India - Know about CVC, Central Vigilance Commission –

India - Know about CVC, Central Vigilance Commission –

First time CVC has publicized all the 123 government officials who are involved in corruption on there website.

CVC stated on its official website that, “In furtherance of the transparency initiatives and the spirit of the RTI Act 2005, the Central Vigilance Commission has decided to regularly post info / details of cases pending for sanctions for prosecution over four months with organizations / departments.
Cases where the Commission has advised issuance of sanction for prosecution during the month and Cases where Commission had advised imposition of suitable major penalty during the month.”

The Central Vigilance Commission was set up by the Government in February, 1964 on the recommendations of the Committee on Prevention of Corruption, headed by Shri K. Santhanam, to advise and guide Central Government agencies in the field of vigilance.

Nittoor Srinivasa Rau, was selected as the first Chief Vigilance Commissioner of India.
The Annual Report of the CVC not only gives the details of the work done by it but also brings out the system failures which lead to corruption in various Departments/Organizations, system improvements, various preventive measures and cases in which the Commission's advises were ignored etc.

The CVC is not an investigating agency, and it either gets the investigation done through the CBI or through the Departmental Chief Vigilance Officers.

CVC is conceived to be the apex vigilance institution, free of control from any executive authority, monitoring all vigilance activity under the Central Government and advising various authorities in Central Government organizations in planning, executing, reviewing and reforming their vigilance work.

The Commission is consist of:

• a Central Vigilance Commissioner - Chairperson;
• not more than two Vigilance Commissioners - Members;
Vide GOI Resolution on “Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informer” dated April 2004, the Government of India has authorized the Central Vigilance Commission as the “Designated Agency” to receive written complaints for disclosure on any allegation of corruption or misuse of office and recommend appropriate action.

The designated agency will ascertain the identity of the complainant; if the complainant is anonymous, it shall not take any action in the matter.

The identity of the complainant will not be revealed unless the complainant himself has made either the details of the complaint public or disclosed his identity to any other office or authority.

While calling for further report/investigation, the Commission shall not disclose the identity of the informant and also shall request the concerned head of the organization to keep the identity of the informant a secret, if for any reason the head comes to know the identity.

The Commission shall be authorized to call upon the CBI or the police authorities, as considered necessary, to render all assistance to complete the investigation pursuant to the complaint received.

The Commission shall not entertain or inquire into any disclosure in respect of
which a formal and public inquiry has been ordered under the Public Servants
Inquiries Act, 1850.

Commission’s Jurisdiction under CVC Act

1. Members of All India Service serving in connection with the affairs of the Union and Group A officers of the Central Government

2. Officers of the rank of Scale V and above in the Public Sector Banks

3. Officers in Grade D and above in Reserve Bank of India, NABARD and SIDBI

4. Chief Executives and Executives on the Board and other officers of E-8 and above in Schedule ‘A’ and ‘B’ Public Sector Undertakings

5. Chief Executives and Executives on the Board and other officers of E-7 and above in Schedule ‘C’ and ‘D’ Public Sector Undertakings

6. Managers and above in General Insurance Companies

7. Senior Divisional Managers and above in Life Insurance Corporations

8. Officers drawing salary of Rs.8700/- p.m. and above on Central Government D.A. pattern, as on the date of the notification and as may be revised from time to time in Societies and other Local Authorities

Procedure for lodging complaints with the Commission –
Complaint can be lodged only against officials belonging to the
Organizations over which CVC has jurisdiction namely:-

1. Central Govt. Ministries/Departments

2. Central Govt. Public Sector Undertakings

3. Nationalized Banks

4. Autonomous organizations like Port Trusts

5. Centrally administered territories including Delhi, Chandigarh, Daman and Diu, Pondicherry etc.

6. The Commission has no jurisdiction over private individuals and State Governments. Therefore please do not lodge complaints against officials of these organizations to the Commission.

7. The Commission does not entertain anonymous/pseudonymous complaints so please give your proper name and address.

8. Complaints must be brief and contain factual details, verifiable facts and related matters. They should not be vague or contain absurd allegations and sweeping statements since these are liable to be filed.

9. Please ensure that the complaint is addressed directly to the Commission

10. The complaint will generally be acknowledged by the Commission but it

11. Is not possible to keep the complainant up dated with the status of the case. However the complaints are followed by the Commission to its logical conclusion.

12. Public lodging complaints are also advised not to continue corresponding on the same subject after receiving the acknowledgement from the Commission.

Central Vigilance Commission that is CVC is the apex body for all vigilance cases in Government of India
The CVC is a toothless body. CVC is just advisory body.
CVC does not have powers to register criminal case.
It deals only with vigilance or disciplinary matters
It does not have powers over politicians.

If there is an involvement of a politician in any case, CVC could at best bring it to the notice of the Government.
It neither has resources nor powers to investigate and prosecute.
CVC does not have the powers to take any action against the guilty.
It can only make recommendations.

CVC is an independent body but does not have powers to take any action.
It is merely an advisory body. Plus, it does not have jurisdiction over politicians.

CVC forwards a complaint to a department and then keeps sending reminders to them to enquire and send report.

Many a times, the departments just do not comply.
CVC does not have any really effective powers over them to seek compliance of its orders.

CVC Act gives supervisory powers to CVC over CBI.
However, these supervisory powers have remained ineffective.

CVC does not have the power to call for any file from CBI or to direct them to
do any case in a particular manner.
Besides, CBI is under administrative control of DOPT rather than CVC.

CVC does not have jurisdiction over politicians. And it merely forwards the complaints against bureaucrats to respective department heads to investigate and report back.

So, if the head of the department himself is involved, who would investigate such cases? Such serious flaws render the proposed whistleblower protection bill to be showpiece legislation.

CVC is a very small set up with staff strength less than 200.
It is supposed to check Corruption in more than 1500 central government departments and ministries, some of them being As big as Central Excise, Railways, and Income Tax etc. Therefore, it has to depend on the vigilance wings

Of respective departments and forwards most of the complaints for inquiry and report to them.

While it monitors the progress of these complaints, there is delay and the complainants are often disturbed by this.
It directly enquires into a few complaints on its own, especially when it suspects
motivated delays or where senior officials could be implicated. But given the constraints of Manpower, such number is really small.

Central Government Departments seek CVC’s advice on various corruption cases. However, they are free to accept or reject CVC’s advice.

Even in those cases, which are directly enquired into by the CVC, it can only advise government.
CVC mentions these cases of non-acceptance in its monthly reports and the Annual Report to Parliament.
But these are not much in focus in Parliamentary debates or by the media.
whenever CVC advised major penalty, it was reduced to minor penalty.
Therefore, CVC can hardly be treated as an effective deterrent against corruption.

CVC cannot direct CBI to initiate enquiries against any officer of the level of Joint Secretary and above on its own.
The CBI has to seek the permission of that department, which obviously would
not be granted if the senior officers of that department are involved and they could delay the case or see to it that permission would not be granted.

India – Kaya Enrich Molested and Humiliated In Metropolitan Court

India – Kaya Enrich Molested and Humiliated In Metropolitan Court
Case Study –
What happened with Kaya Enrich –?
Kaya Enrich, a 23-year-old British Student, came to India to attend a three-month internship programme with a city-based NGO.
She filed a case against a local plumber, who she has accused of trying to molest her.

She has made the complaint in a letter to the Chief Justice K S Radhakrishnan a day after she was asked embarrassing questions at a metropolitan court in Ahmedabad.
In the letter, the woman alleged that Sanjay Prajapati, lawyer representing the plumber, humiliated her by asking whether she smoked or consumed alcohol, her lawyer Meena Jagtap said.
Kaya says that. "The questioning was aggressive, and it seemed to be aimed at demeaning me as far as possible so as to weaken the case."
Questions like whether she drinks, or if her friends smoke. She says, "The experience in the court was humiliating. It was not physically painful as sexual assault, but I was just as frightened".
Current status of case is that the Gujarat High Court has given her a private lawyer.
And proceedings will be held in camera.
In camera proceedings mean case will be tried in the Presence of persons who are really required to be present at that time in the court room.

Reality Views by sm -

Lets Understand what mistakes happened –
Regarding molestation case normally accused is charged with Section 354 of IPC.
There are other charges also in this case I am not aware which charges were framed against accused.
As per the current India law in a rape case also the character of female has no value as evidence regarding punishment of accused person , he will be punished.
Even if it be found that the prosecutrix was woman of a bad character and even a prostitute, her right of privacy cannot be violated by any person and the accused must be punished for commission of rape irrespective of her general character
This is the settled law in India.
So in this case the defense lawyer should not have asked questions like smoking, drinking to Kaya. As per Indian law prostitute can also file a case of molestation or rape.
The defense lawyer has asked the questions which were pointing towards her character but most important point is that, about the current status of Indian law the prosecution lawyer as well as honorable Judge were also aware, but both kept the silence.
If someone is behaving against the law its duty of everyone to remind him that what he is doing is not allowed as per law.
Even Judges have these types of powers to stop the lawyers if he finds the defense is crossing his limits or going against the current settled law.
I appreciate what Kaya Enrich has done by going public, and complaining to the Honorable high court.

She puts on her make up
And brushes her long blonde hair
And then she asks me
Do I look alright
And I say yes, you look wonderful tonight

We go a party
And everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady
Thats walking around with me
And then she asks me
Do you feel alright
And I say yes, I feel wonderful tonight

I feel wonderful
Because I see the love light in your eyes
And the wonder of it all

How much I love you

Its time to go home now

Understanding terrorism: An attempt to define the Terrorism-

Understanding terrorism: An attempt to define the Terrorism-
Reality Views by sm -
Behind every terrorists there is one organization who is controlled by some rich people or religious group of people directly or indirectly for there own selfish desires and purpose which are not related with Religion or God but they very intelligently relate the cause and mislead the young minds like the terrorist Kasab.

Terrorism is nothing but an attempt by that organization to gain control over that country or particular area where these organization heads can enjoy unlimited powers and live life like God or ancient king.
Terrorism spreads the fear among the people and because of fear people accept the authority of that organization and his head and start to accept his authority and rules without any questions.
So every nation should consider terror act as a war against the nation and it is the duty of that nations President and Prime Minister to declare a war against the country who gives and permits such organization to grow in there country.
When Bill Clinton was the President of America , Terror organizations always targeted American embassies which were outside the America but President Clinton ignored it just like we in India ignore the terror act and our politicians say that its ok this happens its part of our life.
This type of attitude which Bill Clinton showed gave rise and desires, ambitions to the terror organizations like Taliban.
Before attacking American world trade centre, terror organizations attacked Mogadishu 1993; World Trade Center 1993; Dar al Salaam 1997; Nairobi 1997; USS Cole 2001.
When Taliban saw American President is not attacking them they got wrong message that
America is a weak nation. So they planned and first time made the terror attack inside American land on the American soil killing 3000 american citizens.
The World Trade Center was attacked on the morning of September 11, 2001.
But this time America got the talented, fearless President George W. Bush.
Who understood it correctly and changed the policy of Bill Clinton, and started the war against this terror organizations and today American people are enjoying fruits, there is no another terror attack on the soil of America.
Here in India, we have seen so many attacks I myself don’t remember how many attacks were made on the India by terror organization, even when there is terror attack, we hear the news, and many Indians started to say and believe that this is the part of Indian life.
Even our Ministers say that this type of terror attacks is not important problem.
This happens all the time, we should ignore it.
Few people say that terror organizations and terrorist are mad people, but sorry they are not mad people , terrorist gets the money so he sacrifices his life for his family,
Many times society and politicians give such a treatment to the poor people they join such organizations as they start to believe that the donkey is more respected in the society than him. He has no value in the society as a human, and he looses his faith on the humanity.
The main purpose of this organization is to control the world as well as there own land
With fear factor, they do not believe in any God, there leaders want to become god.
And rule the world with there own rules and habits.
Every organization which do not support freedom of speech, freedom of profession, Freedom of Religion is a terror organization or can become terror organization in the future. So as educated person, human being please do not join such organization which do not support freedom of humans to live as they wish happily without harming others.

Killing an old man to do robbery is not a terrorism act but many people call it a terrorism act.So what is the terrorism? How to define the Terrorism Act?
Following factors are most important to classify the act as a terror act
Which act should be treated as terror act and which organization is a terrorist organization or which has a potencial to become a future terrorist organization?
Let’s understand what is terrorism ?
If we see any of the following reasons, or activities, then we should know and treat it as a terrorist act or an act done by the future terrorist organization.
1. Creating Fear in the minds of common public on the name of God and religion and culture
2. This fear is created using force and violence. For me I consider slapping a person is also a terrorist act if he slaps the other person because he does not behave according to that person’s religious belief.
3. If we do not punish the person who is slapping for his own belief of religion is a future terrorist, if he gets a wrong message that he is not punished as a terrorist he will become more and more violent and he will find the supporters also and then the Taliban will be created in that nation.

When you will find all the above ingredient in any act then you should treat it as a terrorist act.
And you should stop supporting such persons and organizations.
If all the above activities are done by the political party then its very dangerous for any nation as well the world and that political party should be immediately banned.
There are other ways to change the person like debates and if still that person does not change but his habits are not harming the nation then that person should be given freedom to behave as he wants in his home and inside his property
.Please do not compare terrorist act with the use of drugs.
here I am talking only about terrorist act, which is very different, these act try to establish there own religious beliefs on the other humans by force, by creating fear factor and this terror organizations do not agree to the any type of freedoms of speech and expression and profession, freedom to choose religion, there main aim is that people should behave like animals as ordered by there leaders without reason.
Kidnapping or demanding ransom and using threat do not affect the society, but these terror acts affect the social fabric.
It’s not bad to spread the religion but we can not allow the spread of religion with violence and use of fear factor.
With love and compassion you can win the peoples heart.
But the terror groups do not use this because they have nothing to do with the common people, they just want to create the fear among the society and enjoy the political and religious benefits out of that fear for there own group of people.
There religion is nothing but what their leader says becomes the religion.
These terror organizations to fund there terror act start many illegal businesses also.
Here the problem comes how to treat such business owners who fund to these terror organizations.
Can they be treated like a terrorist or just a criminal?
I myself feel that any person who is helping any way to the terror organization should be treated as a terrorist and he should be given life imprisonment, then he may fund the terror act directly or indirectly or he may directly fight like the terrorist Kasab.
In both the cases the punishment should be same.
You will say that the bombings done by our freedom fighters were also the terror act against the British Government?
Here we can see that the freedom fighters never intended to rule the nation, with there religion and beliefs .
They sacrificed there lives for the benefit of society, they did not create fear in the society, but they fought for what was there own, which was taken away by the British Empire.
Terrorism is a act in which the leader of the terror organization uses the innocent boys and girls by promising them money or heaven or showing them good dreams or making them believe that there culture is under threat, but same such leader himself never goes to fight the same war, he always sees that he stays alive to enjoy the fruits and benefits when the fear is created in the society.
But terror groups do not want to give freedom they want to rule the society with fear factor. We should understand that the these terror organizations and people use religion customs and traditions for there own advantage , the advantage may be political or ideological which gives them powers like king and god.
Terrorism is not a disease , its act of group of people to create fear in the society , and to see that society , the common people ,male and females should behave as per there religious belief , by creating such fear in the minds of people , if these continues for few generations it automatically gets status of law ,accepted way of life.
From ancient times this is going on but science has given us tools which record everything for the future generation and which allow us to study and know what is bad , who is using force in which part of the world to dominate his views and ideas of life style , for his personal gains and profits by utilizing fear of the society.
Humanity is targeted by terrorism , human freedoms are targeted by terrorism.

India -Know 20 Harmful Side Effects of Drinking Soft drinks -

Reality Views by sm:

Soft Drinks a Soft Killer – Say No To Soft Drinks

Side effects of drinking carbonated drinks.

How the carbonated drink or soft drink is made?

Carbonated drinks are made by injecting carbon dioxide into the water under pressure.
Humans do not need carbon dioxide we need oxygen so why do you drink carbon dioxide.

Reasons Not To Drink Soft Drinks –

1.

Soft drinks do not contain anything which can help your body and mind.

2.

Drinking soft drink is nothing but slowly moving towards from the good health to bad health and slow death.

3.

Soft drinks will make you fat and you will have to face the problem of Obesity and Weight Gain.

4.

weight gain increases the risk of diabetes

5.

11. soft drinks puts you under increased risk for liver cirrhosis similar to what chronic alcoholics have

12.

Drinking soft drinks gives trouble to our stomach and which in future results into indigestion gassiness or bloating (swelling of stomach)

13.

If you are drinking diet soft drink then also it has different type of side effects on our body. . Diet soda contains an artificial sweetener known as aspartame. It is used because it's about 200 times sweeter than table sugar. It does enhance the taste of the drink but it also causes numerous adverse side-effects. Common complaints include migraine, memory loss, emotional disorders, and blurred vision, ringing in the ears, heart palpitations and shortness of breath.

14.

Diet soda soft drink contains Saccharin. Saccharin is a non-nutritive sweetener which is 300 times sweeter than sugar. It has been proven to cause bladder cancer and is banned in Canada, New Zealand and several European countries.

15.

Drinking soft drinks after a physical workout can cause calcium and potassium loss which in turn can cause sore muscles and delayed recovery time after exercise.

16.

Preservatives are added into soft drinks to prevent spoilage, and to prolong shelf life of soft drink. Sodium benzoate (a.k.a. benzoic acid) is present in most soft drinks. This chemical is known to cause asthma, rashes and hyperactivity. Sulphur dioxide is also used in some soft drinks to preserve the color of say, carbonated lemon juice from turning brown. This chemical is used for industrial bleaching. It is so toxic that repeated exposures to it can cause fainting spells, skin eruptions, swelling, tightening of the chest, shock, coma and even death.

17.

Artificial colours and flavors are used in the soft drink to make them tasty. Tartrazine is an orange-yellowish drink coloring that is banned in Norway and Finland. It can cause allergic reactions like skin rashes, swelling, excessive mucus and bloodshot eyes. Carmoisine is a reddish drink coloring that is banned in the US and Canada. It can cause allergic reactions, food poisoning and even cancer. Brilliant Blue is another cancer-causing agent that is now banned in many developed countries. This chemical can cause chromosomal damage and allergic reactions.

18.

Sodium is used in the soft drinks. Excessive consumption of inorganic sodium thickens and stiffens arteries, leading to stroke, cardiac failure, high blood pressure and many other diseases.

19.

Energy drinks also contains caffine. Some of the side effects of energy drinks due to caffeine are: Insomnia, High Blood Pressure, Osteoporosis, Infertility, Heart Diseases, and Ulcers.

20.

As caffeine is stacked up in the body after each intake, it also shows various side effects and complications during pregnancy. It may also cause miscarriage in pregnant women.

In every shop and every mall we can see that parents, friends offering each other soft drinks. When they offer soft drink to there friend they don’t realize that they are giving poison to there friend. They are offering him slow death through soft drinks.

So I will suggest please become a good friend and offer your friends a cup of tea, or lemon juice or orange juice or just water.
Water is the best drink.

Mary Hopkin - Those Were The Days Lyrics And Video

Mary Hopkin - Those Were The Days Lyrics And Video
Watch the Original Video Those Were the Days below lyrics.
Put away your troubles and blast back to your younger days with Mary Hopkins Song those were the days.
Lyrics of the song -
Once upon a time there was a tavern
Where we used to raise a glass or two
Remember how we laughed away the hours
And think of all the great things we would do

Chorus:

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way
La la la la la la
La la la la la la

Then the busy years went rushing by us
We lost our starry notions on the way
If by chance I'd see you in the tavern
We'd smile at one another and we'd say

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days
Oh, yes, those were the days
La la la la la la
La la la la la la

Just tonight I stood before the tavern
Nothing seemed the way it used to be
In the glass I saw a strange reflection
Was that lonely woman really me?

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days
Oh, yes, those were the days
La la la la la la
La la la la la la

Through the door there came familiar laughter
I saw your face and heard you call my name
Oh, my friend, we're older but no wiser
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same...

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days
Oh, yes, those were the days
La la la la la la
La la la la la la

The Sukhoi Su-30MKI Fighter Aircraft The Pride Of India

The Sukhoi Su-30MKI Fighter Aircraft The Pride Of India -

India -Know about the Su-30 MKI fighter aircraft –

On September 2, 2009 a Bell 430 crashed into a forest in Andhra Pradesh. It was carrying YSR Reddy, Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister. Su-30MKI's were deployed from a nearby airbase to locate the crash site. After a few hours into the operation, Su-30MKI's were able to locate the crash site using their Infrared Sensors.

This news just made me curious about this Sukhoi and came to know about this world class fighter aircraft which will be fully made in India by Indians in future.

Reality Views by sm -

Watch the Videos of Sukhoi Su-30MKI Fighter Aircraft.Hope you will enjoy them.

The Sukhoi Su-30MKI

Nato Reporting name is “Flanker-C"

Operational Since 1996

Su-30MK fighter is a twin engine military aircraft. This fighter is a development of the Su-27 (Flanker) family, designed by the Sukhoi Design Bureau of Moscow and is manufactured by the Irkut Corporation.

This fighter is Capable of carrying nuclear weapons.

The Su-30MKI was jointly designed by Russia's Sukhoi and India's Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

It is expected that by the year 2010 the first totally India-built Su-30MKI will roll out from HAL Nasik.

In the year 1996, first time India ordered these fighters, and signed a US$1.462 billion deal equivalent to Rs 5122 crore with the Sukhoi Corporation on 30 November 1996 for the delivery of 50 Su-30 aircraft.

In 2000, another agreement was signed allowing the license production of 140 Su-30MKIs in India. The deal combined license production with full technology transfer and hence was called a 'Deep License'.

The Indian Air Force has received 98 Su-30MKIs as of July 2009 and it plans to have an operational fleet of 230 MKIs by 2015

A standard Su-30K is estimated at US$34 million.

A Su-30MKK variant is estimated at US$53 million.

A Sukhoi 30 MKI aircraft crashed on 30 April 2009 in the Pokhran region of Rajasthan after it took off from Pune during its routine sortie, killing one of its two pilots. This has been the only crash of the MKI since its induction.

The Su-30MKI is a highly integrated twin-finned aircraft. The airframe is constructed of titanium and high-strength aluminium alloys.

Indian Su-30MKI fighters are to be fitted with the Brahmos cruise missile, jointly developed by India and Russia. Brahmos has a range of 290km and a warhead of up to 350kg.

The aircraft's integrated electronic warfare system includes a Tarang radar warning system, indigenously produced by the Indian Defence R&D Organisation (DRDO), and systems supplied by Israeli manufacturers.

It is a two-seat, dual-role strike fighter for all-weather, air-to-air and air-to-surface deep interdiction missions; closely comparable to F-15E Strike Eagle.

Su-30MK, where "MK" stood for "Modernizirovannyi Kommercheskiy" (Modernized Commercial)
The Su-30MK is able to perform some very advanced maneuvers. They include the well-known Pugachev’s Cobra and the Bell.

The aircraft enjoys all the benefits of two member crew.

Because of two members the work load is divided, between two members,
The first pilot flies the aircraft, controls weapons and performs manoeuvring dog fight, while 2nd pilot employs BVR air-to-air and air-to-ground guided weapons in long-range engagements, monitors tactical environment to ensure situational awareness, and performs command-and-control tasks in group missions.

In practice, the front seater is the pilot and the back seater is the "Wizzo", the WSO (Weapons Systems Operator). The pilot flies the aircraft and handles air-to-air and some ATG weapons, as well as countermeasures.

The WSO takes care of the detailed aspects of navigation, ground radar mapping & target designation, setting up delivery solution for ATG weapons, designating for guided bombs/missiles, ECM, and so on.

There are many tasks which overlap; either pilot or WSO can do the job depending on circumstances. The aircraft can be flown from either seat, however only the front cockpit driver can operate the helmet mounted sight (Sura) as sensors are only in the front. The rear cockpit has a HUD repeater.

Su 30 is capable of detecting and tracking up to 15 air targets while doing this it can attack four of them.

Su 30 also has autopilot ability at all fight stages including individual and group combat employment against air, ground and sea surface targets.

Automatic control system is interconnected with the navigation system which ensures
Route flight, target approach, recovery to airfield and landing approach in automatic mode.

The aircraft is fitted with a satellite navigation system (A-737 GPS compatible), which permits it to make flights in all weather, day and night. The navigation complex comprises high accuracy SAGEM integrated global positioning system and ring laser gyroscope inertial navigation system.

The Su-30MKI has a range of 5,000 km with internal fuel which ensures a 4.5 hour combat mission. Also, it has an in-flight refueling (IFR) probe that retracts beside the cockpit during normal operation.

The air refueling system increases the flight duration up to 10 hours with a range of 8,000 km at a cruise height of 11 to 13 km. Su-30 MKIs can also use the Cobham 754 buddy refueling pods

IAF will eventually acquire a total of 230 Su-30MKI. Out of these 90 will be made in Russia by Irkutsk Aircraft Production Association (IAPO) while the rest will be produced in India by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

Production might be increased if necessary. HAL chairman Nalini Ranjan Mohanty has said that the Indian-built Su-30s will cost only about $22.5 million a unit against the current import price of about $37.5 million

BJP – August 2009 Analysis- Jaswant VS Advani Judgment by RSS-
After defeat in the election, everyone in India is watching the drama, what is happening in the BJP party.
Reality Views by sm-
The biggest problem Today BJP is facing that who will oppose and fight elections

opposite Prince Rahul Gandhi and Congress in the year 2014. Congress has successfully in there traditional way created the young leaders. There formula is simple if your father is Chief Minister make his son also chief minister in the future.
Now what happens with BJP is that BJP leadership has no authority, Remote control is with the RSS If RSS leaders are happy with you, there are chances you will get good post in the BJP party.
Last month everyone saw that how BJP leaders L.K. Advani and every one went to the RSS Chief Bhagwat to save there chair and discuss the future of BJP.
The time has come BJP should openly accept that,
Yes RSS is the God of BJP,
Like everyone knows that, Sonia Gandhi is the Goddess of Congress Party.
Once BJP accepts this truth, it will become easy for RSS as well as BJP to have discussions openly.
As Jaswant Singh was never related with RSS in the past, so when he wrote the book,
Spreading the views which were opposite to the RSS leadership he was immediately
Disowned by the RSS and BJP.
On the other hand same thing happened with L.K. Advani, but Advani is former member of RSS, so he was not punished.
Just think there are 2 boys both boys have committed same crime , and mother of one boy is the Judge, what she will do , she will see that more punishment is given to the other boy and not her boy, and majority mothers will do this, on paper it sounds good to say we love justice, but when in reality one faces this problem , the mother and family everyone forgets about justice , and everyone tries to see that kid is saved from the punishment .He should be given one chance.
Now the chapter of Jaswant is finish, but this is India, we will not be surprised if in future Jaswant Singh may join BJP again.
Once the money is made from the book, just say sorry and everyone will forget everything and he will get pardon from RSS.
