Know the Maharashtra NavNirman Sena Manifesto – Vachaknama 2009
Reality Views by sm -
First time MNS is contesting Vidhan Sabha elections and they have issued there manifesto, for which MNS is using word Vachaknama in Marathi,
Vachaknama in English can be define as fear factor, and fear factor can be of two types,
A fear factor which a son has for his mother and father, a fear factor which a student has regarding his teachers in school, this Vachaknama , fear factor comes through respect for that person.
2nd Fear factor is fear of criminals, he will beat me if I do not obey him, he will kill me or my family or he will trouble my family, is the 2nd type of fear factor, which terrorist organizations also create in minds of society.
Let’s see in the future which type of fear factor; Vachaknama MNS will create in the maharashstra state and its people.
Again Vachaknama can be defined as controlling hand , a someone who will see that unlawful activities will not be done by anyone, if found done it will be corrected with strictness. Vachaknama is a type of order written or unwritten that no one dares to break or go against that rules and norms.
Here I hope the same rules will be applied for the own kids as well as kids of other political parties. Every mistake will be punished then it may have been done by dear ones.
Let’s see the Vachaknama of MNS.
MNS manifesto has eleven points.
1- Employment – MNS will see that all the laws regarding employment will be followed so local boys and girls will get the job.
2- Unauthorized and illegal construction will not be tolerated in any case. MNS will see that illegal migrant will be send back to there own states using the current laws. MNS will see that Low cost housing schemes will be started by Government. MNS will rigorously follow up with the government for setting up an independent authority for providing ownership housing for the State government employees and the police.
3- Education – MNS will ensure that the local boys and girls who do not get admission into the schools and collages will get admission. MNS will fight to its last breath to ensure that education institutes would give first preference to Marathi students.
4- Water Problem - MNS will see that the rightful amount of water Maharashtra state will get from the Interstate River Water Dispute Tribunal. Available water is nearly 72,395 million cubic meters but Inter-State River Water Dispute Tribunal has allotted only 50,972 million cubic meters of water to the State. So MNS will try and see that state will get more water.
5- Power Generation- Electricity Problem – MNS will see that electricity thefts and distribution losses will be avoided using strict policies. MNS will ensure that a time bound plan to start new power generation projects to increase the states power generation capacity and monitor the same.
6- Help For Farmers – MNS will develop a system whereby seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and credit are available to the farmers at reasonable rates and their produce can be sold at justifiable market rates. MNS will try to establish farmer societies in each village and market rates will be communicated to farmers with the help of information technology.
7- MNS will strive to ensure that the statutory regulations are being implemented to stop the profit making and frauds in the field of medicine .MNS will take up the issue of public health on a priority basis.
8- To rejuvenate the sick small scale units, MNS will strive to improve basic infrastructure facilities availability of credit and human resources as well as look at the need to simplify laws. Maharashtra NavNirman Sena would force the government to decentralize industrial development across Maharashtra rather than in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and prepare and implement a time bound plan for the same.
9- For security of women MNS will see that strict laws will be enforced and seek participation of entire society. So females can move around fearlessly.
10- MNS will see that on a priority basis MNS will attempt to provide quality schooling up to standard X to every student in the state.
11- To improve the use of Marathi Language and its pride MNS has suggested that grants should be given to all Marathi medium schools. Marathi should be made compulsory in every school up to standard X. Government should provide financial support to the shops who sell Marathi literature, cassettes and films and songs. Unicode should be made compulsory on computers to spread use of Marathi. Marathi should be used in the court matters and government offices .MNS will lobby for giving autonomy, grants and facilities to these five institutions , Bhasha Sanchalanalay (Directorate of Language), Rajya Marathi Vikas Sanstha, Sahitya Sanskruti Mandal Vidyapeeth Granth Nirmitee Mandal and Vishwakosh Nirmitee Mandal so that these institutions can function with full steam. MNS will pursue the creation of a post for an independent cabinet level Minister for the spread and growth of Marathi language.

India says goodbye to Voting
India elections 2009 A tragedy or a comedy show:
India says goodbye to voting.
What we learned in this elections as an Indian.
Indian democracy is for rich by rich and a comedy or tragedy show for common Indians.
Salman khan and Pretty Zinta did not vote I don’t know reason I request you when you will support them or watch there movies remember this they didn’t vote for common mans India.
Even Common man of India is shameless, they came they killed us but you slept and enjoyed movies or visited to goa and London to enjoy on the eve of voting day.
Shame on India.
How our parliament will now look?
Now our parliament will look like this all rich people or gundas will be our member of parliament. You will say so what?
Now what happens is that if he is gunda, CBI and police department obey him and they will follow his order and he will continue to do his bad activities and get relief from courts, judiciary as investigating departments will obey and do as he orders.
Now if rich man becomes Member of Parliament what he will do?
He will see that he tax choris , tax cases and frauds be legalized. 2nd is he will get all locations, lands at such a low rate that you can say it is as good as free.
Example is if someone gets land of 1000 crore from government of India in just rupees
200 crore or 40 crore what you will say?
3rd ly he will build the big hotels and malls on the reserved lands of army or reserved land for schools and school grounds, when construction is finished, our government babus will make it legal.
Today you have not voted remember your kids will kick you for this because you have destroyed there life and future by not voting for good candidates.
I wanted to say hey in India we don’t have democracy here, here its mob rule, money rule, power rule .and black mail rules.
What is Indian democracy: A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.
We saw this how many people voted and they like cowards hide in there homes.
I think we don’t need to give the holiday on the day of election on that place companies should see that employee goes and votes then, his manager checks he has voted or not
Then he can go home or work. We don’t deserve holiday on the day of election voting.
Don’t you think when we will get new prime minister he will be like biggest joke, as he is elected by only less than 50% or 45 or 25%?
Indian democracy has become a biggest joke on this earth.
Did you voted? If not Remember you are saying good bye to the good future of your kids .They will say good bye to you one day when you will need there help, why they should live in a corrupt country with corrupt parents.
Corruption is our national religion .I think they need bribes to go to voting booths also.
How much bribe you want corrupt Indians to vote?
What is reason you are not voting if you are not corrupt?
I hope next time Mr. Rich will make such advertisements vote and earn.
Even election commission of India should make bribes legal when they are offered as encouragement to vote, currently they give such notes illegally to uneducated people or slum people .Once it is legal they will give these offers to all Indians, and we will have more than 75% voting in India.

Ministers Politicians Unofficial Interview from Heaven
Question:
Sir why did not you hang the terrorist whom supreme court of India has given death punishment?
Reply from politician:
Because terrorist didn’t kill my son or family. As per constitution it is not compulsory for government to follow all orders of Supreme Court of India. You know court ordered us police reforms in 2006 but still we are not following them or implementing them fully.
Question:
Sir what about your promises which you made before winning election and how you are going to fulfill them?
Answer from politician:
They are just promises, and promises are never fulfilled, just tell me how many political parties fulfilled there promises .it is not compulsory as per law I should work. I should show results to my country men. I am not accountable to anything .I am a political leader I am not responsible for anything nor do I have any accountability and if ever they try to do using some 50 years old laws or public litigation petitions they are useless I will just pay fines or I will get suspended before I get suspended I would have earned billions of dollars. From jail I can contest the elections as I will delay the judicial process not get convicted by honorable court for 8 to 10 years or more and I will win the elections if any body dares to standup against me I will send him death threats and will win the elections from the jail .Police, CID OR CBI will not do anything as they also know I am going to win elections and going to become there ruler there boss. If today they go against me and don’t give me luxury life in jail they know after elections I will make sure that they get suspended, will they reduce to nothing?
Question:
Sir few people say that all police dept, CID and CBI departments are like your personal home servants?
Answer from politician:
Yes its absolutely correct First dept. of police was the servants of British and now they are our servants, as we control there transfers, suspension, promotion and demotion. everything. But please do not call them servants they will be angree so please say sorry now and this is off record ok please do not publish it in your news paper or television otherwise I will cancel your license of news paper as well as television channel understand.
Question:
Sir how do you managed to earn so much money in just 5 years? Sir is it true your family, your mother cleaned the houses of other people, and your father was office boy in a govt dept?
Answer from politician:
Yes correct. When I was child I didn’t get to to eat daily food survived on bread and water. But I joined the politics, used my caste power and got elected and today you see what I got. How I earned money? It is easy as a minister I am authorized to give work to companies Make purchases for government, and our armed forces, police and state etc so I do following things and I earn money. First if company is new I tell them make my son 25% or 10% partner in there company. 2nd is tell the company if they want contract give me 100% commission how does it work?
It’s easy I tell them the real price of this arm is 100 dollars per unit I tell them make it 300 or 500 per unit price and send the quotation I will pass the tender and we all will earn billions. Even I told them they can send second hand arms also its ok with our country men. The thing is I am not responsible for anything no body has power to send me to jail for political corruption. even we ask the bribe to ask the questions in upperhouse.if as a politician I have to sell government land or any anything we don’t call auction we just tell the company that the price of this land is 2000 crore I will sell you this land in 200 crore so we save 1800 crore so give me 200 crore commissions and give 200 crore to my political party and few crore to other small parties So party leaders will be happy and ignore the deal, the corruption. Again as a government we will give you guaranteed that if next government cancels this land deal we guarantee you that as damages you will get 2000 crore so you won’t have losses... After all whatever happens I am a politician I don’t have any accuntbility,i can take openly bribes and wont go to jail or wont be prohibited to contest elections. Last 60 years so many big corruptions happened do you see anybody going to jail? forget it just go to your city and check it you can see there is corruption from road to water everywhere, a road which should be build in a year takes 2 to 5 years of time, why corruption. They plan games and installed CCTV do you see them working, friends its corruption we don’t go to jail for anything. I am tired now please go now, I have to get the massage now but tell the people I went to temple or mosque otherwise tomorrow you wont get my interview understand.
thank you sir for interview ,tomorrow when we should come for next interview session, my secretary will inform you.Dont forget to have a lunch before going home its free ok Don’t worry sir we wont say anything about massage ,we will have lunch before we leave your bungalow.
