Congress leader Kripashankar Singh’s son Narendramohan Singh received Rs.4 Crore from Balwa Company.
DB Realty's Managing Director Shahid Balwa is under the lens of investigative agencies for his alleged role in the 2G spectrum allocation scam and resigned from the
Board of directors of the company after his arrest

DB realty is investigated by CBI in relation with 2G scam.
Dynamix Realty is a subsidiary of D B Realty.
Dynamix Realty deposited Rs. 4.5 crore in the bank account of the son of Congress MLA Kripashankar Singh, facing a court case for allegedly amassing huge illegal wealth

According to documents available with an RTI activist, Sanjay Tiwari,
DB Realty paid Rs. 4 crore to Mumbai Regional Congress Committee chief Kripashankar Singh's son, Narendramohan Singh

On March 18 A Public Interest Litigation PIL was filed in the
Bombay High Court by RTI activist Sanjay Tiwari.
After the PIL was filed this information about 4 crore came into public eye.
The Dynamix Realty paid Rs.4 crore in three installments in 2009.

According to bank documents annexed to a PIL filed in Bombay High Court against the MLA, the statement of Samata Sahakari Bank account in the names of his son Narendra Mohan Singh and daughter-in-law Ankita, showed four deposits made by Dynamix Reality, totaling Rs 4.5 crore during 2008-2009.

The first deposit of Rs 50 lakh was made on August 23, 2008, in the joint bank account of Narendra and Ankita.
The second entry of Rs 2 crore was made on January 1, 2009 in Narendra's account, while the third and the fourth deposits of Rs one crore each (also in account of Narendra) were made on February 10 and 27, 2009 respectively.

The court said, "For instance, in para 9, petitioner has given specific details of bank accounts and mentioned that there were several deposits amounting to Rs 3.3 crores and more than Rs 30 crores were also deposited in the concerned bank accounts.
The total turnover in the said account over a period of two years was about Rs 60 crores. The bank statements are not disputed by Singh and others".

The court noted "When the petition contains serious allegations about inaction on the part of respondents in not taking any action against Kripashankar and his kins and the specific details of bank accounts provided by petitioner, we find it difficult to accept that enquiries cannot be completed in the matter in spite of passage of nine months".

Dynamix Realty has issued a statement in this regard.
The statement is below:
"Dynamix Realty had given a loan to Mr. Narendra Mohan Singh which has been repaid to the company on 12th March 2010."

The Bombay High court has now ordered the Enforcement Directorate,

The agencies were inquiring into allegations, made in a public interest litigation (PIL), of huge unaccounted wealth accumulated by Kripashankar Singh and his family members.

The allegations against Kripashankar Singh link him to the multi-crore rupee money-laundering scam involving former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda.

three investigating agencies the Income Tax department, the Enforcement Directorate and the state Anti-Corruption Bureau submitted their probe report to Bombay High Court.

Bombay High Court Thursday directed investigating agencies not to wait for its orders to probe a case involving his allegedly unaccounted wealth.

You must act as per the law. Please do not wait for our orders,' Chief Justice Shah observed after going through the reports which go into the prima facie findings against Kripashankar Singh.

Shashi Tharoor Quits - Questions for the Congress and BJP –

Shashi Tharoor Quits - Questions for the Congress and BJP –

After the week long drama by the BJP, congress government accepted the BJP demand and asks the Shashi Tharoor to resign from his post of Minister of State for External Affairs and Shashi Throor Resigned from his post.

The controversy over the IPL Kochi franchise and Shashi Tharoor –

Shashi Throor got into serious problems after IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi revealed that Tharoor's friend Sunanda Pushkar had equity stakes in Rendezvous Sports World (RSW), heading the consortium that owns the Kochi team.

It was later disclosed that Pushkar got sweat equity of the value of Rs 70 crore RSW following which the opposition has been gunning for his removal on the ground that it was misuse of office for pecuniary gain.

BJP demanded the explanation from Shashi Throor in the parliament when He tried to give the explanation Opposition parties did not allow him to speak in the parliament.

In this episode, Laws were broken clearly; this is very common in India.

The woman in the question is the girl friend of Tharoor; this became the reason for his removal.

Millions or Billions of food was wasted in the Agriculture department
What you did?

Fraud regarding rice imports and exports what you did?

When your daughters and sons get the land of government in free what you do?

How can government pay the subsidy to make wines?

How can you give contracts to your children and relatives?
Commonwealth games and fast car races?

When you are directly giving the contracts to your own relatives, sons and daughters.
Then why does what Shashi Tharoor did become a crime.

One more time Mother India must have cried for the murder of new comer politician and his career.

We hope Shashi Tharoor will not leave politics.

This is the defeat of Honesty and win for the Corruption.

This is defeat of openness and win for the secrecy and fraud.

This is the defeat of Rahul Gandhi by the Old Congress Politicians.

IPL – No Taxes Common Man – Increased Vat Pay more Tax
Reality Views by sm -
Does IPL matches are held for social cause?
Do all the profits of IPL matches will be given to the farmers who are committing suicides in Maharashtra?

The Purpose of the IPL matches is to make the profit; it’s a total profit making business.
It has nothing to do with the social service.
Its pure entertainment, just like going to movie or going to drink the wine in a bar with music facility.

The Delhi and Punjab governments had charged entertainment tax on IPL matches.
But Maharashtra Government does not think this way; it has not charged tax on IPL

Maharashtra will host 14 of the 60 scheduled matches of this multi-crore extravagance, but the state will gain nothing.
If Maharashtra government charges tax on IPL matches it is said that Government of Maharashtra will get more than 12 crore Rupees.

On the same time Government has increased the Vat, The increase in vat tax means Maharashtra government needs funds.
Still IPL will not be charged for taxes .
Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan said the state government has not given tax relief to IPL and the issue is still under consideration.

Just hope that BJP will corner the government of Maharashtra and see that IPL pays the taxes.
Otherwise again common man will think that BJP is doing nothing.
one should learn the meaning of Friendship from the politicians.
NCP = Congress
NCP chief is Sharad Pawar.
Yes Friend in need is Indeed.

Maharashtra : Towards becoming state of Drunkards

Maharashtra : Towards becoming state of Drunkards
Maharashtra Government allows, gave license to make liquor from grains like maize, jowar and bajra, the food of poor which is already going beyond their purchaseing power.
A state of Shivaji , will become the state of drunkards .
We are sorry our God Shivaji we can not stop them making liquor from grains, when farmers are committing suicides because of ill health, poverty and mal nutrition.
The youth will be drinking liquor on the place of milk .

The mothers will be serving liquor to kids on the place of Jawar, and Bajra.
Maharashtra government gifts us the liquor after the attack of 26/11.
Recently Maharashtra government has permitted and started to give the license to produce the premium liquor from grains like maize, jowar and bajra
Regarding these license 45 persons applied for the license and 23 licenses are already cleared by the state government of Maharashtra .
Do I need to tell you who are the owners and makers of this liquor ?
Majority are the politicians or their family members , relatives and friends.
Who drinks the premium liquor ?
This liquor is drink by rich people as it is said that liquor made from these grains is less harmful for human body.
Here farmers are dying ,committing suicide but the government has no time .
Government has no time to read the Ram Pradhan Report ,a report made after 26/11,
I am simple and mad man will you please tell me does government was busy reading the proposals of this liquor licenses.
This is the same government when poor tribals wanted to make liquor from Mahua flowers , they were not permitted to do that.
But when same thing is done by rich or politician they instantly allow it and all political parties keep silence as well as media.
Even RSS is doing nothing, they are just keeping silence , as per my information even BJP leaders from Maharashtra got the license to make liquor from grains.
The comedy is that One Minister says ban the liquor and others promote it, and this fool population like me keep silence , and I am more fool as I go to vote .
If dancing in the bar is bad, how come drinking liquor is good ?
How can Maharashtra state government allow making liquor from grains.
Why now so called culture protectors are silent ?
May be we will see them on the Valentines Day again doing there terror acts.
I tried to get information regarding this from internet but very less information is available nothing is available only times of India has reported something about it .
Question is Does MNS will do something regarding this ?
I do not have any hope from any political party.

India – Telangana becomes a reality – a new state

India – Telangana becomes a reality – a new state
Telangana 29th state of India.
Power of people won and the law makers accept the will.
As was going to post this article, I heard the news of creation of Telangana state,
On Dec 9th 2009, 11:30 PM, Mr. P. Chidambaram, Union Minister of Home Affairs, on behalf of the Government of India announced that

a resolution in the Andhra Pradesh assembly for the creation of a separate Telangana state will be passed.
Telangana region is part of Andhra Pradesh state in southern India.
It constitutes
1. Hyderabad,
2. Adilabad,
3. Karimnagar,
4. Khammam,
5. Mahaboobnagar,
6. Medak,
7. Nalgonda,
8. Nizamabad,
9. RangaReddy
10. Warangal districts

History of the Telangana –
The meaning of Telangana literally means "Land of Telugus". The Telugu language originated in Telangana.
In Mahabharata and Ramayana also there are references regarding telangana.
After Independence forcefully India made the Hyderabad part of India which was controlled by Nizam. Indian army successfully carried operation Polo.
When India became Independent Telugu speaking population were distributed in about 22 districts.
• 9 of them in the Telangana region of Nizam's Dominions (Hyderabad State)
• 12 in the Madras Presidency
• And one in French-controlled Yanam.

After Independence India divided states on the basis of language, indirectly on the basis of caste system.
That time in the year 1953 Fazal Ali commission, the states Reorganization Commission was formed by Prime Minister. The commission created a report in 1955 recommending the reorganization of Indian state. This commission said that and recommended that Telangana should not be merged with the Andhra Pradesh. This should be decided by the people of the Telangana.
The strong Congress lobby in Andhra lobbied with central congress leadership for the merger. So, the central government decided to ignore the SRC recommendations and established unified Andhra Pradesh on November 1, 1956.
That time they made a Gentleman’s agreement to the Telangana people and Andhra regarding power, administrative and distribution sharing.
Jai Telangana movement -
Discontent with the Gentlemen’s agreement intensified and in the year 1969 January when the guarantees were supposed to lapse, Student agitation for the continuation of the agreement began at Osmania University in Hyderabad .In this movement nearly 360 students gave their lives.
In the year 1990 BJP promised that if they come into power they will create the separate the Telangana state, but after coming into power BJP failed to do so.
Congress party MLAs from the Telangana region, supported a separate Telangana state and formed the Telangana Congress Legislators Forum.
After this a new development happened Telangana Rashtra Samithi (or TRS) was formed with agenda of creating a separate Telangana state, with Hyderabad as its capital lead by Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao popularly known as KCR.
In the year 2004 Congress also promised the creation of separate Telangana but after winning the elections they behaved in a Congress Style. We all the know the style, we will do this, we will do that, don’t know when this congress style [We will think and do] will become a reality for India without agitation
In July 2008, Mr. Devender Goud A TDP, Telugu Desam Legislature Party leader along with some other leaders like Mr. E Peddi Reddy formed a new party called Nava Telangana Praja Party.
Because of this Incident TDP the party changed its stand of 26 years and declared that they also support creation of Telangana.
In the elections of 2009 every political party supported the creation of Telangana state.
Again after winning the elections Congress changed its stand and started to delay the process of creation of Telangana state.
In the first week of Dec 2009, the TRS president, K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) started a fast-unto-death demanding that the Congress party introduce a Telangana bill in the Parliament.
When congress party saw the huge support and sentiments of people the lords and kings of India agreed to table the bill.

It’s great that a new state will be created in India.

Why do I Support the small states?
In following lines you will get the answer.
• Big money , Big Project ,Big Corruption
• In schools do we want more students in classroom or less, we know the answer and reasons less students. Easy to manage, Easy to find weak student and pay him more attention , same is with state , small state ,easy to manage, easy to find corrupt officials
• Less money, small Budget, Easy to prepare and understand the Budget which results into less corruption amount is less.
• Will create more competition among states to prosper more

Above are the few reasons I support the creation of small states.
Also I know that after creation of the Telangana state then also there life will not improve and nothing will change. But this is the beginning. To understand the need of small states in India please read the following article which explains everything in details.

India -Parliament Standing Committee proceedings not open for media

India -Parliament Standing Committee proceedings not open for media-
Reality Views by sm -
Congress Government said that it is against throwing open proceedings of the
Parliamentary Standing Committees before media as it could hamper free discussions of issued besides creating logistical problems.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister P K Bansal told the proceedings of the Standing Committees should not be thrown open to media because the quality of debate and discussion that goes on in the committees may suffer due to it.
Parliamentary Committees are of two kinds: Ad hoc Committees and the Standing Committees.
These type of committees decide the future of India.
Who is India ?
India is me and you.
They will decide our future and they say I and you do not have right to listen and know which committee member said what,
They said this will stop the members from doing there correct job.
What correct job ?
Its not your own company, its not your private business , you are the servants of India, and India is the master of this servants , but agony and pain is that this master fears the servants , and servants say we, Indian masters do not have right , we are not capable to understand what is happening.
You are not there to earn money, you are there to show your education and studies and say truth which may be against your party leader or any company,
When you decide our future why we can not listen and know who which parliamentary committee member is saying what ?
As we Indians are not aware about all these things our speed of the progress is very slow,
Once we understand how the machinery works ,how the system works then we can pressure the government, but when we do not know how the machine is working then how we will repair that machine if it breaks down.
We need to repair the system and for this we need to educate each other.
Example –
A Parliamentary committee member on television says he will oppose the increase in the tax, and when he goes inside and supports the tax , we the Indians will never know.
Who cheated us ?

BJP – August 2009 Analysis- Jaswant VS Advani Judgment by RSS.

BJP – August 2009 Analysis- Jaswant VS Advani Judgment by RSS-
After defeat in the election, everyone in India is watching the drama, what is happening in the BJP party.
Reality Views by sm-
The biggest problem Today BJP is facing that who will oppose and fight elections

opposite Prince Rahul Gandhi and Congress in the year 2014. Congress has successfully in there traditional way created the young leaders. There formula is simple if your father is Chief Minister make his son also chief minister in the future.
Now what happens with BJP is that BJP leadership has no authority, Remote control is with the RSS If RSS leaders are happy with you, there are chances you will get good post in the BJP party.
Last month everyone saw that how BJP leaders L.K. Advani and every one went to the RSS Chief Bhagwat to save there chair and discuss the future of BJP.
The time has come BJP should openly accept that,
Yes RSS is the God of BJP,
Like everyone knows that, Sonia Gandhi is the Goddess of Congress Party.
Once BJP accepts this truth, it will become easy for RSS as well as BJP to have discussions openly.
As Jaswant Singh was never related with RSS in the past, so when he wrote the book,
Spreading the views which were opposite to the RSS leadership he was immediately
Disowned by the RSS and BJP.
On the other hand same thing happened with L.K. Advani, but Advani is former member of RSS, so he was not punished.
Just think there are 2 boys both boys have committed same crime , and mother of one boy is the Judge, what she will do , she will see that more punishment is given to the other boy and not her boy, and majority mothers will do this, on paper it sounds good to say we love justice, but when in reality one faces this problem , the mother and family everyone forgets about justice , and everyone tries to see that kid is saved from the punishment .He should be given one chance.
Now the chapter of Jaswant is finish, but this is India, we will not be surprised if in future Jaswant Singh may join BJP again.
Once the money is made from the book, just say sorry and everyone will forget everything and he will get pardon from RSS.

India: Parliament Passes Right to Education Bill

India: Parliament Passes Right to Education Bill
Reality views by sm:

The law which should have been passed immediate after the Indian independence
Was passed in the year 2009. Article 45 of the Constitution “seeks to provide free and compulsory education for all children up to the age of 14” under the directive principals.
16 years back the Supreme Court ruled that elementary education should be made a fundamental right
It’s good that this failure is corrected now by the government of Man Mohan Singh.
The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2009, was passed in the Rajya Sabha on July 20 .The lower house passed the bill by a voice vote.

Few important provisions of this bill are as follows.

1. 25% reservation in private schools for disadvantaged children from the neighborhood, at the entry level. The government will reimburse expenditure incurred by schools.
2. Running a school without recognition will attract penal action.
3. The Bill also prohibits physical punishment, expulsion or detention of a child
4. The bill also prohibits deployment of teachers for non-educational purposes other than census or election duty and disaster relief.
5. free and compulsory education for all children in the 6-14 age-group
6. The states have been given the liberty to decide the disadvantaged classes whose children would be eligible under the 25 percent reservation category, specified by the government as those from scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and educationally or economically backward classes.
7. This legislation provides for the inclusion of children who are disadvantage because of disability. The upper age limit for such children would be 18 instead of 16 for others.

Now President will sign the bill, which is just a formality and it will become a law.
It will be known as ‘The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2009

Like other bills and laws we hope that this bill will not go into the dustbin or without implementation by state and central government. This law requires the team work of central and state government.
We all know that there is a law regarding child marriage, a law regarding child labor, law regarding dowry but still we find everyday these laws are violated and celebrated by Indian society.

Because of this bill there will be lot of demand for teachers and we will see corruption scandals in every state.
Today if we will see the condition of our Government schools I doubt that this law will be effective but still it’s good that at last the law is passed and slowly India started to move in right direction. From 1960 they are trying to pass this bill but in vain. So to pass this bill we have wasted more than 50 years to just pass the right to education bill.

This bill do not have provision to punish parents who do not send there kids to the schools.
Now this gives excuse to government to say we are trying but parents are not sending kids to school.
2nd problem is that the bill does not make compulsory for the kids of Member of Parliament to study in the Government school.
This is the only way our government school will get good facilities and good teachers.
The bill should have included the extra taxation on the people whose salaries are more than 1 lakh rupees per month like this provision.
The bill has other major problem regarding aid , as private schools will be given money by government to implement 25% reservation, the problem is that the bill does not say clearly who will pay the money central or state government , and in this fight Private schools will get excuse not to implement this rule in there schools.
The Bill doesn’t clearly state if the Union or state governments would reimburse the fees.

Is this historical moment or we need to think that what kind of Indians we are that we need so many years to think and act to decide this should be a fundamental right of every kid. I feel we need to fix this problem why we are so slow in regard of reforming India.

"Education would be so much more effective if its purpose were to ensure that by the time they leave school every boy and girl should know how much they don't know, and be imbued with a lifelong desire to know it."
Boredom will always remain the greatest enemy of school disciplines. If we remember that children are bored, not only when they don't happen to be interested in the subject or when the teacher doesn't make it interesting, but also when certain working conditions are out of focus with their basic needs, then we can realize what a great contributor to discipline problems boredom really is. Research has shown that boredom is closely related to frustration and that the effect of too much frustration is invariably irritability, withdrawal, rebellious opposition or aggressive rejection of the whole show.

John Dewey:
I believe that education is the fundamental method of social progress and reform. All reforms which rest simply upon the law, or the threatening of certain penalties, or upon changes in mechanical or outward arrangements, are transitory and futile.... But through education society can formulate its own purposes, can organize its own means and resources, and thus shape itself with definiteness and economy in the direction in which it wishes to move.... Education thus conceived marks the most perfect and intimate union of science and art conceivable in human experience.
My Pedagogic Creed, 1897

Our friend Pramod has raised few questions about this law and he does not agree with this law. This is reason i am updating this post with the answers to his questions which he has asked.
First Read what Pramod has commented :
I totally disagree about this law being good for the nation. Look at some of the provisions from a practical side with reference to private unaided schools - all the good schools in the country fall within this catagory. You want 25% free seats for poor - a good aim no doubt. Ok, the schools admits 25% without any fees. How will these kids stand upto the remaining population in the school who will naturally come from a richer background ? What about the books, dresses and other things that cost moon today ? Who is going to pay for those ? You say don't detain any kid in any class upto class VIII - ok. Now many of these free kids dont have books and other teaching aids - what do they have to show when they come out of class VIII - are they really educated ? You want 75% of the managing committee seats to be reserved for parents and political appointees - what private person will invest crores in setting up a really good place and then hand it over to unknown people who may not know a thing about what they are supposed to do it. Note it, private initiative in primary education is doomed if this law is enforced in present form. I for one, have already postponed my plans to set up a world class school.

Answer to this comment :
“We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community... Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.”
This law is good for the India, problem with this law is that this law was not made in the 1950 which was the first duty of government of India
1. Yes Pramod I agree with you that all the good schools are unaided.
But do you know who gives them free land, do you know why only 30% Indians are enjoying 100% Indian resources and 70% Indians are living life like a beggar.
This 30% do not even know how the poor Indians are living , when hundreds of farmers committed suicide no body came to there help, but when One Satyam got problem ,immediate Government of India helped the Satyam and solved there problem.

2. Yes I agree with you who will pay the money, this is reason I said this bill lacks the provision of extra taxation on these 30% Indians. 70% Indians do daily earn 20 rupees as per government of India report and here these 30% Indians and few of them earn per minute 1 lakh rupees, how is it possible without corruption and bad laws. So its duty of government of India to do needful required whatever and provides poor Indians best education.
3. 2nd provision which we need in India is that all the kids of politicians should study in the government of India schools, make this law and I guarantee you in 2 years all the government schools will beat this unaided schools in every examination.
And competitions.

4. Today the tragedy of India is only 2 to 5% is given for the education.
in the budget, as education is considered useless in India, how much salary the teachers get even if teachers go on strike there salary is not increased how can we expect a teacher with mere salary will be able to teach the kids when he is unhappy
The law is good and perfect problem is with our thinking and politicians. And our legal system.
We saw many terror attacks on India and Bombay, but when first time Taj was attack media paid so much attention to this attack, before that there were Bombay train blast where poor Indians died no one went there and there was no Candle function.
So it’s as an Indian it’s our failure to make good laws and see that our poor people are uplifted.
In India how rich people start business I will tell you few examples, when you open Sez you get free land, you get tax free environment for 25 years or 10 years with best area on the other side our farmers produce food, they sell one rupee kg and when they go to buy seeds for next farming they don’t have seed, have to purchase from black market or the prices are too high. Why don’t they get seeds at the rate of 1 rupee kg?
Example 2- Multiplex do not pay tax for the first 2 or 3 years after starting there business.
Example 3 - how can government of India afford to spend more than 1000 crores rupees.
On building statues? And not ready to pay for the clothes and good decent living of people of India or the education of Indian poor kids.
If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.

Like this there are many examples I can give, the problem in India is that we are very slow in implementation of these laws.
The law has been made now let’s see that these laws are implemented and in the budget good amount of money should be kept for the education.
Let rich people also come into contact with poor people of India, let the rich kids know how there poor brothers and sisters are living in slums.
“All this will not be finished in the first hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first thousand days, nor in the life of this administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.

Statue Mayawati and Congress Party

Reality Views by sm:
Statue Mayawati and Congress Party
Everyday Cm Mayawati is told that she should not spend money on building
Statues.
From P Chidambaram, Rahul Gandhi and many other political parties as well as common Indian people.
So my request to the congress party as it’s a ruling party of India is that,

Please make a law which will clearly say that no political party is allowed to use government funds to build the statue of alive or dead great persons or common persons. If you respect them start the schools, scholarships and if you want statue then spend from your own political pockets.
If any political party thinks xyz person has done good for India, they should spend there own political party money, and build the statue. No one is authorized to use tax payer’s money to spend on Statues.
You will say we do not rule the Utter Pradesh but my question to the congress party is that you are ruling party in many states , make this type of law in your own ruling states ,this will set the example for other states.
Why you are making just statements do something which will stop the wastage of tax payer’s money.
Sometime back Mr. Kant filed a Public Interest Litigation against
Building statue in the supreme court of India.
In That Judgment Supreme Court refused to stay Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati’s statue building spree in the state.
The judiciary won't interfere with what it perceives to be an executive decision.
It observed: "If a democratically elected government decides to do something without misappropriating public money there is little courts can do."

We hope Congress or BJP will make a law regarding this in there ruling state and then will advice the CM Mayawati on how to spend the money.
As common Indian citizens we should not waste our time on thinking what would have been done with that money.
We have to learn to think that what our government servants can do to stop this type of spending in the future.

I do not support building statue of any leaders dead or alive from the tax payer’s money.

Currently Rahul Gandhi is Member of Parliament and General Secretary of the Indian National Congress.

Rahul Gandhi belongs to the political family .Rahul Gandhi is the Son of Rajiv Gandhi and current congress president Sonia Gandhi.
His grandmother Indira Gandhi was also the Prime Minister of India.
So it’s very natural that Rahul will also become the Prime Minister of India when he wishes.
But as a matured politician and guidance from his mother Sonia Gandhi and Sister Priyanka Gandhi he is playing the game of Politics very carefully.
The time has come and through this blog I want to say the next Prime Minister of India will be Rahul Gandhi in the year 2014 or before that if the health of Current Prime Minister does not keep well .I hope and wish that MMS will rule the India for next five years. Currently Rahul is playing the game of politics like his grand mother Indira.
He won a seat in the 2004 parliamentary election from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh by a margin of 300,500 votes. In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, he retained his Amethi constituency by defeating his nearest rival by a margin of over 333,000 votes.

Rahul Gandhi is unmarried, with status and wealth so there are speculations about his friendships with girls.
So there is one instances in 2004, he was reported to have been dating Veronica, an architect from Spain. The two met while at university.
Few websites have reportd that this incident is about seven year old Columbian girlfriend Juneita
About both the above stories I am not sure and I can not confirm it.
I have just mentioned it because I found it on the websites while making the research on the Rahul Gandhi.
I have posted the one pic of Rahul Gandhi with juneita. I don’t know its fake or real but I have taken it from the website kerala monitor which has reported that he has affair with juneita. This incident has been mentioned in the outlook India 12th sep.2005.
Vernonica and juneita are the two names of the same girl.
Vernonica aka juneita.

If you find any wrong information please let me know so I can correct it.

Centre Opposes Negative Vote concept

Centre tells SC no scope for bringing in negative, none of the above vote concept

Centre says will not allow people of india to say all candidates are useless or criminal by using vote: none of the above

Peoples Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) had filed a PIL in 2004 seeking separate slots in electronic voting machines (EVMs) to give a voter the option of "none of the above", if he or she does not want to vote for any of the candidates standing in an election.

This matter is so important but still pending in supreme court of india since
2004.

Though the Centre has opposed the suggestion, the Election Commission in a separate affidavit has stated that it had written to the Union Government as early as in December 12, 2001 recommending such a provision.

Under the existing provisions of Sections 49(O) and 128 of the Representation of Peoples Act, a voter who after coming to a polling booth does not want to cast his vote has to inform the presiding officer of his intention not to vote, who in turn would make an entry in the relevant rule book after taking the signature of the said voter.

our question is what is use of this information and registering,
its better the voter goes and enjoy his holidays.
but this is also wrong. we have to vote whatever happpens.

The Centre submitted that the National Commission to Review the Working of the Constitution had earlier examined the issue of introducing negative votes slots in EVMs but decided not to press for the same as it was not practical.

EVERYONE TODAY KNOWS THAT who is getting elected, gundas and criminals.
be ready to see the people like Sanjay dutt,Abu salem be sitting in our parliament and laughing at us.

SURE Bapu is crying in heaven why he fought for freedom fight,as rightfully
churchill has said, india is not ready for the concept of democracy.

do you agree with this above statement, just think and let me know.

Still we request to supremecourt of india, order the goverment to introduce negative concept.

“Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms (of government) those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny”

INDIA-Govt goes ahead to build another statue of King Shivaji.

Govt goes ahead to build another statue of King Shivaji.
we respect king shivaji . king shivaji is like god.

The state govt. of Maharashtra is going ahead with the plans of making statue of king shivaji .The monument will have 309 foot statue which wil be bigger than statue of liberty ,which is 305 foot.
It will be builit on a five acre island off Marine Drive. The praposed Rs. 100 crore island project will have an AMPHITHEATRE WITH SOUND AND MUSIC SYSTEM FOR DAILY SLIDESHOWS,A GARDEN,A FOOD COURT,SLIDESHOWS, AND A LIBRARY.

Now lets know the truth .
As per our views how much i read about shivji the king , i am sure if shivaji would have got so much money he would have never spend such money on this type of project.

the project has following black side.

the proposed budget is 100 crore but we are sure when this project will start it wil become 500 crore or 5000 crore ruppes.Out of this 50% more or less black money will be created using this project.give you example .

to build we will need lot of type of material .
1-so what is done ? suppose xxx metal price is 2000 Rs. kg. then our goverment babus will purchase this xxx metal at a price of 2500 or 3000 Rs. kg. or they will import from outside by paying more money.

2-another example the contract will be given to some political parties bulider or his or her son who is partner in that company.

3-To give this contract the big amout of bribe will be accepted.

This money which will be spend on Statue is the money which we pay through taxes.
if political parties love king shivaji so much then why can not congress party or parties which support the building of statue pays 100 crores from there funds.

King shivjai ,the god of maharashtra has bulid many forts in Maharashatra ,come to see those forts and you will understand how much the forts are dirty, and not maintained properly by government ,where you will rarely find clean drinking water.

So we request think on this point ,think that ,do u think king shivaji will spend money on statue when his poor people, his farmers are dying committing suicide because they can not feed there young sons .

Who wil benefit by this project ?politicians, rich businessmen, commission agent, corrupt people will benefit from this project.

WE hope king shivajai, God Shivaji will give them good thoughts and they will cancal the project. and give this 100 crore to Marathi Manus for his education, for food, for clean water.

Jai Maharashtra Jai Shivjai.
