India laws outdated casestudy : Salman khan

India laws outdated casestudy : Salman khan

BOLLYWOOD actor Salman Khan probably felt every bit the superhero when he shot dead three chinkaras (Indian gazelles) in a Rajasthan forest nine years ago.

Instead of accepting Salman Khan's conviction as a triumph for wildlife conservation, there has been an effort to split hairs and divert the issue with questions that are irrelevant to the conviction

Bollywood film star Salman Khan has been ordered to serve five years in prison for poaching a gazelle at a wildlife preserve.

appeal pending.

Rich and Powerful keep enjoying.

case 2 : The 41-year-old actor has another poaching conviction from 2006, for killing protected black buck antelopes in Rajasthan, and was given a one-year jail sentence. He was granted bail while he appeals that conviction.
appeal pending.

case 3: Khan is also facing charges of killing a person sleeping on a pavement in Mumbai while driving drunk in 2002. He contends he was not at the wheel.

On February 17, 2006, Khan was sentenced to one year in prison for hunting an endangered species, the Chinkara. The sentence was stayed by a higher court during appeal

On April 10, 2006, Salman khan was handed a five year jail term for hunting the endangered Chinkara.

On August 24, 2007, the Jodhpur sessions court, upheld the 5 year jail term for Khan in the Chinkara poaching case by turning down his appeal against the 2006 judgement. At the time of the hearing, he was busy with a shooting elsewhere, while his sister attended the proceedings

How many years the honorable high courts and superem courts of india will need to decide and send the crminal person to jail.

do you think in our life time we can see the justice is done.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

We need to change the laws.

make a law that high courts or supreme courts must give judgement in 12 months of time or 6 months of time.
