Is it international plan to destroy fertile agriculture land in India

Is it international plan to destroy fertile
agriculture land in India?

Every day we read and hear that new factory or manufacturing unit is opening in xyz city but did you ever observed in which area and on which type of land the factory or manufacturing unit is opening?

To start a new company or factory a land is required.
To start a new company or manufacturing unit or factory any type of land is ok and good.

But for agriculture and farming a fertile land is required and must it is the necessity.

India is agriculture country.

Now did you observe that now a days from private companies to government of India
Everyone is behind agriculture land.

We want to build a Road, for that need a fertile agricultural land.
No attempt to make plan which will save fertile land of poor farmers.

We want to start a car making unit for that need a fertile agricultural land.
No attempt to make plan which will save fertile land of poor farmers.

We want to start a nuclear plant for that need a fertile agricultural land.
No attempt to make plan which will save fertile land of poor farmers.

Like this private and public sector everyone is behind fertile land which is destroying and reducing our food production capacity.

One can not make a non fertile land into fertile land.

So what is the reason public and private sector everyone
when makes a plan to start new company
they do not think about not to use fertile agriculture land and make an attempt that
We will not use fertile agriculture land for our nuclear plant or car making unit.

Why government is not making a law that will forbid use of farming land for any purpose other than farming.

100% land in India is not fertile.

When India will lose all the fertile land we will become a country where there is everything but no basic necessities of life
India will become dependent nation on Pakistan, China and Europe, USA everyone

India got everything but no food why no food as no fertile land is in India.
and Reason is India destroyed its fertile land by starting manufacturing units and factories on the agriculture fertile land.

Why government is allowing this?

Is this international plan to make and keep India a beggar nation forever?

Just think for the future

Which Indian City has One Urinal for 9100 Citizens?

Which Indian City has One Urinal for 9100 Citizens?

According to the urban development norms and rules there should be one public urinal per 100 citizens, but the situation in Pune city is different.

In Pune city there is only one urinal for 9100 Pune Citizens.

As per 2008 records Pune got only 352 public urinals for whole city , for all the people of Pune including females.
But the in demolition drives many were damaged or removed thus current accurate number is not available.
But it is guaranteed that the number is below 352 public urinals for whole Pune city.

World is going towards Green, But PMC is planning to install and build Plastic urinals.
PMC had floated a tender for erecting proper urinals two years ago now I do not know exactly what happened to this proposal.

As per the BOT proposal, a private firm will erect the urinals and maintain them on a day-to-day basis in return for advertising rights from the PMC.

Currently Public Interest Litigation that is PIL is pending before the Bombay high court relating to the condition of public urinals in Pune city.

Benazir Bhutto murder mystery solved assassins arrested: Rehman Malik Pakistan Interior Minister

Benazir Bhutto murder mystery solved assassins arrested:
Rehman Malik Pakistan Interior Minister

Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that the assassins of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto have been arrested and the facts of the case will be made public soon

"We have all the information about the assassins of Benazir Bhutto regarding where they came from, the car they used, where they stayed and where the plot was hatched,"

The Nation quoted Malik, as saying while talking to media persons after the inauguration ceremony of a passport office in Gujjar Khan, Rawalpindi.

The Benazir assassination investigation report would be first presented before the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), which would decide whether the report should be made public or not.

Former military ruler Pervez Musharraf has also been implicated in the Benazir murder case, and has been served a non-bailable arrest warrant thrice in this regard, but has failed to appear before the court so far.

The assassination of Benazir Bhutto occurred on 27 December 2007 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Benazir Bhutto had just addressed a rally of Pakistan Peoples Party supporters in the city of Rawalpindi when the rally was rocked by a blast.
Bhutto was leaving the rally when the attack occurred.
Gun shots were fired at Benzir Bhutto after a political rally at Liaquat National Bagh, and a suicide bomb was detonated immediately following the shooting.
She was declared dead at 18:16 Pakistan Time at Rawalpindi General Hospital.

Investigation by Scotland Yard found that while gunshots were fired,
They were not the cause of death, agreeing with the Interior Ministry's original assessment that the explosion forced her head into the roof of the vehicle.

Benzir Bhutto left Pakistan because of corruption charges and stayed outside that is in London and Dubai for seven years, after seven years Bhutto returned to Karachi on 18 October 2007 to prepare for the 2008 national elections, allowed by a possible power-sharing deal with President Pervez Musharraf

P Manivannan, An IAS officer works in innovative way to increase honesty and transparency –

P Manivannan, An IAS officer works in innovative way to
increase honesty and transparency –

P Manivannan is an IAS officer in Karnataka. In Karnataka he is famous for his working style, he is task master, and using age old rules also he tries to improve his job, tries to go towards honesty, integrity and transperancy.

Today corruption is rising in India, officials are not ready to allow common citizens to look into their chamber or show them files easily,
Here is the great example of working, which P Manivannan is showing it by doing it and not only talking it.
P Manivannan has installed CCTV in his office, this way Indian citizens can watch him
What he is doing in his office, in his chamber.

He is one of honest IAS officers of India, Karnataka.

The Managing Director of the Bangalore Electricity Supply company Bescom has installed two IP-enabled cameras in his office.
Everything within the four walls of his office is available live on his official website.

The time has come, Government of India should make a law and all the IAS, IPS officers as well as ministers, politicians in their government offices CCTV should be installed.

This way openly no one can pressurize any IAS or IPS officer to do illegal work.

But for this one needs to be honest, and India is rarest thing to find the honest government officers.

Now few will say so what, he will get bribe in hotel or other place.

But don’t know you understand this is the way to work; we have to eliminate one by one all the loopholes where we can stop the corruption.

This is one rule and law which will reduce or stop the corruption of government officers in their offices openly and freely.

This is just the beginning.

WikiLeaks nominated for 2011 Nobel Peace Prize –

WikiLeaks nominated for 2011 Nobel Peace Prize –

A Norwegian lawmaker has nominated WikiLeaks for the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize, saying Wednesday that its disclosures of classified documents promote world peace by holding governments accountable for their actions.

Members of all national parliaments, professors of law or political science and previous winners are among those allowed to make nominations.
Norwegian parliamentarian Snorre Valen announced his nomination of WikiLeaks to the Norwegian Nobel Committee on Feb. 1.
Valen said that by disclosing information about corruption, human rights abuses and war crimes, WikiLeaks is a natural contender for the Nobel Peace Prize,"
Snorre Valen, a representative of the Socialist Left Party (Sosialistisk venstreparti, SV), highlighted WikiLeaks’ work in bringing important and hidden documents to light, as well as the website’s contribution to the debate on freedom of speech and openness in modern society.

How much is the award amount?
10 million kronor ($1.6 million) award.
The prize was endowed by Alfred Nobel, the Swedish inventor of dynamite, who said in his will it was to be awarded to whoever "shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses."

Liu Xiabao was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize last year for his struggle for human rights, democracy and freedom of speech in China.

WikiLeaks got very less chances to win this award.

Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva, Afghan human rights advocate Sima Samar, and several rights groups including U.S.-based Wings of Hope and Cuban opposition movement Damas de Blanco are also on the list.

My own vote will go to wikiLeaks.
Indian Government got the names of 26 corrupt Indians.
But as an Indian we do not have right to know those names.

We are waiting that one day Wikileaks will announce the names, we will know them.
Can any one dare to make those names public?

This is what wikileaks is doing, their life and family is in danger and every government is against them as they know it today its America and tomorrow it will be India or china or any other nation.

We need more people like Wikileaks.

For me it should be crime to hide the government information,
It should not be crime to expose the government or their corruption.
The Founder of the Website Julian Assange is currently under house arrest in London awaiting potential extradition to Sweden

People may say actions of wikileaks are not good, but those actions are to make governments more accountable.
The actions support freedom of speech.

The committee will announce the winner in October.

Reasons - Advantages and Disadvantages of Moving Back to India – From USA or Europe

Reasons - Advantages and Disadvantages of Moving Back to India –
From USA or Europe -

Now a days many times we hear that more and more Indians are coming back to India
, Indian is becoming super power etc.

So what is the reason they come back to India, what are the advantages and disadvantages of moving back to India.

Following are the advantages of Moving back to India –

1.
Can stay with Parents, and help parents in old age also.
In reality I have seen when kids come to India; they send parents to old homes. As they do not need someone to look after their luxury flats.

2.
Kids will learn Indian culture.
In reality I will tell you parents with daughters mainly prefer to come back to India, as the girls become older , culture of Prom and dating , and short skirts , parents become afraid and move back to India. What we learn in childhood is very difficult to forget.

3.
Can afford home servants.

4.
Can afford a driver for car.

5.
Can afford to break rules and earn more money.

6.
Fear of IRS is no more, here in India no need to fear income tax department

7.
Savings in tax. Indian tax laws are useless, American Tax laws and IRS department is so good that very few people dare no to pay taxes.

8.
Celebrate festivals and make environment dirty without any fear of law.

9.
Easy to make the kids Engineer or doctor and save money also.

10.
Few People will say we miss India , we love mother land if possible please check there Passport you may find Real reason No extension of visa or deported

Following are the disadvantages of Moving back to India –

1.
Have to learn the tricks of dishonesty. As in India everything works only if you got connections

2.
Is difficult for daughters and girls to understand Indian culture and Indian school system

3.
No swimming pools and No Libraries and No sports environment

4.
Will learn more about Indian caste , that is racism system

5.
Pollution and Poverty, one mistake and you will also become one of them.

6.
Electricity problems

7.
Rood hole and driving problems as here no one follows the rules, rules are for fools.

8.
Relatives will not trouble , as now a days everyone is glued to mother in law and daughter in law television drama or some lecture of astrology baba , do this and do that and earn more .

9.
Biggest loss of your kids will find it very difficult in future to get American or European or Australian citizenship , very slowly every nation has to stop immigration process and nation which will not stop there future generations will punish those leaders.

10.
Lack of freedom of expression as well as romantic life or freedoms only be limited to bedroom only.

So what you think about these advantages and disadvantages.
If you are planning to move back to India this will help you.

Advertisements , Television, Censor Board and Few Thoughts

Advertisements , Television, Censor Board
and Few Thoughts -

Printing of magazines started in 16th century in Europe.
Advertising began in 17th century.
‘To advertise’ originally meant, ‘to take note of ’ or ‘to mark’. By the beginning of the 18th century, the meaning had changed to ‘persuade’.
Advertising started with oral or drawings etc in beginning.

India’s first news paper a weekly called the Bengal Gazette which was started by James Augustus Hicky on January 29, 1780, had a sub-title Or Calcutta General Advertiser.

In America Penny Press started in 19th century.
In year 1833 The New york sun circulated 1000 copies daily.
In year 1837 the circulation reach to 30 000 copies daily.
For them source of the income was only advertisement which local shop keepers gave and other people.

Volney Palmer of Philadelphia was the first man in the America to start the practice of selling newspaper space to prospective advertisers in 1841, he bought the space from the newspaper and resold it to advertisers and newspapers paid him commission

Advertisement is paid for for photos and sound and music and publicity is free of cost, but now a days in India publicity is also paid for
example is
if producer or director fear that his movie will fail, he will suffer loss , then he will make a phone call to political or social organization and order a riot regarding that movie, so people rush to watch that movie thinking there is adult shot or sensational dialogues.
Later those producers and directors directly or indirectly pay to that organization by giving gifts of happy birthday or giving advertisements in their newspapers or arranging them foreign trips.

My request is be intelligent if Producer of Movie do not go to High court for Justice
then please do not watch that movie , be intelligent and understand that it is publicity stunt.
You will not die if u do not watch one movie.

As per my view advertisement is nothing but a trick to make you aware about something and then make you purchase that thing. The thing may or may not be good for your family.
This does not apply to social service message like reduce population and use condoms.

in France, children are not permitted to endorse products. Children’s products are advertised on TV; nor would there be any child actor to promote the product.
There would not be any singing or speaking that was endorsed by children. Adults may do the promotion.

In India we have rules regarding only sexual activities not allowed On television
and activities which political parties do not like.

Regarding this our judiciary is also same I think.
When movie is passed by Censor Board of India, then how can the act done by Rakhi Sawant or any movie artist in a movie becomes vulgar and court sends her a warrant.

The case should be filed against Censor board not female artist Rakhi or Mamta or Madhuri.

In America they got the Television channels which are free and do not have advertisements.
There is a public service channel, PBS (Public Broadcasting System) wholly free of commercials, besides other pay TV channels without advertising.

In India we are so uneducated that we pay extra for watching television channels, but Indians are not ready to talk, discuss or demand
Pay Television equals to no advertisements.
About Government I have no hope.

Just Hope one day party like MNS will write the letter to television channels then if do not obey then beat the people and then we can watch the advertisement free television channels.

Do you think in India it is possible that good law will be passed and then properly implemented ?

But this happens when political parties like MNS go on road and beat the concern people.
Reason is people have no hope from judiciary.
This is not good for India.
Hope One day judiciary will issue the arrest warrant against top most Indian executive for non performance or corruption or to be mum and chup and silent when someone was robbing our motherland and we suffered lakhs, crores of loss.

actually wanted to use word what happened with Phoolan devi.

Phoolan devi was a female who was raped in India.

Go Green with the Simple Pen Be Environment Friendly – Think

Go Green with the Simple Pen Be Environment Friendly – Think
Go Green with the Simple Pen Be Environment Friendly – Think

From school to collage boys, from clerk to chief executive officer every one uses
A Pen

When I was in school and collage, we used one pen for six months or year, and after that also we did not throw it away, kept it for younger kids or gave it to younger boys and girls.

Now days what is happening
In our schools and collages, a new concept is their,
Use and throw the pen

The Plastic Pen -
The reason is price of the pen is equal to the refill of the Pen

The pen with plastic will cost you Rs. 7 and Refill will cost you Rs.7.

Thus without thinking anything
Everyone throws the pen and buys the new pen,

When I was in school and collage we used to change the refill
Everyone changed the pen when it broke or lost in a school or collage.

Now you will say so what? What one can do with the simple plastic pen and what harm the pen will do?

It is a single pen, Plastic Pen as Price is same, it is better to use the new Pen.

Now let us see this way,

One collage 1 class room = 100 students

Out of this only 50 students purchase the new Pen instead of refill when it is possible for them to change the refill and use that same pen.

How much plastic is required and how many more pens are manufactured as demand is for more Pens and not refill.

Now calculate the number of students. Schools and collages and offices
daily how many new Plastic Pens are bought?

Think how many new Plastic Pens are thrown away and new once are bought.

Each city 10,000 or 25,000 new pens daily think to make those new Plastic Pens
How much Plastic is required?

If you got the point
hope you will change the refill and before Buying the New Plastic Pen you will think about the environment.

When we change the refill , We become Environment Friendly

A simple Pen
Be Smart and Be Green and Environment Friendly Use and Throw –
Think before Throwing – the simple pen

Be little smart and Go Green with the Pen.
Change the refill and not the Pen.
Be Green and Save Environment
