Rajya Sabha passed Nuclear liability Bill -

Tuesday, August 31, 2010

Currently Majority nations are using or trying to use or get electricity from nuclear fuel as an additional source of energy.

USA , Japan and France these three nations are leading in the production of nuclear fuel energy and efficient use of nuclear reactor and production of fuel.

Currently India got 19 operational , working nuclear reactors and its total generating capacity is only 4,560 MW.
Thus, average capacity of a nuclear reactor in India is 240 MW.

In comparison, USA generates 100,683 MW from 104 reactors,
An average of 968 MW per reactor.

India average per reactor capacity = 240 MW
USA average per reactor capacity = 968 MW

Why our Indian Nuclear Reactors Produce less energy ?

Currently France got 53 working ,operational nuclear reactors producing 63,130 MW

France is leading nation regarding the production of electricity from the nuclear reactors it gets 75% of the total electricity generated from nuclear fuel.

Regarding USA , USA only generates 20% of electricity from nuclear fuel.

India - in 2009, 2.2% of the total electricity generated came from nuclear fuel.

Nuclear Accident and Damages , Compensation a short view –

Regarding nuclear liability and accidents many nations limit the liability of private operator .

Politicians and law makers accept or bend before the private players for party funds or personal gains or whatever reasons.
But exception is Japan and Germany.

In Japan and Germany the liability of private companies is not limited.

Japan law says that government of Japan will help the private the nuclear operator only if the private nuclear operator is unable financially to pay all the damages .
Simple words this means if Nuclear Power Company or operator becomes beggar only then government of Japan will help them otherwise law will do its job and see that private nuclear company pays all the dues and damages .

In Germany there is no such law , further both nations are leading in the use of nuclear reactors.

Regarding damages in USA they got many laws including insurance damage , but they got one another law, unique law.
They have created a special fund under the Price-Anderson Nuclear Industries Indemnity Act (commonly called the Price-Anderson Act) passed in 1957 and these funds can be used to pay additional compensation which insurance companies do not pay.
It is compulsory for every nuclear operator company to fund to this special fund .
Each reactor company is obliged to contribute up to $111.9 million in the event of an accident.
It is said that currently this fund is more than $11.6 billion.
But this law is also not perfect has problems.

Best law regarding nuclear damage is followed by Germany and Japan.

It is reported that china has only 11 nuclear reactors but currently china has started to build new 23 nuclear reactors with a total generation capacity of 23,620 MW
Very soon in this area also china will be in top five nations which are using nuclear fuel.

In India at which places nuclear fuel is produced ?

Currently all reactors in India are operated by the government controlled NPCIL (Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited).

Tarapur is the largest nuclear power station in India. It began commercial operations in October, 1969.
Tarapur Atomic Power Station (TAPS) is located in district Thane in Maharashtra. With a total capacity of 1,400 MW

The Rajasthan Atomic Power Station (RAPS) with 6 reactors has a capacity of 1,180 MW
Additional capacity is under construction at Kudankulam (2 x 1,000 MW) and Kaiga (1 x 220 MW).

On August 25 Lower house passed Civil Liability for the Nuclear Damages Bill, 2010 .
Now Upper house has also passed this bill .
Opening up of the nuclear commerce would increase India nuclear power capacity but I just hope the electricity produced by private operators will be cheap and will reach to the Indian Villages.
Otherwise it will be produced and consumed by politicians and city people only ,keeping our Indian villages in black .

Few important points regarding
Civil Liability for the Nuclear Damages Bill, 2010

This Civil Liability for the Nuclear Damages Bill, 2010 is based on American nuclear damage policies.
The special fund will be created regarding damages and compensation.
Operator’s liability is Rs.1500 crore along with the 300 million dollar Special Drawing Rights (SDR)
The victims can claim damages up to 20 years.

Part 3 - Sohrabuddin encounter case - Geetha Johari - Is she becoming toy in the Sohrabuddin encounter case?

Part 3 - Sohrabuddin encounter case - Geetha Johari - Is she becoming toy in the Sohrabuddin encounter case?

Reality views by sm –

First time when Geetha Johari handled the sohrabuddin encounter case, she brought the evidence before the people and informed Supreme Court of India also.

But just like a Hindi movie, when 2nd time she investigated the same sohrabuddin case she tried to save the high profile people.
It is reported that she is said to have been brought under pressure by Modi government using the stick of a corruption case against her husband Anil Johari, an IFS, who is also posted in Gujarat.

First time – investigation honest effort

2nd time investigation,
she tried to cover the crime as the reason behind this change may be pressure exerted indirectly by the state government in a case of corruption and violation of Official Secrets Act, 1923, against her husband Anil Johri, a conservator of forest and two other senior forest officials in November, 2000.
Rajnish Rai, who was then SP of CBI, Gujarat, investigated the case. Rai raided the residence of Anil who was then posted in Vadodara while Geetha in Surat.
On January 21, 2004, the accused forest officers were issued show cause notices by CBI.
However as the case was being heard, the state government told the court that it had initiated a departmental inquiry against these officials.
After this statement, the petitioner and former chief minister Chhabildas Mehta took back his application and CBI withdrew by filing a closure application. Court granted CBI permission to withdraw on May 29, 2005.

In November 2005, Sohrabuddin was killed

First Investigation –
Geetha filed her interim report to the Supreme Court in September, 2006.

The departmental inquiry against Anil , husband of Geetha was initiated on June 17, 2005, under supervision of additional chief secretary PK Das.

The case did not make any progress . The file was kept pending .
June 13, 2007 – Again file started to make progress .
In his final report on July 3, 2009, Das exonerated all the forest officials involved.
Exonerated means - To free from blame or to free from a responsibility, obligation, or task.

2nd Investigation – by Geetha Johari
Geetha was re-inducted into the Sohrab investigations and then the probe went astray. She submitted her last report to the SC in September 2008, which tried to hide or change the mode of investigation .

CBI sends summons to Geetha to question , third time she appears before CBI.

CBI issued her first summon - she was abroad.
2nd summon she informed that her health is not good.
And 3rd time she appeared before the CBI

Now I feel that she is under pressure from both sides. The real problem is lack of good laws in India using which Supreme Court of India can give her protection or the people like her.

From now on be ready to hear contradictory statements from the witnesses of
Sohrabuddin encounter case

BJP ministers, Gulab Chand Kataria and Om Mathur (Om Prakash Mathur) from the neighbouring BJP-governed state of Rajasthan, have been named in the case.
Apparently a CBI witness has claimed that they were paid Rs. 10 crores to eliminate Sohrabuddin by RK Patni, the owner of RK marbleswho was also close to some Indian National Congress leaders Kataria, who visited Gujarat to lobby for the release of Rajasthan police officer Dinesh MN in 2007, has denied the charges

28 August 2010 –

In the petition, Geeta Johri said the CBI had pressurized different police officers including her to name political figures like Amit Shah in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.
She says, when she did not oblige to this demand of the CBI, the investigative agency framed her in the case.
She has also debunked the CBI theory that the third person who was abducted along with Sohrabudin and Kausarbi was Tulsiram Prajapati.
Johri says that the third person travelling was Kalimudin, a PWG informer in Andhra Pradesh. She alleges that the AP police was shielding him.
In a curative petition filed with the apex court, she has sought the removal of Mr Balwinder Singh, CBI's Special Director who is supervising the investigation into the case, and said he be made a witness in it.
The curative petition also challenged the apex court's decision not to expunge adverse remarks made against her in connection with the case.
The curative petition was filed after the Supreme Court had dismissed her petition seeking a review of the judgment in which adverse remarks were made against Ms Johri while handing over the probe into the case to CBI from Gujarat police.

1.Boiling water - To reduce the cooking time one should add salt to water. Remember it will not make water boil faster.

2.One component of salt, sodium (Na), is involved in muscle contraction including heartbeat, nerve impulses, and the digestion of body-building protein.

3.The other component of salt, chloride (Cl) is also essential to good health. It preserves acid-base balance in the body, aids potassium absorption,

4.supplies the essence of digestive stomach acid, and enhances the ability of the blood to carry carbon dioxide from respiring tissues to the lungs

5.Iodized salt is used by 70% of the world’s population to protect against mental

6.Retardation due to Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD).

7.David Marine (1880-1976) is the "father" of iodized salt in the United States. As the result of research on endemic goiter and iodine deficiency by Marine and co-workers research, the Michigan State Medical Society, in 1924, launched a goiter prevention program using iodized salt, making iodized salt the first of what we now term “functional foods.”

8.Many countries fortify salt with fluoride against dental caries in situations where fluoridating drinking water is inappropriate

9.For cankers, abscesses, and other mouth sores, rinse your mouth with a weak solution of warm saltwater several times a day.

10.Mix salt and warm water, gargle to relieve a sore throat.

11.Salt help produce - chlorine, caustic soda and the myriad other products formed from these basic chemicals.

12.Chlorine is an effective disinfectant and bleach. We use it to keep drinking water safe. And swimming pools.

13.Salt is a grinding agent

14.Sodium chlorite is used in the textile industry.

15.Liquid sodium is used to cool nuclear reactors.

16.Metallic sodium is used to make brass and bronze.

17.To make glass, rayon, polyester and other synthetic fibers, plastics, soaps and detergents caustic soda is used.

18.sodium sulfate is used in the manufacture of pulp and paper, dyes and ceramic glazes

19.sodium carbonate is used in manufacturing glass, pulp and paper, and rayon

20.Hydrochloric acid is used in making synthetic rubber and in cleaning gas and oil wells

21.sodium nitrate is used in fertilizers and explosives

22.Salt is used for tablet and caplet polishing

23.salt is used for the production of intravenous saline solutions

24.salt is used for manufacturing hemodialysis solutions used for kidney machines

25.Removing blood stains - Soak the stained clothing or other cloth item in cold saltwater, then launder in warm, soapy water and boil after the wash. (Useonly on cotton, linen or other natural fibers that can take high heat.)

26.Washing spinach - If spinach is washed in salted water, repeated cleanings will not be necessary.

27.Stained cups - Rubbing with salt will remove stubborn tea or coffee stains from cups.

28.Cleaning sink drains - Pour a strong salt brine down the kitchen sink drain regularly to eliminate odors and keep grease from building up

29.Coffee - A pinch of salt in coffee will enhance the flavor and remove the bitterness of over-cooked coffee.

30.Salt and soda water will clean and sweeten the inside of your refrigerator. It won't scratch enamel either.

31.Salads - Salting salads immediately before serving will keep them crisp.

32.Egg – always boil eggs in salted water, this will make eggs peel easily second is poaching eggs over salted water helps set the egg whites.

33.Checking freshness and quality of egg – take a cup of water, and then add 2 teaspoonfuls of salt in that water. Now put the egg in this salted water, remember fresh egg will sink and if egg is not fresh it will float.

34.Browning – When we peel apples, pears and potatoes they loose their original color. So to keep their original color when we peel them we should drop them in cold lightly salted water.

35.Shelling pecans - Soaking pecans in salt water for several hours before shelling will make nut meats easier to remove.

36.Sugaring - A little salt added to cake icings prevents them from sugaring.

37.Greasy pans - The greasiest iron pan will wash easily if you put a little salt in it and wipe with paper.

38.Ovens - Salt and cinnamon take the "burned food" odor away from ovens and stove burners. Sprinkle spills while oven and burners are still hot; when dry, remove the salted spots with a stiff brush or cloth.

39.Extinguishing grease fires - Salt tossed on a grease fire on the stove or in the oven will smother flames. Never use water; it will only spatter the burning grease

40.Will we run out of salt? Answer is No
41.The enormity of the Earth’s underground salt deposits, combined with the saline vastness of the Earth’s oceans makes the supply of salt inexhaustible.

42.Soak pecans and walnuts in salt water for several hours before shelling to make it easier to remove the meat.

43.Soak toothbrushes in salt water before your first use; they'll last longer.

44.Use one part fine salt to two parts baking soda then dip your toothbrush in the mix and brush as usual to clean your teeth , to give them more shine

Dengue Fever – Know Everything about Dengue Fever and Treatment Understanding Dengue Fever

Dengue Fever – Know Everything about Dengue Fever and Treatment
Understanding Dengue Fever

Reality views by sm –

Tuesday, August 24, 2010

Dengue Fever is also known as breakbone fever.

Dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and Dengue Shock Syndrome (DSS) are acute febrile diseases which occur in the tropics.

The disease is now endemic in more than 100 countries.

The first record of a case of probable dengue fever is in a Chinese medical encyclopedia from the Jin Dynasty (265–420 AD) which referred to a “water poison” associated with flying insects.

The first recognized Dengue epidemics occurred almost simultaneously in Asia, Africa, and North America in the 1780

Dengue virus belongs to the family Flaviviridae, which includes the hepatitis C virus, West Nile and Yellow fever viruses among others.

Endemic meaning - A disease that occurs regularly in a particular area, as malaria does in many tropical countries, is said to be endemic.
Febrile diseases meaning - Any disease associated with or characterized by fever.

What is Dengue?
Dengue is a disease caused by any one of four closely related dengue viruses (DENV 1, DENV 2, DENV 3, or DENV 4).

You can be infected by at least two if not all four types at different times during your lifetime, but only once by the same type.

The viruses are transmitted to humans by the bite of an infected mosquito.

Dengue is transmitted to humans by the Aedes (Stegomyia) aegypti or more rarely the Aedes albopictus mosquito, both of which feed exclusively during daylight hours.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a more severe form of dengue infection.
It can be fatal if unrecognized and not properly treated in a timely manner.
DHF is caused by infection with the same viruses that cause dengue fever.
(Myalgias and arthralgias—severe pain that gives it the nickname break-bone fever or bonecrusher disease)

How Dengue and Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is spread?
Dengue is transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes, particularly A. aegypti and A. albopictus.
Dengue is transmitted to people by the bite of an Aedes mosquito that is infected with a dengue virus.

The mosquito becomes infected with dengue virus when it bites a person who has dengue virus in their blood.
The person can either have symptoms of dengue fever or DHF, or they may have no symptoms.
After about one week, the mosquito can then transmit the virus while biting a healthy person.

Dengue cannot be spread directly from person to person.
Dengue may also be transmitted via infected blood products (blood transfusions, plasma, and platelets)

Possible factors for dengue fever spread include: Unplanned urban overpopulation of areas leading to inadequate housing and public health systems (water, sewerage and waste management) and Poor vector control, e.g., stagnant pools of water for mosquito breeding
Usual few Breeding grounds of dengue Mosquito are flower pot, flower pot plate, hardened soil of potted plants, collar of the western toilet bowl, gully trap, roof gutter, roadside drain and scupper drain etc.

Facts about the aedes or dengue mosquito –
Only the female aedes mosquito bites as it needs the protein in blood to develop its eggs.

The average lifespan of an Aedes mosquito in Nature is 2 weeks
The mosquito can lay eggs about 3 times in its lifetime, and about 100 eggs are produced each time.
The eggs can lie dormant in dry conditions for up to about 9 months, after which they can hatch if exposed to favorable conditions, i.e. water and food

The Aedes mosquito is easily identifiable by its distinctive black and white stripes on their body.
It prefers to breed in clean, stagnant water easily found in our homes.

What are the symptoms of the Dengue disease?
The principal symptoms of dengue fever are high fever, severe headache, severe pain behind the eyes, joint pain, muscle and bone pain, rash, and mild bleeding (e.g., nose or gums bleed, easy bruising).

Generally, younger children and those with their first dengue infection have a milder illness than older children and adults.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is characterized by a fever that lasts from 2 to 7 days, with general signs and symptoms consistent with dengue fever.

When the fever declines, symptoms including persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, and difficulty breathing, may develop.
This marks the beginning of a 24- to 48-hour period when the smallest blood vessels (capillaries) become excessively permeable (“leaky”), allowing the fluid component to escape from the blood vessels into the peritoneum (causing ascites) and pleural cavity (leading to pleural effusions).
This may lead to failure of the circulatory system and shock, followed by death, if circulatory failure is not corrected.

In addition, the patient with DHF has a low platelet count and hemorrhagic manifestations, tendency to bruise easily or other types of skin hemorrhages, bleeding nose or gums, and possibly internal bleeding.

There may also be severe retro-orbital pain, (a pain from behind the eyes that is distinctive to Dengue infections), and gastritis with some combination of associated abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting coffee-grounds-like congealed blood, or diarrhea.

CLINICAL FEATURES - Sudden onset of fever, severe headache, myalgias and arthralgias, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and hemorrhagic manifestations and occasionally produces shock and hemorrhage, leading to death.

What is the treatment for dengue?
The diagnosis of dengue is usually made clinically.
Dengue is diagnosed by a blood test.
There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection.

Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen and avoid those containing aspirin.
Aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided as these drugs may worsen the bleeding tendency associated with some of these infections. Patients may receive paracetamol, acetaminophen, and preparations to deal with these symptoms if dengue is suspected.

They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and consult a physician.
If they feel worse (e.g., develop vomiting and severe abdominal pain) in the first 24 hours after the fever declines, they should go immediately to the hospital for evaluation.

Increased oral fluid intake is recommended to prevent dehydration. Supplementation with intravenous fluids may be necessary to prevent dehydration and significant concentration of the blood if the patient is unable to maintain oral intake. A platelet transfusion may be indicated if the platelet level drops significantly (below 20,000) or if there is significant bleeding. The presence of melena may indicate internal gastrointestinal bleeding requiring platelet and/or red blood cell transfusion.

Is there an effective treatment for dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF)?
As with dengue fever, there is no specific medication for DHF.
It can however be effectively treated by fluid replacement therapy if an early clinical diagnosis is made.
DHF management frequently requires hospitalization.

Most people who develop dengue fever recover completely within 2 weeks. Some, especially adults, may be tired and/or depressed for several weeks to months after being infected with the virus.
The more clinically severe dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndromes can result in vascular (blood vessel) and liver damage, and can be life-threatening.

How to avoid the Dengue Fever?
What precautions we can take to avoid the dengue fever?
There is no vaccine for preventing dengue.

The Aedes mosquito likes to bite in the morning and afternoons, often indoors or in the shade. The mosquito, Aedes species, is a day biter; so during daylight hours, in areas where mosquitoes are present, protect yourself by properly using anti-mosquito measures.

For Dengue spread only society and our local government, Municipal Corporation is responsible.
You must ask your local government and politicians to keep your area clean.

Remember Dengue will kill you. Politicians are our paid servants so we must ask them it is our right they are our servants.

The Dengue Mosquito lays her eggs, primarily artificial containers that hold water.
Items that collect rainwater or to store water (for example, plastic containers, drums, buckets, or used automobile tires) should be covered or properly discarded.

Pet and animal watering containers and vases with fresh flowers should be emptied and cleaned (to remove eggs) at least once a week.
This will eliminate the mosquito eggs and larvae and reduce the number of mosquitoes present in these areas.

Using air conditioning or window and door screens reduces the risk of mosquitoes coming indoors. Proper application of mosquito repellents containing 20% to 30% DEET as the active ingredient on exposed skin and clothing decreases the risk of being bitten by mosquitoes.

Wearing clothing is usually a good idea, especially long sleeves, long pants or skirts.
To keep from over-heating and from aggressive mosquito punctures one should wear loose-fitting clothes.

Dengue = Failure of Public health systems in your area.
Dengue = Failure of local government and failure to ask the politicians to do their duty.

Jatin-Lalit - Brothers, Lalit is a younger brother of Jatin
Name - Jatin Pandit and Lalit Pandit

They began their career in 1992, composing music for the Hindi movie Yaara Dildara.

In 2006, the brothers ended their professional relationship, citing personal problems.

Jatin and Lalit were born into the Mewati gharana of Jodhpur in Rajasthan, and are nephews of classical exponent Pandit Jasraj.
Bollywood actresses Sulakshana Pandit and Vijeta Pandit are their sisters, and music director Aadesh Shrivastava is their brother-in-law, being married to the younger of the two sisters, Vijeta.

Jatin and Lalit both appeared in the movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar during the song "Diwane Hum Pyar Ke".
Jatin is the guy singing the song with the girl whereas Lalit can be seen playing the guitar (the very first shot of the song).
Jatin also performed the song "Ruth Ke Hamse Kabhi" in the film.

Their soundtrack of Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge was judged the top Hindi soundtrack of all time by on-line voters on the BBC Asian Network.
The number two and three positions also went to Jatin-Lalit for their compositions from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

In India a Member of Parliament may go to jail, he may face the life imprisonment but he can keep his minister post, this is Indian democracy.
Indian democracy system is developed by British to run their slave nation India.
Today also we are using this same system.

Now what benefits Member of Parliament will get –

1.The basic salary of the MPs will be hiked from Rs 16,000 to Rs 50,000 per month.

2.The Cabinet also approved increase in office expenses of parliamentarians from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month.

3.The constituency allowance has also been doubled from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month

4.The limit for interest-free loan for MPs for buying a personal vehicle has been hiked four-fold to Rs 4 lakh from the present Rs 1 lakh.

5.The government also approved a hike in road mileage rate for vehicles used by MPs from Rs 13 per km to Rs 16 per km.

6.Spouse of a parliamentarian can now travel any number of times in first class or executive class.

7.Pension benefits have also been increased from Rs 8,000 to Rs 20,000 per month.

8.An MP also gets a daily allowance of Rs.1, 000 for each day when parliament is in session or taking part in house committee meetings. This has also been doubled.

9.Spouses of MPs are entitled to free train travel from their place of residence to Delhi. They also get up to eight free plane tickets from their place of residence to Delhi.

10.He is also entitled to a certain number of air journeys, AC first class train travel; rent free flat or hostel accommodation through out the term of his house.

MPs can also use up to
50,000 units of free power worth Rs 1,80,000 a month
and 4,000 kilolitres or Rs 40,000 of water free.

MPs get such as 34 free air journeys to any place in India and unlimited free rail travel. They get free housing if they live in flats and pay a nominal fee for bungalows in Lutyens zone.
MPs stay in a posh and rich area and they pay only nominal fee.
Flat monthly rent Rs 2.5 lakh a month
Bungalows real value or say rent is Rs 75, 00,000

The increase will be given with retrospective effect since the beginning of the current Lok Sabha, the 15th. That means MPs will get arrears from May 2009.

Does our Indian Politicians get less salary compared to other countries politicians ?
The answer is no.
Indian politicians earn more with no work.
Get the calculator and try it , i am sure you will agree with me.

If carefully we will calculate the overall compensation given to Indian MP, you will find that Indian Member of Parliament members get more pay than Singapore, Japan, Italy, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh etc.
Just add
Basic Salary, various perks and allowances. (Constituency allowance, office, telephone, internet, furniture, electricity, daily allowances)
2nd is compare the purchasing power parity and GDP.
Our politicians get more pays without any work and liability.

Which is the job you know where just working for five years and then you can get pension forever?

"Stop the insult of MPs" and "implement report of the parliamentary committee" were slogans chanted by SP, BSP, JD (U), RJD, Shiv Sena and Akali Dal members, forcing Speaker Meira Kumar to adjourn the House twice.
The politicians want their salary be raised to Rs 80,001.
"Hamara vetan waapas lo, waapas lo, waapas lo!" (Take our salary back), the protesting MPs shouted as they walked towards Speaker Meira Kumar's podium.
Lalu Prasad alleged that the government had "insulted MPs with minimal hike"

Supreme Court said and given many guidelines to these politicians regarding police reform, judiciary reform and salary fund,
Latest is distribute free food to poor which is getting rotten , but political parties say we will not give them free food.
This clearly means that we will throw food into gutter but won’t distribute food free to poor Indians otherwise the business community will not give us under table money.
Politicians think about rich and rich think about politicians.

Poor may die, we won’t care.
God and Religion will save them it is not our duty to save them.

I am not against the salary hike, who will bring the accountability and liability for the Member of Parliament.
No one is talking about this.

These same politicians removed the subsidy of Indian common man saying we do not have money.
These same politicians delay the scholarships of children - saying no funds.
No funds to build schools , Indian village schools are held under tree.
No funds for free medicals for poor.
No funds for common man
And unlimited funds for Member of Parliament.

Remember name of political parties are different but their aim and desire is same.
They have all united.

Now they will do the drama and fight with each other do not be fooled, understand they are same. What they wanted they got already.

We have no right to recall them, we have no right of negative voting, and no qualification is required to become the Member of Parliament.

India needs new political party now.

Indian Mps again got united and made a drama of fight and they will get 10,000 Rs. More or may end up getting more than 80.000 Rs. Now it is 50,000 Rs.
Congress government is doing anything without any thinking to just stay in power and to keep their chairs.
All political parties got united to --------- India.

Yes Corruption is our real religion.
Jai Ho.

Salt can be used as a medicine, in beauty treatments, in industries. Salt is very important and useful for human life. No other seasoning has yet been found that can satisfactorily take the place of salt. In fact, ancient wars were fought over salt deposits!

1.Gargling - Stir 1/2 teaspoon salt in glass of warm water for use as a gargle for sore throats

2.Cleaning teeth - Mix one part salt to two parts baking soda after pulverizing the salt in a blender or rolling it on a kitchen board with a tumbler before mixing. It whitens teeth, helps remove plaque and it is healthy for the gums.

3.Washing mouth - Mix equal parts of salt and baking soda as a mouth wash that sweetens the breath.

4.Bathing eyes - Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a pint of water and use the solution to bathe tired eyes.

5.Reducing eye puffiness - Mix one teaspoon of salt in a pint of hot water and apply pads soaked in the solution on the puffy areas.

6.Relieving tired feet - Soak aching feet in warm water to which a handful of salt has been added. Rinse in cool water.

7.Relieving bee stings - If stung, immediately wet the spot and cover with salt to relieve the pain.

8.Treating mosquito and chigger bites - Soak in saltwater, then apply a mixture of lard and salt

9.Treating poison ivy - Soaking the exposed part in hot saltwater helps hasten the end to poison ivy irritation

10.Relieving fatigue - Soak relaxed for at least ten minutes in a tub of water into which several handfuls of salt has been placed.

11.Removing dry skin - After bathing and while still wet give yourself a massage with dry salt. It removes dead skin particles and aids the circulation.

12.Applying facial - For a stimulating facial, mix equal parts of salt and olive oil and gently massage the face and throat with long upward and inward strokes. Remove mixture after five minutes and wash face.

13.Removing tattoos -CAUTION-This is a medical procedure that can be done only by a physician. It is called salabrasion and requires several treatments by rubbing salt on the tattoo. Healing is required between treatments, but there is virtually no scarring

14.Treating varicose veins - CAUTION-This is another medical procedure called sclerotheraphy and is done by injecting a saline solution into the vein.

15.Salt tablets -- Pure 1 gram salt tablets for the preparation of saline or for use as a supplement to offset salt loss during heavy exercise [ under medical guidance ]

16.Extinguishing grease fires - Keep a box of salt handy at your stove and oven and if a grease fire flares up, cover the flames with salt.

17.Do not use water on grease fires; it will splatter the burning grease. Also a handful of salt thrown on flames from meat dripping in barbecue grills will reduce the flames and deaden the smoke without cooling the coals as water does.

18.Drip-proofing candles - Soak new candles in a strong salt solution for a few hours, and then dry them well. When burned they will not drip.

19.Removing soot - Occasionally throw a handful of salt on the flames in your fireplace; it will help loosen soot from the chimney and salt makes a bright yellow flame.

20.Cleaning fish tanks - Rub the inside of fish tanks with salt to remove hard water deposits, then rinse well before returning the fish to the tank. Use only plain, not iodized, salt.

21.Invigorating goldfish - Occasionally add one teaspoon of salt to a quart of fresh water at room temperature and put your goldfish in for about 15 minutes. Then return them to their tank. The salt swim makes them healthier.

22.Cleaning flower vases - To remove deposits caused by flowers and water, rub with salt; if you cannot reach the deposits to rub them, put a strong salt solution in the vase and shake, and then wash the vase with soap and water.

23.Keeping cut flowers fresh - A dash of salt added to the water in a flower vase will keep cut flowers fresh longer

24.Holding artificial flowers - Artificial flowers can be held in an artistic arrangement by pouring salt into the container, adding a little cold water and then arranging the flowers. The salt will solidify as it dries and hold the flowers in place.

25.Keeping patios weed-free - If weeds or unwanted grass come up between patio bricks or blocks, carefully spread salt between the bricks and blocks, then sprinkle with water or wait for rain to wet it down.

26.Killing poison ivy - Mix three pounds of salt with a gallon of soapy water and apply to leaves and stems with a sprayer

27.Keeping windows frost-free - Rub the inside of windows with a sponge dipped in a saltwater solution and rub dry; the windows will not frost up in sub-freezing weather. Rubbing a small cloth bag containing salt that has been moistened on your car's windshield will keep snow and ice from collecting

28.Anti-icing sidewalks and driveways - Lightly sprinkling rock salt on walks and driveways will keep snow and ice from bonding to the pavement and allow for easy removal. Don't overdo it; use the salt sensibly to avoid damage to grass and ornamentals.

29.Deodorizing shoes - Sprinkling a little salt in canvas shoes occasionally will take up the moisture and help remove odors

30.Boiling Water - Salt added to water makes the water boil at a higher temperature, thus reducing cooking time. (It does not make the water boil faster.)

31.Peeling eggs - Boiling eggs in salted water will make eggs peel easily

32.Poaching eggs - Poaching eggs over salted water helps set the egg whites

33.Testing egg freshness - Place the egg in a cup of water to which two teaspoonfuls of salt has been added. A fresh egg sinks; a doubter will float.

34.Preventing browning - Apples, pears and potatoes dropped in cold, lightly salted water as they are peeled will retain their color.

35.Shelling pecans - Soaking pecans in salt water for several hours before shelling will make nut meats easier to remove.

36.Washing spinach - If spinach is washed in salted water, repeated cleanings will not be necessary.

37.Crisping salads - Salting salads immediately before serving will keep them crisp

38.Preventing sugaring - A little salt added to cake icings prevents them from sugaring.

39.Improving boiled potatoes - Boiled potatoes will be given a fine, mealy texture by sprinkling with salt after draining, then returning them to the pan and shaking them back and forth quickly to get rid of the excess moisture.

40.If you plan on adding salt to boiling water for pasta or vegetables, wait until the water boils before adding it. Salted water takes longer to boil.

41.Cleaning greasy pans - The greasiest iron pan will wash easily if you put a little salt in it and wipe with paper

42.Cleaning stained cups - Rubbing with salt will remove stubborn tea or coffee stains from cups

43.Cleaning ovens - Salt and cinnamon take the "burned food" odor away from ovens and stove burners. Sprinkle spills while oven and burners are still hot; when dry, remove the salted spots with a stiff brush or cloth

44.Cleaning refrigerators - Salt and soda water will clean and sweeten the inside of your refrigerator. It won't scratch enamel either.

45.Extinguishing grease fires - Salt tossed on a grease fire on the stove or in the oven will smother flames. Never use water; it will only spatter the burning grease.

46.Improving coffee - A pinch of salt in coffee will enhance the flavor and remove the bitterness of over-cooked coffee.

47.Improving poultry - To improve the flavor of poultry, rub the fowl inside and out with salt before roasting.

48.Removing pinfeathers - To remove pinfeathers easily from a chicken, rub the chicken skin with salt first.

49.Cleaning tarnished silverware - Rub tarnish with salt before washing

50.Cleaning copper pans - Remove stains on copper pans by salting area and scouring with a cloth soaked in vinegar.

51.Cleaning coffee pots - Remove bitterness from percolators and other coffee pots by filling with water, adding four tablespoons of salt and percolating or boiling as usual.

52.Humidity and moisture will cause salt to clump and stick together. Add about ten grains of raw rice to the shaker to absorb the moisture and keep the salt flowing freely.

53.Salt pulls juices out of vegetables. This is a good thing for some watery vegetables like cucumbers and eggplant in some dishes, but if you want mushrooms to remain plump, add the salt at the end of cooking.

54.Do not store salt in silver containers. The chlorine in the salt reacts negatively with the silver, causing a green discoloration.

55.A solution of salt and turpentine restores the whiteness to yellowed enamel bathtubs and lavatories.

56.A paste of salt and vinegar cleans tarnished brass or copper. Strong brine poured down the kitchen sink prevents grease from collecting and eliminates odors.

57.Salt helps destroy moths and drives away ants. A dash of salt in laundry starch keeps the iron from sticking and gives linen and fine cottons a glossy, like-new finish.

58.A thin paste of salt and salad oil removes white marks caused by hot dishes or water from wooden tables.

59.Canvas: If a canvas bag or any bags develop a musty smell, deodorize them by sprinkling salt on the inside, zipping up the bag, and letting it sit overnight. Remove the salt in the morning, and then allow the bag to air out.

60.Rust: If rust develops on bike handlebars or tire rims, clean it away by making a paste of 6 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply the paste to the rusted areas with a dry cloth, then rub, rinse, and dry the area thoroughly.

61.Oil spills: If you accidentally spill oil onto your garage floor, sprinkle salt on it and wait 15 minutes. The salt will help soak up some of the liquid and make cleaning easier.

62.To quickly heal your mouth, dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a small cup of lukewarm water and gently rinse your mouth with it. Do this 3 or 4 times a day.

63.Dissolve a little salt in the water for a vase of cut flowers to make them last longer. Recut the stem ends every 3 days, wash out the vase and replace the lightly salted water in it.

64.Sprinkle salt on raw eggs dropped on the floor to easily clean up the spill. After a wine spill, immediately cover the spill with salt and later you can rinse out the stain in cool water.

65.Mix 1 teaspoon of salt to 4 teaspoon of alcohol and apply to grease stains on clothing to remove them.

66.Mix equal parts salt with lemon juice and lightly scrub to remove light mildew. Clean tarnished brass and copper with paste made of salt and vinegar, thickened with a bit of flour, rinse and dry well.

67.Use salt to clean your discolored coffee pot.

68.While still hot, sprinkle a mixture of salt and cinnamon to remove offensive odors from your stove burners and oven and sprinkle a bit more salt in your oven before scrubbing clean.

69.Easily clean greasy pans with a paper towel and salt (do not use on Teflon coated pans).

70.To truly cleanse your home and free it of negative energy, utilize the properties of sea salt according to the Chinese art of feng shui. Place sea salt strategically for maximum effect in stabilizing the chi inside your home. Fill two small ceramic dishes or little bowls with the sea salt. Place these dishes at the northeast and southwest corners of the house. Every 2 months, exchange the used salt for some fresh.

71.Use only a little bit of salt, about 5 spoonfuls in a bucket of water. Mop the hard floors with this solution as often as you can

72.crystal salt lamps are effective in improving the air quality

73.Removing onion odors from hands - Rub fingers with salt moistened with vinegar.

74.Cleaning sink drains - Pour a strong salt brine down the kitchen sink drain regularly to eliminate odors and keep grease from building up

75.Brightening cutting boards - After washing them with soap and water, rub bread and cutting boards with a damp cloth dipped in salt; the boards will be lighter and brighter.

Know about the DongFeng 21 (DF-21, NATO code name: CSS-5) – China deploys CCS-5 missiles on border with India

Medium range ballistic missiles -

The DongFeng 21 (DF-21, NATO code name: CSS-5) –
Country: - People’s Republic of China
Alternate Name: - DF-21
Class: -MRBM
Basing: -Road mobile
Length: -0.70 m
Diameter: -1.40 m
Launch Weight: -14700 kg
Payload: -Single warhead, 600 kg
Warhead: -Nuclear 250 or 500kT, HE, sub munitions, or chemical
Propulsion: - 2-stage solid
Range: - 2150 km
Status: -Operational
In Service: -1987
Developed by China Changfeng Mechanics and Electronics Technology Academy (also known as 2nd Space Academy).

Note that - Many believe that China has plans or desire to take control of Arunachal Pradesh, which China asserts as part of Tibet and therefore of China, and over the Aksai Chin region at the western end of the Tibetan Plateau.

The CSS-5 is a variant of the CSS-N-3 sea-launched ballistic missile system which started development in the mid 1960s.

The first CSS-5 test launch occurred in 1982 and became operational in 1987.
An improved CSS-5 Mod 2 became operational in 1996.

It is believed that production of the CSS-5 was approximately 35-50 in 1994 and had increased to 50-100 by 1998.
It is reported that production of the CSS-5 had ceased by 1998.

The CSS-5 is a medium-range, road mobile, solid-propellant ballistic missile.
It was the first road mobile, solid propellant missile system developed by the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
It is a variant on the CSS-N-3 (JL-1) submarine-launched system and replaced the obsolete CSS-1 in the early 1980s.
The primary advantage of the CSS-5 is its solid-propellant system, which significantly increases its service life and mobility while decreasing its maintenance cost and the required launch time.

The CSS-5 is a tactical missile system, though it has a few strategic applications.
While its payload and accuracy are sufficient to destroy civilian population centers, it lacks the range to reach key Russian or US cities.
The CSS-5 can be effectively used as a deterrent against India,

It is capable of being used against large targets such as airports, seaports, or key staging areas.
It is reasonably effective against these targets even if not deployed with a nuclear warhead, making it an effective tactical system.

In the case of an attack on Taiwan, CSS-5 missiles with conventional warheads will almost certainly be used to soften the island prior to an invasion by striking defensive forces.

The CSS-5 system is highly mobile, resulting from its solid propellant and Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) vehicle launch system.

It can be easily transported, and its launch time is only several minutes, making it able to be deployed during a rapidly changing military situation.
Its TEL system enables it to be moved to critical areas quickly and avoid targeting by opposing forces.
This greatly increases its effectiveness as a tactical system and enables it to be hidden in rough terrain.

The CSS-5 system is also used to project power in Asia.
The CSS-5 is currently deployed at the Burmese border.
Now China has deployed the CSS-5 at the close to the borders with India and developed contingency plans to shift airborne forces at short notice to the region.
The PRC uses its nuclear and military superiority to exert control in the region

The CSS-5 can deploy its 600 kg payload with a minimum range of 500 km (311 miles) and a maximum range of 2,150 km (1,336 miles).
Its payload carries a single warhead that can be equipped with a 250 or 500 kT yield nuclear device, conventional high explosives, submunitions, and chemical agents.
It uses an inertial guidance system that is capable of striking with an accuracy of 700 m CEP.
It has a length of 10.7 m, a diameter of 1.4 m and a launch weight of 14,700 kg. The missile uses a two-stage solid propellant engine.

The DF-21 has also been developed into space launcher and anti-satellite/anti-missile weapon carrier.

DF-21C is a conventionally-armed MRBM system with upgraded mobile launcher and guidance system. The missile was said to have a payload of 2,000kg and a maximum range of 1,700km.

The DF-21A missile is believed to be configured for strategic missions only. The missile is carried inside a canister mounted on a truck-towed trailer for road-mobile.
The missile is placed inside a cylinder-shape container/launcher, with its nose extending outside of the launcher.
The missile container/launcher is in horizontal position when in traveling and vertical position during launch.
At the bottom of the container/launcher there are four large hydraulically operated stabilizers, which are lowered in preparation for the missile launch.
The missile is contained in an alumni-alloy cylinder launch–tube which keeps the missile in an invariable temperature environment.
The launch tubes have an elevation range of 0 to 90 degrees.
The azimuth range is from -180 to +180 degrees.
The missile launch-tube is carried on a 3-axes semi-trailer TEL, which is towed by a HY473 6X6 tractor truck.
The TEL trailer and tractor are equipped with hydraulically operated stabilisers which are lowered in preparation for the missile launch.

The sad part of this news is that We Indians come to know about this from Pentagon.
Pentagon in a report to the US Congress said, tensions remain along the Sino-India borders with rising instances of border violation and aggressive border patrolling by Chinese soldiers.
In its annual report, the US Defense department said, to improve regional deterrence, the PLA has replaced older liquid-fueled, nuclear capable CCS-3 intermediate range missiles with more advanced and survivable fueled CSS-5 MRBMs.

China is [ 50 or more ICBMs ] capable of targeting the United States
China’s provision of solid-propellant missile technology more than 15 years ago helped Pakistan develop the Shaheen II medium-range and Abdali short-range ballistic missiles.

India what we got -
The Agni III will allow India to strike targets as far away as Beijing.

Divorced Muslim Females Have Right to get maintenance under Section 125 CrPC –

Reality views by sm –
Friday, August 13, 2010

The Delhi High Court has said that irrespective of Muslim personal laws, under which
The husband is bound to maintain his wife only during Iddat period which is around three months after divorce; the wife is entitled for maintenance under Criminal Procedure Code till she remarries.

"Petition under Section 125 CrPC (pertaining to award of maintenance)
Would be maintainable (for the wife) before Family Courts so long as she
Does not remarry and the amount of maintenance to be awarded under the
Act cannot be restricted for Iddat period only," the court said while
Referring to a Supreme Court judgment. It further said that the husband
Owes responsibility to maintain not only his ex-wife but also the minor
Children living with her

The court passed the order while dismissing a petition filed by a man
Challenging a lower court''s award of maintenance of Rs 2,000 per month
To his minor daughter living separately with her mother.
Brushing aside the man’s contention that the right to get maintenance for the minor children ceases after two years of divorce as provided in personal law, the court
Said that the sustenance right cannot be restricted unless the divorcee gets
Remarried.

This law is very confusing regarding Muslim divorced females and you will find different judgments by different High courts.

All is fair in love and war – Meaning of Proverb with Political story explaining meaning of Proverb All is fair in love and war

Proverb - All is fair in love and war
Proverb - Where drums beat the Laws are silent

Proverb Meaning –

1. This idiom is used to say that where there is conflict; people can be expected to behave in a more vicious way.
2. People in love and soldiers in wartime are not bound by the rules of fair play.
3. When you are in love or waging war, you are allowed to be deceitful in order to get what you want.

The proverb has been traced back to John Lyly's 'Euphues' (1578).
First attested in the United States in 'Horse-Shoe Robinson' (1835).
The proverb is found in varying forms.
The proverb is frequently used to justify cheating.

Political Story explaining the meaning of Proverb – All is fair in love and war.

Story one -

Few Times in India Indian media exposes the truth about few political terror parties of India.
When Indian news channel expose these political terror parties doing corruption or doing and planning acts which are Taliban style,
These political parties immediately send 50 to 100 political gundas , members of that party , to the office of that news TV channel and then they beat everyone in that office, break the TV sets and everything , apply black color to the face of chief or anyone they find.
The final aim of these political terror parties is that to create and maintain fear in the mind of honest Indians.
After this attack the boss of that political terror party comes and says to everyone that
As news channel shown bad things about him, his men became angry and they attack the office in anger, they did not do it purposefully.
Everything is fair in love and war.

Story 2 –

On Friendship day and valentine day in India many political party members [ gundas ] who never get love from mother or sister , who are failed in love and are rejected by all the Indian girls , go to the parks and hotels and beat the boys and girls , and say that they are saving Indian culture.

Political story 3 –
India got CWG games contract in year 2003 but to do corruption the people decided that to do nothing until final moments and these way on the name of emergency just gave the contracts to the people who agreed to give them bribe under table.
As losses happen, they found the excuse that we did not get time to find good contractors.
Everything is fair in love and war.

Always remember this proverb is used to prove illegal things legal.

CWG, common or corruption wealth games Expenditure – Know expenditure and Get idea of corruption amount in CWG

CWG, common or corruption wealth games Expenditure – Know expenditure and Get idea of corruption amount in CWG

Reality views by sm –
Tuesday, August 10, 2010

Delhi Common wealth games will be held between 3 to 14 October.

Original promise was to hold the games within Rs 150 crore and this money were to be recovered from endorsements and ticket sales.

India's bid document for the Commonwealth Games in 2003 estimated the cost of hosting the event at Rs 1,899 crore.

"The first budget for the Games approved by the Cabinet in April 2007 estimated the total expenditure at around Rs 3,566 crore,"

Now expenditure has already touched Rs 28,000 crore but actual expenditure is more than 60000 crore.
So much rise in budget, this is corruption.
We Indians are expert in making corruption legally as our laws are useless and toothless. And there is no proper accountability.
Cost estimates have gone up by a whopping 1575% that is more than fifteen times.

Urban Development Minister S Jaipal Reddy said a total of Rs 28,054 crore have been spent on the games out of which Rs 16,560 crore was given to the Delhi Government.
1. Rs 670 crore has been spent directly on the games -- on building stadium.
2. Rs 650 crore for street scraping
3. Rs 900 crore for development bus depots
4. Rs 3,000 crore for extension of Metro
5. Rs 18,000 crore for augmenting DTC bus services
6. Rs 3,700 crore on flyovers and bridges.

The Delhi Government has also spent Rs 400 crore on parking facilities
Rs 200 crore on communications and IT
Rs 2,000 crore on power plants

Centre spend Rs. 11,494 crore
1. Rs 2.934 crore was spent on sports infrastructure
2. Rs 678 crore on training of teams
3. Rs 182 crore has been given to MTNL
4. Rs 827.85 crore to the Ministry of Urban Development
5. Rs 487.57 crore to Information and Broadcasting Ministry
6. Rs 747 crore to Health Ministry

Indian government has given Rs 2,394 crore as loan to the organising committee, which is to be returned by them after the games.

Further he said that "If you furnish and paint your house before your daughter's wedding, then the money spent on that cannot be said to be part of the dowry," he said.

Sm - To the Minister
We do not do corruption in family affairs, and many times in India in a wedding of daughter, a family of girls becomes a beggar family as demands keep rising from the boy’s family and girl’s father keeps taking loans from banks and private sources.

This common wealth games expenditure list is not complete.
According to few reports
Total expenditure on the Games would be close to Rs 87,000 crore which would be higher than the Rs 50,000 crore budget of forthcoming London Olympics 2012.
The difference between the Future London Olympics 2012 expenditure and CWG common wealth expenditure clearly shows the corruption happened in India.
Further more London Olympics - their preparations are over and players are using them.

It was decided to hold the games in Bawana in north-east Delhi, poor undeveloped area [villages] to ensure the growth and development of that region.
So how were the games shifted to the posh areas of Delhi, which is already developed?

"When the Games were given to India, Suresh Kalmadi claimed that the total expenditure to stage it would be only Rs 1620 crores.
Now how is it possible expenditure is raising everyday?
This clearly shows the lack of planning, corruption,
One of the ingredients to do corruption is lack of planning in a given project.

In year 2003 India got this contract, and still we are making preparations for the games.
The games will be over on 13 October but our work will continue and our government will continue patching the holes.

Corruption is our religion and we will follow our religion.

India - Cabinet approves bill to protect whistleblowers Know Important features of The Public Interest Disclosure and Protection to Persons Making the Disclosure Bill, 2010.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010

A proposed legislation to protect whistleblowers and provide for severe punishment to those exposing the identity of people disclosing information was approved at a meeting of the Union Cabinet.

The Bill is expected to encourage disclosure of information in public interest and to protect people who expose corruption in government.

When this bill The Public Interest Disclosure and Protection to Persons Making the Disclosure Bill, 2010 will become the law?
It will be now tabled in parliament.
Once passed in parliament by both the lower and upper houses, it will be signed by the president of India following which the central government will notify it as law.
It is likely to be tabled in the ongoing monsoon session of parliament.

Below are the important features of The Public Interest Disclosure and Protection to Persons Making the Disclosure Bill, 2010.

1.It is aimed at protecting the identity of citizens who reveal information about the misuse of public authority and public money.

2.Once this bill becomes law, it would empower the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to penalize those who reveal the identity of whistleblowers or threaten them.

3.The penalty under the proposed legislation for the guilty is up to three years of jail and a fine of up to Rs.50, 000.

4.The bill also empowers the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to impose a penalty on a public authority - Rs 250 for every day of delay beyond the stipulated deadline - that sits on complaints sent to them for their comments.

5.The CVC will have the powers of a civil court.

6.The commission will have powers of a civil court under this law; appeals against its decisions will lie with the high court.

7.The CVC will be the nodal agency in all such cases.

8.The bill, which has provisions to prevent victimization or disciplinary action against whistleblowers will cover, Central, State and Public Sector Employees.

9.The Bill also proposes that no court can interfere in the case and can have any powers over the decision made by the CVC. It will also be able to take action against anyone, who makes frivolous complaints.

10.According to reports, the CVC will also have powers to punish those making frivolous complaints in accordance with the bill's provisions.

11.It stipulated a two-year jail term and a maximum fine of Rs 30,000 for people who were found to be leveling false and frivolous complaints against officials.

Why this law was in India by parliament or Indian politicians ?
A honest government would have made this law as soon as India got independence or quickly after murder of Dubey. but we wait for the orders from SC of India, as we are corrupt or uneducated.

The credit goes to Honorable Supreme Court of India.

Note - The first U.S. law adopted specifically to protect whistleblowers was the Lloyd-La Follette Act of 1912.

In April 2004, under Supreme Court pressure, the Government had issued an order — Public Interest Disclosures and Protection of Informers Resolution, 2004 — designating the CVC as the nodal agency to handle complaints on corruption.

Few questions for which I am still looking information.
Will it protect corporate, private sector whistleblowers?
Military whisleblower ?
Intelligence whisleblower ?

Final conclusion –
This law will not give protection to any Indian.
This law will discourage honest Indians to make use of RTI, or report about corruption as if he fails to prove, he will be fined.

The law should create fear in the minds of dishonest persons, just 3 years jail term it will do nothing.
Punishment should have been not 3 but 300 years in jail.

Something is better than nothing.
Let’s hope one day in future this proposed bill or law will be amended which will create fear in the minds of dishonest Indians.

Rajya Sabha on Sale – India is on Sale – Votes of MLAs are on Sale

Rajya Sabha on Sale – India is on Sale – Votes of MLAs are on Sale
Is it not rape of Indian democracy?

Reality views by sm –
Tuesday, August 03, 2010

CNN-IBN and Cobrapost exposed the reality of India.
Votes of MLAs during Rajya Sabha elections in Jharkhand are bought and sold to ensure the victory of a particular candidate.

An IBN-Cobrapost investigation has found that MLAs from various political parties in the state take money to vote for a particular candidate during elections.

CNN-IBN and Cobrapost conducted a joint sting operation which exposed
Jharkhand MLAs who were willing to take as little as Rs 50 lakh to sell their votes in Rajya Sabha polls

Rajesh Ranjan, Congress MLA in Jharkhand, has a price: Rs one crore.
Ranjan will sell his vote to elect a Rajya Sabha candidate for that money.
Ranjan, MLA from Mahagama, met our undercover reporter and quoted his price to vote for a Rajya Sabha candidate.
He didn't even know who the candidate was.
Ranjan claimed he could even buy Rajendra Singh, leader of the Congress in the Assembly. “Add Rajender Singh's name to the list. He is the leader of the Congress legislature party. If we take him into confidence, it will help,” he said.
Having sold himself Ranjan offered to act as a broker and claimed he can get nine more Congress MLAs to vote for our candidate. “I have spoken to the MLAs. Keep their packets of Rs 50 lakhs (each) ready. You can hand the cash packets personally to them this evening.”

Capital Hotel –
In Room number 404 of Capital Hotel, Ranjan introduced the reporter to two more Congress MLAs, Sawan Lakda and Yogender Sahu.
“We are united--what our MLA (Ranjan) has committed to, will be done. No need to discuss again,” said Ladka. Ranjan then confirms again that the MLAs will be paid Rs 50 lakhs each for their votes.
In discussion with reporter he even told the names of politicians whom he can manage for the reporter.
Gopalnath Sahdev, Anant Pratap, Saurabh Narayan., Yogendra Sahu, Mannan Malik, Sawan Lakda, Banna Gupta, Geeti Shri, Sarfaraz Ahmad
A total of 10 MLAs.
He even promised that he will get vote of Independent candidates like Geeta Koda, wife of former chief minister Madhu Koda, who is in jail in connection with corruption cases.

BJP MLA Uma Shankar Akela from Barhi in Jharkhand he is also ready to sell his vote.
Akela straight away asks how much money he will be paid to vote for a particular candidate. When he learns that the amount can be between Rs 50 lakh to 1 crore, he also asks for a car.
Akela says that he has a group of 10 to 12 (MLAs) and assures that they won't break up. "If we vote it will be as a group of 12.

Tek Lal Mahto is a MLA belonging to Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)
Now Mahto is willing to sell his vote, to further his own interests.
When the reporter asks Mahto how many MLAs can be arranged, he replied four of five. Mahto also demanded more than Rs 1 crore for just one vote for a Rajya Sabha candidate.
JMM leader Simon Marandi tells the reported to keep Rs 2 crore ready and adds that he will try to get others along. He says that he wants Rs 2 crore just for himself.
Both Marandi and Mahto are MLAs of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and agree to sell their votes.

"It is completely illegal to buy your way through the Rajya Sabha.
Selling vote is a bigger crime than the terror attack.
It is nothing but war and crime against India.
The politicians who sell their vote should be given capital punishment.

India's Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi has also assured action against those involved. Quraishi said that the Election Commission will seek legal opinion on the way forward.

This again proves that Indian laws are useless and toothless and every political party is corrupt in India.

Please watch out our media news channels how many times show this news and compare this with the news of females where sex is involved then it may be a news of prostitutes or bar girls who dance for the food and education and medicine family.

Demand capital punishment for these politicians.
