government servants as many of them are prosecuted without sanction, he said.
Law enforcing agencies may soon have to secure government permission before proceeding against retired babus. The Centre gave the go-ahead on Friday to changes in the Prevention of Corruption Act to make it mandatory for all investigation agencies to seek prior permission before taking action against retired government employees.
Can we think this way, that goverment officials please go ahead and do courrptionas we the politicans of india will not proscute you after your retirement also.go enjoy courruption .
what you think about this law ,which will make it more difficult to proscute the goverment employees after there retirement also.
the reason said to make this law is that law enforcemnt agencies harras goverment officiers after there retirement so they need protection .

It’s totally myth. Today in India more than 70% population daily income is just 20 Rupees. That is not a single American dollar it’s below the half dollar.
Everyday each city has to face power cut for 4 hours or more.
Everyday villages face power cut for more than 10 hours.

If you go on survey you may find villages without water supply, drainage system and even electricity supply so don’t be surprised।

In this situation when everyday working for 8 hours or 12 hours a person can not earn 1 American dollar. Do you think the country is going to become super power?
Do you think in next 30 years 100% India will be having 24/7 for 365 days electricity. Without power cuts.
Visit villages and know the reality, farmers are committing suicides now and then what you see in zee TV or star TV in Hindi serials is just a drama like super hero movie.
But still we wish and we believe in next 50 years India will be one of the fastest developing country producing great scientists ।

Kerala Govt good initiative : limited children.------- india

Recently government of kerala has decided to limit the population of people in the state.Today india is facing many problems and for every problem population is one of reason or contributes towards it directly or indirectly.But no political party is willing to accept that india needs limit of children per married couple the reason is illitrate politicians, many politicians have more than 2 or 4 or even 6 children.kerala government is planning to punish couples who will have more than 2 children its very good thought.We hope goverment of kerala implements the new thought.new law or like good projects as they are destined to go to dusty cabinets permanantly.or say waste basket.
