India laws outdated case study : uphaar cinema
Uphaar cinema fire occurred on Friday, June 13, 1997 at Uphaar Cinema, Delhi. According to reports, the fire began in the car park and engulfed the cinema. 59 people died and over a hundred were seriously injured
Gopal and Sushil Ansal, the owners of Uphaar cinema where 59 people were killed in 1997, were convicted by a court for causing death by negligent act. The offence carries a maximum punishment of two years of imprisonment.

This is 2009 and still the case is going on
justice delay is justice denied.

This shows that our judicial system has problems and rich people can brake the laws freely and enjoy there life forever on the name of appeal.

We hope uphaar criminals will be send to jail before there death.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIDE.

WE NEED PROVISION TO SUE GOVERMENT OR SUPREMECOURT OF INDIA FOR DELAY IN JUSTICE.

What is civil right ?

What is civil right ?
Lets understand civil rights.
Civil and political rights are a class of rights ensuring things such as the protection of peoples' physical integrity; procedural fairness in law; protection from discrimination based on gender, religion, race, sexual orientation, etc; individual freedom of belief, speech, association, and the press; and political participation.
Examples of civil rights and liberties include the right to get redress if injured by another, the right to privacy, the right of peaceful protest, the right to a fair investigation and trial if suspected of a crime, and more generally-based constitutional rights such as the right to vote, the right to personal freedom, the right to freedom of movement and the right of equal protection.
The terms civil rights and civil liberties are often used interchangeably
In india we can see our constituion mentions about Fundamental rights and duties .
But do you ever see any political party talking about Fundamental rights
and duties
The constitution of india guarantee to the citizens of india six freedoms
that are speech and expression, peaceful assembly, association, free movement, residence, and pratising any profession and carrying on any business..

India Mob rules casestudy : Girls thrashed in Mangalore pub

India Mob rules casestudy : Girls thrashed in Mangalore pub
Mangalore, Jan 25 2009 Members of Sri Ram Sangthan, a Hindu organisation, thrashed girls and boys in a pub here last night.

20-30 members of Sri Ram Sangathan ransacked a local pub here, alleging it to be involved in drug deals. The members began beating the boys in the pub but soon they got violent on women too.

A case is filed by the pub's management with the area police who have arrested two members of the organization.

Who has given the right to Sri ram sangathan to beat boys and girls ?

In india do we got democracy or Taliban Raj ?

where is police ? where is judiciary ?
Does there is no fear of law in this people ?

we have to make such a laws where this should not happen ?

Again it proves in india mob rules case study : Karachi Sweets in Mulund

Again it proves in india mob rules case study : Karachi Sweets in Mulund
After receiving notice from the MNS letterhead by local activist Rajendra Deshmukh, asking him to change the name of the shop or face the consequences.
the owner of the shop has changed his shop name as law officers also suggestd to the shop owner that change the shop name.
Karachi Sweets was as old as three decades and a "known brand'' in the area,
Threats by goons seem to have prevailed over assurances given by the state
home minister and the city's commissioner of police. Mohan Sachdev, owner of
Mulund's Karachi Sweet Mart, has bowed to the MNS diktat to remove the city's name from the signboard and decided to rename his shop Jai Shri Krishna.

Now the question is that in india do we have democracy ?
do we got the freedom of speech and expression ?
do you think there is any diffrence between Taliban order and Mns order.

we need to change the laws ,make such strict laws that mob will fear the law and everyone will go through the rule law .
Today in india ,do you find respect for freedom of speech and expression,
any mob demands anything and from rich to poor everyone is compel to obey them.
Is the indication that there is no faith in police department and judiciary?

India laws outdated casestudy : Salman khan

India laws outdated casestudy : Salman khan

BOLLYWOOD actor Salman Khan probably felt every bit the superhero when he shot dead three chinkaras (Indian gazelles) in a Rajasthan forest nine years ago.

Instead of accepting Salman Khan's conviction as a triumph for wildlife conservation, there has been an effort to split hairs and divert the issue with questions that are irrelevant to the conviction

Bollywood film star Salman Khan has been ordered to serve five years in prison for poaching a gazelle at a wildlife preserve.

appeal pending.

Rich and Powerful keep enjoying.

case 2 : The 41-year-old actor has another poaching conviction from 2006, for killing protected black buck antelopes in Rajasthan, and was given a one-year jail sentence. He was granted bail while he appeals that conviction.
appeal pending.

case 3: Khan is also facing charges of killing a person sleeping on a pavement in Mumbai while driving drunk in 2002. He contends he was not at the wheel.

On February 17, 2006, Khan was sentenced to one year in prison for hunting an endangered species, the Chinkara. The sentence was stayed by a higher court during appeal

On April 10, 2006, Salman khan was handed a five year jail term for hunting the endangered Chinkara.

On August 24, 2007, the Jodhpur sessions court, upheld the 5 year jail term for Khan in the Chinkara poaching case by turning down his appeal against the 2006 judgement. At the time of the hearing, he was busy with a shooting elsewhere, while his sister attended the proceedings

How many years the honorable high courts and superem courts of india will need to decide and send the crminal person to jail.

do you think in our life time we can see the justice is done.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

We need to change the laws.

make a law that high courts or supreme courts must give judgement in 12 months of time or 6 months of time.

Every Indian must get right to vote wherever he is

Every Indian must get right to vote wherever he is

India and voting

voting is a right which every indian gets as soon as he is born in india.
its our fundamental right but many indians are not able to vote because of location change or handicap ,physical disability.
As per The Representation of the People Act-1950, a voter can cast his/her ballot in a constituency only if, he/she is "ordinarily residing" in the corresponding area for at least six months prior to the polling date. We are being denied our constitutional Right to vote and the right to participate in Indian polity due to our temporary residence. We feel that this needs amendments to allow 'absentee voting' in the largest Democracy of the world. Non-resident Indians feel a strong urge to exercise vote and be a part of the democratic setup. We say, "My Vote, My Voice."

As a first step towards achieving this goal, an online petition has been prepared addressing concerned ministry. Please take sometime to read and sign the petition. Link to Petition

India - Delhi Highcourt removes ban on smoking in films.

India - Delhi Highcourt removes ban on smoking in films.
Two years after Union health minister Anbumani Ramadoss's campaign prompted the government to ban on-screen smoking, the Delhi high court on Friday 23th jan 2009 quashed the October 2006 notification saying it violates filmmakers' fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression.
Justice Kaul on Friday quashed the Centre's notification banning smoking in films and TV serials, saying it violates the filmmakers' freedom of speech.
The court quashed the Centre's ban on on-screen smoking in films and television programmes, saying it is a reality of life and any censorship on its depiction would violate creative artistes' fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression.

In reality if goverment really wants and thinks that smoking is bad for health
 then govt.should make following laws.
1- make manufacture of cigarates illegal and close all cigarate making companies.
2- Ban the production, sell and purchase of tobacco in all forms except medical or reaserch use,           for that tobacco can be imported.
3- make a rule that any person who smokes, is not eligible to contest any elections or held any          public job..

India laws outdated casestudy: Afzal Guru

India lasws outdated casestudy Afzal Guru

Mohammad Afzal, also known as Afzal Guru, was convicted of conspiracy in the December 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament and was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of India in 2004. The sentence was to be carried out on 20 October 2006. The sentence is now stayed.

Today this is 2009 but there is no hope that justice will be done
It seems there is no respect for supreme court orders .
its very sorry state for india that honorable supereme court of india has ordered but still mother india is crying for justice.

we need to change the laws .

Back to history 1940 Churchill and india

Back to history 1940 Churchill and india
That brings us back to Churchill, who had a confrontation of sorts with Gandhi. Churchill was an opponent of Home Rule ,freedom for India, and Gandhi was the leader of the movement that won Home Rule. Churchill's views on this matter are not today well-known. His opinion was that the people of India were entitled to self-government. He had said years earlier, in a speech in honor of the Fourth of July, that the British Empire must stand for the principles of the Declaration of Independence. Equally, he believed that the people of India were incapable of self-government at the time. India was not so much a country, as he put it, as a "geographic expression." It was divided among peoples of different tribes, languages, and religions, some of whom meant violence upon others. He predicted that Home Rule or independence would mean a civil war and massive casualties

Today do you agree with churchill ?
was he right about india?

India Laws outdated case study : Navjot Singh Sidhu

India Laws outdated case study : Navjot Singh Sidhu
JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED
December 1 2001 ,the Honorbale high courts of Punjab and Haryana found
sidhu guilty and sentenced him to three-year imprisonment in a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. But sidhu is not in jail this is 2009 and still his case is pending in the
honorable supreme court of india.
we hope in his life time the judgement will come and he will go to jail.
what happens if in this years all witnesses are dead.
The Supreme Court stayed the conviction of cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu in a road rage death case paving the way for him to contest the bypoll for Amritsar Lok Sabha seat.
What will happen to Indian democracy if criminals and convicts sit in the Parliament? Once again the people are assailed by doubts and uncertainty looms large and it has a highly unsettling effect.
If you are a rich perosn in india ,law is a toy for you do u think this is correct ?
i am a common man if i will just utter a word or carry a stone i am surei will end up in jail for life without lawyer and bail.as i dont have money to pay to the lawyers and for my bail.
For a common man,for mother india a criminal is a criminal then he may be arun gawli or dawood or sanjay dutt or sidhu or kasab all must be fined and punished if found guilty on time.
what is the use of food when person is on hungar strike ,when he was hungry one should give him food ,not after his death.
justice delayed is justice denied.
and people say india is shinning ,people say india is super power.

Barack Obama’s inaugural speech on 20th jan 2009

Barack Obama’s inaugural speech-
My fellow citizens:
I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.
Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forbearers, and true to our founding documents.
So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans.
That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost; jobs shed; businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.
These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land - a nagging fear that America’s decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.
Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America - they will be met.
On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.
On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.
We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.
In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of short-cuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted - for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things - some celebrated but more often men and women obscure in their labor, who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.
For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life.
For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the West; endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth.
For us, they fought and died, in places like Concord and Gettysburg; Normandy and Khe Sahn.
Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life. They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions; greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.
This is the journey we continue today. We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth. Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions - that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America.
For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of our economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act - not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth. We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together. We will restore science to its rightful place, and wield technology’s wonders to raise health care’s quality and lower its cost. We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories. And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age. All this we can do. And all this we will do.
Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions - who suggest that our system cannot tolerate too many big plans. Their memories are short. For they have forgotten what this country has already done; what free men and women can achieve when imagination is joined to common purpose, and necessity to courage.
What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them - that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works - whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public’s dollars will be held to account - to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day - because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.
Nor is the question before us whether the market is a force for good or ill. Its power to generate wealth and expand freedom is unmatched, but this crisis has reminded us that without a watchful eye, the market can spin out of control - and that a nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our Gross Domestic Product, but on the reach of our prosperity; on our ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart - not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.
As for our common defence, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals. Our Founding Fathers, faced with perils that we can scarcely imagine, drafted a charter to assure the rule of law and the rights of man, a charter expanded by the blood of generations. Those ideals still light the world, and we will not give them up for expedience’s sake. And so to all the peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born: know that America is a friend of each nation and every man, woman, and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity, and that we are ready to lead once more.
Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.
We are the keepers of this legacy. Guided by these principles once more, we can meet those new threats that demand even greater effort - even greater cooperation and understanding between nations. We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to its people, and forge a hard-earned peace in Afghanistan. With old friends and former foes, we will work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet. We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you.
For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness. We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus - and non-believers. We are shaped by every language and culture, drawn from every end of this Earth; and because we have tasted the bitter swill of civil war and segregation, and emerged from that dark chapter stronger and more united, we cannot help but believe that the old hatreds shall someday pass; that the lines of tribe shall soon dissolve; that as the world grows smaller, our common humanity shall reveal itself; and that America must play its role in ushering in a new era of peace.
To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society’s ills on the West - know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy. To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist.
To the people of poor nations, we pledge to work alongside you to make your farms flourish and let clean waters flow; to nourish starved bodies and feed hungry minds. And to those nations like ours that enjoy relative plenty, we say we can no longer afford indifference to the suffering outside our borders; nor can we consume the world’s resources without regard to effect. For the world has changed, and we must change with it.
As we consider the road that unfolds before us, we remember with humble gratitude those brave Americans who, at this very hour, patrol far-off deserts and distant mountains. They have something to tell us today, just as the fallen heroes who lie in Arlington whisper through the ages. We honor them not only because they are guardians of our liberty, but because they embody the spirit of service; a willingness to find meaning in something greater than themselves. And yet, at this moment - a moment that will define a generation - it is precisely this spirit that must inhabit us all.
For as much as government can do and must do, it is ultimately the faith and determination of the American people upon which this nation relies. It is the kindness to take in a stranger when the levees break, the selflessness of workers who would rather cut their hours than see a friend lose their job which sees us through our darkest hours. It is the firefighter’s courage to storm a stairway filled with smoke, but also a parent’s willingness to nurture a child, that finally decides our fate.
Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends - honesty and hard work, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism - these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history. What is demanded then is a return to these truths. What is required of us now is a new era of responsibility - a recognition, on the part of every American, that we have duties to ourselves, our nation, and the world, duties that we do not grudgingly accept but rather seize gladly, firm in the knowledge that there is nothing so satisfying to the spirit, so defining of our character, than giving our all to a difficult task.
This is the price and the promise of citizenship.
This is the source of our confidence - the knowledge that God calls on us to shape an uncertain destiny.
This is the meaning of our liberty and our creed - why men and women and children of every race and every faith can join in celebration across this magnificent mall, and why a man whose father less than sixty years ago might not have been served at a local restaurant can now stand before you to take a most sacred oath.
So let us mark this day with remembrance, of who we are and how far we have traveled. In the year of America’s birth, in the coldest of months, a small band of patriots huddled by dying campfires on the shores of an icy river. The capital was abandoned. The enemy was advancing. The snow was stained with blood. At a moment when the outcome of our revolution was most in doubt, the father of our nation ordered these words be read to the people:
”Let it be told to the future world...that in the depth of winter, when nothing but hope and virtue could survive...that the city and the country, alarmed at one common danger, came forth to meet [it].”
America. In the face of our common dangers, in this winter of our hardship, let us remember these timeless words. With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children’s children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God’s grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations. Thank you. God bless you and God bless the United States of America.

Know what they dont tell you about Pricewaterhousecoopers PWC

Know what they dont tell you about Pricewaterhousecoopers PWC:
PricewaterhouseCoopers (or PwC) is the world's largest professional services firm. It was formed in 1998 from a merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, both formed in London.
On January 31, 2007 PwC was named as a co-defendant in a class action lawsuit filed against Dell, the world's number two PC manufacturer. Taken on behalf of shareholders, the lawsuit alleges that Dell, and its auditors, failed to disclose information about Dell's financial condition.

Tyco settlementIn July 2007, PwC agreed to pay $225 million to settle a class-action lawsuit brought by shareholders of Tyco International Ltd over a multibillion-dollar accounting fraud.

India's accounting standards agency ICAI is investigating partners of PwC for professional negligence in the now-defunct Global Trust Bank Ltd case of 2007. Like Satyam, Global Trust Bank was also based in Hyderabad. This led to Reserve Bank of India banning PwC from auditing any financial company for over a year.

PwC was also associated with the accounting scandal at DSQ Software in India. In July 2006, PwC’s Japanese affiliate Chuo Aoyama was handed a two-month ban Following the Satyam scandal, the Mumbai-based Small Investor Grievances Association (SIGA) has requested the Indian stock market regulator SEBI to ban PwC permanently and seize its assets in India alleging few more scandals like "Ketan Mehta stock manipulations."

After knowing all this do you think you can trust audits done by pwc in india.so if you are intelligent person, investor have money in stock market please find out if your company is audited by Pwc if yes then please be careful and ask the question is it possible that Like Satyam with this company also same thing happen and if same thing happens what you will do as a common investor ?
Be intelligent and decide its your hard earned money and see that like satyam, your money should not disappear so be careful ,get information and act .

Price Waterhouse has an impressive list of close to 50 clients in India. They include multinationals like Bayer, Bosch, Colage-Palmolive, Glaxosmithkline, Novartis and domestic infrastructure companies like GMR, Lanco, Reliance Infra, Reliance Power and Simplex. UB, United Spirits, Max India are also PwC clients. Some IT companies associated with PwC are HCL, Info Edge, Mastek, Moser Baer and NIIT.

DO YOU HAVE THE SHARES OF ABOVE COMPANIES ? RECHECK ,THINK AND ACT .

In India, our accounting laws are not as advanced as usa, here you can not file a case on accounting firms to recover money from them .
Do u think our laws are outdated we need to change our laws .

"No Matter What"

Chica cha ha ha

Chica cha ha ha
Chica cha ha ha
Chica cha ha ha
Chica cha ha ha
No matter what they tell us
No matter what they do
No matter what they teach us
What we believe is true

No matter what they call us
However they attack
No matter where they take us
We'll find our own way back

I can't deny what I believe
I can't be what I'm not
I know our love forever
I know, no matter what

If only tears were laughter (ooh)
If only night was day (ooh)
If only prayers were answered (hear my prayers)
Then we would hear God say (say)

No matter what they tell you (ooh)
No matter what they do (ooh)
No matter what they teach you
What we believe is true

And I will keep you safe and strong
And shelter from the storm
No matter where it's barren
A dream is being born

(Ooh)

No matter who they follow
No matter where they lead
No matter how they judge us
I'll be everyone you need

No matter if the sun don't shine (sun don't shine)
Or if the skies are blue (skies are blue)
No matter what the end is
My life began with you

I can't deny what I believe (what I believe, yeah)
I can't be what I'm not
(I know, I know) I know this love's forever
That's all that matters now
No matter what

No matter what (no, no matter, no)

No, no matter
That's all that matters to me

Elections 2009 :Vote for Economic Reservation only

Elections 2009 :Vote for Economic Reservation only

Do you want to see one india or divided india ?
Do you want progress then learn to think about future and vote.
vote for the parties who have vision and who support cancellation of all reservations based on caste, religion, and who support only Economic Reservation.
Econimic Reservation will give benefits to each and every indian who is in need of help.
caste ,religion based reservation divides us and makes us weak as a nation ,
as a indian.
today ask any one who are you ? majority will say i am hindu ,i am muslim,i
am sikh but no one will say i am indian.
Caste ,religion based reservation is making political leaders day and night rich as we common indians keep fighting on thirdclass ,useless issues like language or how much percentage of reservation when this happens we ignore the black deeds of our politicians.

From education to jobs there should be only economic reservation on the basis economic condition of family which will automatically cover every indian citizen who requires reservation.
Today just visit to collages and you will find that many poor studans dont have reservation facilties ,they pay the fees, on the other side few boys come daily to collage in a luxry cars and still they enjoy reservation and dont pay fees.
which social change you want ?
Do you want divided india when this poor boy will become terrorist or join terror gangs as he will lose his education to right, in this case do you think boy is right in his decesion to join terror gangs as he will say that he is fighting for cause .
once economic reservation is introduced it will start to show our weakness, weakeness of political parties, there greed as they have to do social changes ,they have to think about population problem and many more.
but they will not support it as divide and rule and keep people away from politics and social change.

British people ruled and kept us as a slaves using the policy of divide and rule
current political parties are also doing the same divide and rule.
so i request to every indian citizen vote for the party which supports
ECONOMIC Reservation .

IF you oppose economic reservation give comments and i will counter reply you.

INDIA - SOON FREEDOM OF INTERNET WILL BE HISTORY IN INDIA.

INDIA - SOON FREEDOM OF INTERNET WILL BE HISTORY IN INDIA.

This is about the new praposed law which indian goverment is going to pass.
lets discuss it.
with this law goverment of india is going to get a right to control ,hack your pc and internet activites or your local area networks or your wireless internet activities without your knowledge and permission.
Last week indian parliament passed a bill which stipulates life imprisonment for those indulging in cyber terrorism and giving the government endless power to “intercept or monitor any information through any computer. This
bill is bound to infringe on civil liberties like right to privacy or right to anonymous communication with legitimate purposes, because no safeguards had been put in place to prevent such abuse.
For those indulging in cyber terrorism, the new legislation provides for stiff penalty of life imprisonment. The bill also says that dishonestly receiving stolen computer resource, identity theft, cheating by personation by using computer resource and violation of privacy will result in imprisonment upto three years apart from fine between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.

Individual change ,society change, and effects.

Individual change ,society change, and effects.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL BLOGGERS ,FRIENDS ,VISITORS WHO CAME TO MY BLOG
THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT ,COMMENTS .WISH YOU ALL GOOD HARDWORK AND SUCCESS.

Whenever something bad happens ,rich people and politicians ,uneducated people will say that one has to change ,then then environment, society will change .
what you think do you have given thought on this.
lets understand this change.
First of all let me clearly tell you individual change will do nothing it will change nothing , if you change your home will be clean but society will remain dirty and bad whatever is the state of society it will never change.
so what should we have to do to change the soceity, solution is
we need good laws , clear laws, respect and fear of law , politicians with educated background .
As a society if we change only then we will see change ,there is no hope when only individual change is seen.
i tell you one experience
In india ,its very common you see rich or poor people spitting on roads, and
doing all dirty work outside.
So once my friend decided that he will not spit on the road, he continued this for 1 week, on sunday when he went outside with his new white shirt,
someone from the bus spitted on his shirt, and that moment again he started to spit as there is no justice, law which will punish the person who has spittled. Then for 1 month he contiuned to spit ,after that he realise that he has to stop spitting, he is not spitting on roads now,but encourges other friends not to spit on roads but no body listens as there is no law or no implimention of law.
so the point is that
YES WE CAN CHANGE TOGETHER SOCIETY CAN CHANGE GLOBE IS OUR HOME WE HAVE TO CHANGE THIS GLOBAL VILLAGE AS A ONE HUMAN SOCIETY.
