Lyrics-

Come and hold my hand
I wanna contact the living
Not sure I understand
This role I've been given
I sit and talk to God

And he just laughs at my plans
My head speaks a language
I don't understand

I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
Cos I got too much life
Running through my veins
Going to waste
I don't wanna die
But I ain't keen on living either
Before I fall in love
I'm preparing to leave her

Scare myself to death
That's why I keep on running
Before I've arrived
I can see myself coming
I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
Cos I got too much life
Running through my veins
Going to waste
And I need to feel
Real love and the love ever after
I can not get enough

I just wanna feel
Real love feel the home that I live in
I got too much love
Running through my veins
To go to waste

I just wanna feel
Real love and the love ever after
There's a hole in my soul
You can see it in my face
It's a real big place

Come and hold my hand
I wanna contact the living
Not sure I understand
This role I've been given
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand
Not sure I understand

India And Genetically modified (GM) Food - Bt Brinjal

India And Genetically modified (GM) Food -
In India Genetic Engineering Approval Committee, ministry of environment & forests
[GEAC] approves the genetically modified (GM) Food. The GEAC was set up by the Ministry of Environment and Forests to regulate research, testing and commercial release of genetically modified crops, foods and organisms.
The Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Co. Ltd Mahyco is one of the largest and most trusted
Seed companies in India. In 1998, after 8 years of negotiation, Monsanto became
A 50% shareholder in the company and received approval to conduct
Countrywide field trials.

The data compiled was never made public.
Genetically modified (GM) food research in India is not being made to evaluate potential harm to human health and environment.
A major factor in agriculture is the availability of water. Bt cotton consumes much more water than nonBt hybrids do.
Currently future of Indian farming is black and very dangerous which will never allow the Indian rupee to be equal to dollar, pound, or euro. Today we purchase the arms from developed nations; tomorrow we will be purchasing 100% seeds from the developed world.
Today also, we Indians are behaving like Jungle tribes in the era of science.
As the world wakes up to human health and environment nuisance from the
a genetically modified (GM) crop, India is fast turning into a dustbin for the new technology.
These companies will use us Indians like a lab rats. We are becoming human rats because of our laws and policy makers.
It took a 30-month long legal battle to bring out the bio-safety studies submitted by Mahyco to GEAC for the approval of its Bt Brinjal. Regarding this the Right to Information act helped lot.
14th October 2009:
The Genetic Engineering Approval Committee (GEAC) today considered the approval of Bt Brinjal at their 97th meeting. Internal sources say that GEAC approved the environmental release of Bt Brinjal although there were three voices of dissent within the committee, including that of Supreme Court observer and noted molecular biologist Dr P.M Bhargava. It is further believed that committee’s recommendations have been sent for the final government approval for commercial release. If approved it will be the first genetically modified food crop to be approved in India and the first genetically modified vegetable to be approved for commercial cultivation anywhere in the world.
GM corn and GM Soya are mainly used to feed cattle in North America or go into processed foods.
Despite the concern, the Genetic Engineering Approval Committee (the GEAC) has given a go ahead for the environmental release of Bt Brinjal.
If this goes through, Bt Brinjal would become the first edible GM product in the country, and the first GM vegetable anywhere in the world.
This will also open the floodgates for the 56 other crops, which are undergoing various stages of trial across the nation.
On which Foods and Crops In India GM experiments are going on?
Besides cotton, genetic engineering experiments are being conducted on maize,
mustard, sugarcane, sorghum, pigeonpea, chickpea, rice, tomato, brinjal, potato,
banana, papaya, cauliflower, oilseeds, castor, soybean and medicinal plants.
Experiments are also underway on several species of fish.
What is Bt brinjal?
'brinjal', also called as ‘eggplant’ or 'aubergine',
BT brinjal is a transgenic variety of brinjal, which contains a gene (Cry 1Ac), artificially introduced into its genome, and mainly from a soil bacterium called bacillus thuringienesis (Bt). This is said to give the brinjal plant resistance against insects like the Brinjal Fruit and Shoot Borer (Leucinodes orbonalis) and Fruit Borer (Helicoverpa armigera).
Who is developing Bt brinjal, and why?
Bt Brinjal is being developed in India by Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company (Mahyco), a subsidiary of the multinational Monsanto. Although they claim that genetically modifying crops will increase yield, this has not been proved in the history of GM crops, for any crop anywhere in the world.
By controlling the seeds, multinationals are slowly and systematically taking over the entire food system, multinationals gain to profit at the cost of both farmers and consumers alike.
Will Bt brinjal benefit farmers or consumers?
Bt brinjal has been developed to provide resistance to only one pest. It does not provide resistance to other pests, which will continue to attack the plant. Moreover, over time, even Shoot Borer will develop resistance to this variety of genetically modified brinjal, and will need to be replaced with a different variety of modified brinjal. Bt cotton is case in point. In addition, pollination will ensure that all indigenous varieties of the species will eventually be wiped out, thereby completely wiping out biodiversity, which is so crucial for the survival of any species.
How can you differentiate between Bt brinjal and non-Bt varieties of brinjal?
Bt brinjal does not look any different from non-Bt varieties. They cannot be differentiated just by looking at them. In fact, the only way to tell them apart is elaborate and expensive laboratory tests. This leaves consumers with no choice in the matter.
What is the status of Bt Brinjal?
Mahyco, a biotech company has been field testing Bt Brinjal though there is almost no consumer awareness on GM food and its impact on health. Although it has completed field trials, scientists, consumers, farmers… almost all stakeholders are concerned that no adequate tests have been done to prove it bio-safe i.e. safe for consumption or release into the environment

"There is little doubt that the brinjal originated in India and that its many varieties have been eaten in India for centuries, fried, steamed, roasted or curried," said Chitra Devi, a scientist at the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR)

"The brinjal is a traditional crop in India, and the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety has provisions that discourage genetic modification of crops in their land of origin," said Sharma. The protocol is a supplement to the Convention on Biological Diversity, an international treaty adopted in Rio de Janeiro in June 1992 to protect biodiversity, ensure sustainable use and equitable sharing of the world's genetic resources.

Conclusion-

Genetically modified foods is the necessity of future, we cannot stop the development or ban them. GM has huge potential for humankind in medicine, agriculture and food.
What we need is
1. Total Transparency on the research of Genetically modified (GM) food
2. Creation of Global Organization, which will monitor all over the world all research made on the GM foods. This organization will allow or disallow, certify the Genetically modified (GM) food.
3. Law should be made allowing independent research and publications on Genetically modified (GM) food.
4. GM foods should go through the same strict procedure, which is used when new medicine is made or developed by medicine companies.
5. GM food should be sold with the label of GM food, so a consumer will know and can decide what they want to eat. Traditional Food or GM food.
6. The control on the price of GM food and seeds.
7. Expiry of patent rights after certain years A law should be introduced. Allowing farmers to use the GM seeds without paying license fees. Otherwise, farmers will end up forever giving the license fees and many types of charges to some companies who hold the patent rights.
8. GM foods are new; there has not been any long-term testing to see if they are dangerous to humans. Therefore, for this the families in the beginning who will use the Genetically modified (GM) foods should be given the money as they will be offering their bodies for Genetically modified (GM) foods

. It is said that GM food will solve the problem of hunger but reality is that food is available but the poor people do not have money to buy it. A family who can not buy a third class quality rice to eat how that family will buy the GM rice or foods which will not be given free of cost. Real problem is not food, real problem is corruption, and distribution and we have to stop the waste of food.
Recently I came to read on the one website it claimed that every year in India Ten Lakh people die because of Hunger.
However, we cannot stop the development and progress of the science in any field.
For our future generations we have to be ready today food is available tomorrow food may or may not be available, so it is better to work towards the technology and science. Without taking risks, we humans will not make progress
However, we are not ready to become human lab rats in ignorance, come out with truth and you will find the families who will accept these challenges of new technology and like medicine as you find the people for testing you will find the families who will offer there bodies for food testing.

Know about the Terminator Gene

Know about the Terminator Gene
Our one of the friend M, has said in his comment on my post http://realityviews.blogspot.com/2009/10/know-about-genetically-modified-gm-food.html
Some excellent information, but some of your facts are incorrect. For example, "GM crops are genetically manipulated so that they die after one season and cannot reproduce." Not so.
Please keep up the good work, Thanks,
NO TO GMOs
After reading this comment, I thought it is necessary to clarify and update the post.
So let us understand what the Terminator Gene is ?

The technology was discussed during the 8th Conference of the Parties to the UN's Convention on Biological Diversity in Curitiba, Brazil, March 20-31, 2006.
Genetic use restriction technology (GURT), known as terminator technology, is the name given to proposed methods for restricting the use of genetically modified plants by causing second generation seeds to be sterile.
The technology was developed under a cooperative research and development agreement between the Agricultural Research Service of the USDA and Delta and Pine Land Company in the 1990s, but it is not yet commercially available.
Because some stakeholders expressed concerns that this technology might lead to dependence for poor smallholder farmers, Monsanto Company, an agricultural products company and the world's biggest seed supplier, pledged not to commercialize the technology in 1999.
Late in 2006, it acquired Delta and Pine Land Company.
There are two types of GURT.
1. V-GURT
2. T-GURT

What is the V-GURT Technology?
This type of GURT produces sterile seeds meaning that a farmer that had purchased seeds containing v-GURT technology could not save the seed from this crop for future planting.
The technology is restricted at the plant variety level - hence the term V-GURT. Manufacturers of genetically enhanced crops would use this technology to protect their products from unauthorized use.

What is T-GURT technology?
This type of GURT modifies a crop in such a way that the genetic enhancement engineered into the crop does not function until the crop plant is treated with a chemical that is sold by the biotechnology company.

Initially developed by the US Department of Agriculture and multinational seed companies, “suicide seeds” have not been commercialized anywhere in the world due to an avalanche of opposition from farmers, indigenous peoples, civil society, and some governments
In 2000, the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity recommended a de facto moratorium on field-testing and commercial sale of Terminator seeds; the moratorium was re-affirmed in 2006. India and Brazil have already passed national laws to prohibit the technology.

The technology is present there, and there is no guarantee that tomorrow when conditions will be favorable these companies will not use the terminator seeds.
We have seen how the Gm- cottonseeds were illegally grown in the state of Gujarat.
Everything is possible in this world, for money, even a leader can sell his country, or a girl can be sold. So we should not believe in any one, technology is there, and they will use it when the conditions will be in their favour.

So after reading this you can understand that the seeds die after one use, if farmer saves the seeds then also he has to purchase the activator which activate the seeds which farmer has saved.
Time line history of this technology –
1. 1994 and after: Biotech Companies Obtain Patents on Genetic Use Restriction Technologies (GURT)
2. March 3, 1998: Patent on Terminator Seeds Granted
3. (Between March 4, 1998 and March 30, 1998): USDA Is Strong Supporter of Terminator Technology
4. May 11, 1998: Monsanto Announces Intent to Purchase Delta & Pine Land Company
5. Summer 1998): Former Chair of FAO Council Speaks Out Against Terminator Seeds
6. June 12, 1998: Delta and Pine Land Executive: Poor Farmers ‘Locked’ in Cycle of Saving Obsolete Seed Varieties
7. September 14, 1998: Clinton Administration Clamps Down on Scientists’ Research into Terminator Technology
8. Before October 10, 1998: Indian Government Bans Terminator Seeds
9. October 30, 1998: International Research Network Condemns Terminator Technology
10. December 2, 1998: Indian Government Summarizes Threat Posed by Terminator Seeds
11. January 1999: Dozens of Biotech Companies Developing Terminator Technologies
12. July 20, 1999: USDA and Delta & Pine Land Secure New Patent for Improvements in Terminator Genetic Seed Sterilization Technology\
13. January 10, 2003: UPOV Concludes that Terminator Technology Could Be Bad for Farmers
14. Before February 7, 2005: Canadian Government Will Propose Lifting of De Facto Ban on Terminator Seeds

Like this currently majority nations are against this technology, but this is time being, as currently even nations are against GM food once they are accepted ,after that in few years this technology will also become legal and good.

You can read more about GURT or terminator technology from the following sites.

Know about Genetically modified (GM) food- GE food or BT food-

Know about Genetically modified (GM) food- GE food or BT food-
Does GM food or BT food is good for human consumption?
Genetically modified (GM) foods are foods derived from genetically modified organisms. Genetically modified organisms have had specific changes introduced into their DNA by genetic engineering
What is called as genetically modified organism?

A genetically modified organism (GMO) or genetically engineered organism (GEO) is an organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques.
What is the meaning of genetic engineering?
Genetic engineering is different from traditional breeding. Genetic engineering uses the techniques of molecular cloning and transformation to alter the structure and characteristics of genes directly. This technology is used in the crop development. The term "genetic engineering" was coined in Jack Williamson's science fiction novel Dragon's Island, published in 1951.
These techniques, generally known as recombinant DNA technology, use DNA molecules from different sources, which are combined into one molecule to create a new set of genes. This DNA is then transferred into an organism, giving it modified or novel genes.
In the past, plants have been improved by breeding them with other, better plants - a natural process that takes years. However, with GM foods, it is done quickly and artificially,
GMO foods resist insect pests, bacterial or fungal infection, resist herbicides to improve yield, have longer freshness than otherwise, or have superior nutritional value.
GMOs have widespread applications. They are used in biological and medical research, production of pharmaceutical drugs, experimental medicine (e.g. gene therapy), and agriculture.
various genetically engineered microorganisms are routinely used as sources of enzymes for the manufacture of a wide variety of processed foods. These include alpha-amylase from bacteria, which converts starch to simple sugars, chymosin from bacteria or fungi that clots milk protein for cheese making, and pectinesterase from fungi, which improves fruit juice clarity.
GM crops are genetically manipulated so that they die after one season and
cannot reproduce. This is referred to as the terminator gene in the plant. It is
promoted as a means of preventing transgenic contamination to other crops. This
has proved to be false. It actually spreads not only male sterility but also
herbicide tolerance in other crops. The pollen from the crops carrying the
Terminator will infect the fields of farmers who either reject, or cannot afford the technology. Any farmer whose crops are contaminated will then have to label all their
produce as "gm contaminated". Monsanto can also sue them for the theft of genes.
The largest share of the GMO crops planted globally is owned by Monsanto Company.
GMO technology is patented, today many farmers and many people are thinking and using it by saying it is cheaper, but they do not understand the risk that in future it will create the monopoly and that time these companies will show the true colors. Its marketing trick first give it free and cheap and once we are used to them, charged the more. Traditionally, farmers in all nations saved their own seed from year to year. Allowing farmers to follow this practice with genetically modified seed would result in seed developers losing the ability to profit from their breeding work. Therefore, genetically modified seed are subject to licensing by their developers in contracts that are written to prevent farmers from following this traditional practice. It is reported that Supreme court of Canada has ruled in favor of GM company regarding patent right where farmer has planted GM seeds.
Following are the names of foods for which GM version is available.
1. Soybeans
2. Corn, field
3. Cotton (cottonseed oil)
4. Hawaiian papaya
5. Tomatoes
6. Potatoes
7. Rapeseed (Canola)
8. Sugar cane
9. Sugar beet
10. Sweet corn
11. Rice
12. Brinjal
Several states of Australia had placed bans on planting GM food crops.
Tasmania has extended its moratorium until November 2014.
In New Zealand, no genetically modified food is grown and no medicines containing live genetically modified organisms have been approved for use.
Mendocino County, California became the first county in the United States to ban the production of GMOs. The measure passed with a 57% majority. Nevertheless, many areas with more farmers they have allowed GMO foods. Supervisors in the agriculturally rich counties of Fresno, Kern, Kings, Solano, Sutter, and Tulare have passed resolutions supporting the practice.
A 2008 review published by the Royal Society of Medicine noted that GM foods have been eaten by millions of people worldwide for over 15 years, with no reports of ill effects.
Organic Consumers Association, and Greenpeace claim the long-term health risks, which GM could pose, or the environmental risks associated with GM, have not yet been adequately investigated. They also claim that truly independent research in these areas is systematically blocked by the GM corporations, which own the GM seeds and reference materials.
Today also every scientist will agree that we do not know 100% advantages and disadvantages of every food we eat which is grown naturally, so how can we know 100% that what will happen after 100 years of GM consumption, today the foods which we eat are eaten by humans from thousands of years and we know there side effects or we are still learning about there side effects.
Currently in USA as well as other nations as per end user agreements, independent research is not allowed; they cannot publish the studies.
Scientific American noted that several studies that were initially given the "go ahead" by seed companies were later blocked from publication when they returned "unflattering" results. While recognizing that seed companies intellectual property rights need to be protected, Scientific American calls the practice dangerous and has called for the restrictions on research in the End-user agreements to be lifted immediately and for the EPA to require, as a condition of approval, that independent researchers have unfettered access to GM products for testing.
Professor Bela Darvas of Debrecen University was refused Mon 863 Bt corn to use in his studies after previously publishing that a different variety of Monsanto corn was lethal to two Hungarian protected insect species and an insect classified as a rare.
A well-known case of a GM plant that did not reach the market due to it producing an allergic reaction was a new form of soybean intended for animal feed.
In November 2005, a pest-resistant field pea developed by the Australian CSIRO for use as a pasture crop was shown to cause allergic lung damage in mice. Work on this variety was immediately halted.
In November 2008, a report by Greenpeace published results of a report linking a Monsanto Company produced strain of transgenic maize to lower levels of fertility in mice.
Many studies claim that GM foods do not give more produce as they claim.
One study by Charles Benbrook, Chief Scientist of the Organic Center, found that genetically engineered Roundup Ready soybeans do not increase yields (Bendrook, 1999). The report reviewed over 8,200 university trials in 1998 and found that Roundup Ready soybeans yielded 7-10% less than similar natural varieties. In addition, the same study found that farmers used 5-10 times more herbicide (Roundup) on Roundup Ready soybeans than on conventional ones.
In Europe, Japan, China, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and some African nations GM fruits and vegetables or processed food containing GM ingredients have to be labeled to let consumers make a well-informed choice. Due to increasing consumer pressure, food companies are selling GM free milk even in the USA, the Mecca of GM crops.

Habits And Hell – A short story by SM.

Reality Views by sm -
Habits And Hell – A short story by SM.
After finishing the dinner I went to the sleep, as I was sleeping I saw a dream which
Terrified me, I was afraid,So what I saw in my dream, in my dreams I died, and the servants of GOD of DEATH came to receive me.

So they told me my journey on this planet earth is finished and they took me to the planet of God.
Before I can speak, we were on the planet of God, there was calmness, and billions of people were standing in the lines before the doors of heaven and hell.
They took me to the head of the Death God, he welcomed me with the smile and told me about my all good deeds and bad deeds which I have done on the planet earth, as a human nature I was not listening with full concentration but as I was curious I was looking everywhere.
All over the place it was all beyond our human dreams and thoughts.
After reading all the bad deeds, Death of God said I have done more bad deeds than the good deeds , so I will be sent to the state of hell, but he said as I was honest on the planet earth he told me if I want I can visit planet earth for a day, so I said him, God I do not want to visit the planet earth, but allow me to look inside the state of Heaven for a day or few moments, he smiled and kindly allowed me to visit the state of Heaven, He ordered the servants of heaven state to show me the state of heaven,
As we went inside the state of heaven I started to feel happiness, I started to fly in the air like a bird it was pure air, my soul was dancing in that air, I felt so happy I forgot to see the heaven and after few hours the servants told me my time is finished and the servants of hell state have come to pick me up, in a second we were in the state of hell
And I started to feel the pain, I was afraid, and then the servant of hell told me that the hell was divided into four states and they were named as
1-European Hell
2- American Hell
3-China Hell
4-India Hell

After hearing the names I asked the servants of hell may I look into the each state, he said yes sure I can check and see all the parts of hell.
First I decided to visit the state of China Hell. The servants from the hell told me I can go inside, watch the hell china.
They told me that there is one and only one book of Crime and Punishment for all the four states, because of over population on the earth, the god has directed that in each hell the humans are punished by humans as there is no place to run away once a human is inside the hell and without completing the punishment the human soul can not go outside.
So I went inside the China Hell, there I saw everything was done in a systematic manner, I felt it was again a military rule, but china human souls told me there is no democracy or no army rule everyone is free, but as there soul is so used to work in military environment that they can not work in free environment, I saw everyone was punished, few
Souls were sleeping on the ice cubes, few were kept inside the boiling hot water and boiling oil and much kind of punishments, and then I ask them how many politicians are inside the hell, they said no in china hell there is no Politician.
Then I went to the European Hell, everyone was busy and punishments were same and I felt that no one was interested to talk with me. But do you think an Indian soul can stay without talking, so started to talk with one European human soul and ask him how he felt about the hell? he said they are doing fine and everything is in control, as an Indian I am also fascinated with Hitler, so dared and asked the fellow European soul, does Hitler is also present in this hell, he said no he is not in the European hell, but he became upset and told me not to disturb him, I thought may be Hitler got place in the Heaven, thinking like this I came out of the European hell.
Then I went inside the American Hell , and I saw same things happening everything was working smoothly, machinery was installed , in a curiosity I just closely saw the machinery and found the logo of MADE IN CHINA Hell,
I asked them about that and they said in the hell all the machinery is made only in the state of china hell
The American hell servants told me that, the state of China Hell manufactures everything and other three states use them. American Hell only checks the quality of punishment machinery.
Then I again asked them how many politicians are inside American Hell, they told me there are many. After that I came outside of the American Hell and the servants of Hell God asked me as I have seen all the other three Hell states, they told me do I want to enter the India Hell as they said once I am inside the India Hell I will never come out, they told me if I want, I can choose and decide to stay inside any one of the Hell.
I thought for a second and said no I want to stay inside India Hell.
In this way the servants gave me entry into the India Hell permanently.
As I entered I saw the table, there no one was present I ask the other soul who was present there ,he saw me he said something which I did not understand and he went away then suddenly other soul said that the soul of the table just visits once on that table and then goes and sleeps. He just comes to punch the china hell made machine to register his presence.
Then I went ahead and I saw that India Hell was full of politicians from all over the world , Suddenly I saw many famous politicians , and I saw in one of corners The soul of Hitler was giving the speech, then there I saw the souls of Bush and Obama also.
I was so surprised , to see so many great people inside India Hell, I felt proud to be Indian for a second, then I went to the Soul of Hitler and asked him why he has chosen the India Hell to stay ,He told me that ,
You know SM,
Everyone is given chance to choose the state of Hell, as a politician and ruler every king or politician wants and dreams that why he did not born in India and became the Indian Politician as India is a paradise for the politicians on the planet earth, on planet earth it was not possible so when he got chance in the Hell he opted for the India Hell State.
Other reasons he said SM look around and you will find that , the China Hell state has made perfect machines for the punishments but if you will watch carefully you will see that , if there is electric chair then there the electric current is not present,
When the soul is send to the boiling water or boiling oil pots there is no energy to boil it
Like this he told me that in India Hell nothing is working, everything is in good condition but nothing is working.
Even God has failed to improve the souls of India Hell, then I started to smile and said then its great we will not suffer any punishments everyone must be happy here, Suddenly Hitler started to cry and said that , no my dear new soul, After completion of our punishment we can again go to planet earth, or we get the entry to the heaven but because here nothing is working from the day this hell has started no one has completed his punishment , now we have to stay in this India Hell forever, He said from other hells thousands of souls complete there punishment and go back to the planet earth or heaven but here no one has ever gone outside. Then I realized and felt worried and thought why I did not choose the other hell state?
Then I asked him how did he learned the Indian Language he said as he is here from many years, and in this hell souls only speak in there mother tongue, no one talks and helps each other if he do not speak his mother tongue, In India Hell as per the language they will fix your caste system. God has not created the caste system, but these Indian souls are so habitual they have found a way to find the caste of people and on language here they fix the caste of soul
And accordingly you will be treated, he proudly said he belong to fight caste.

The souls do not accept the punishments from other caste people, many souls are demanding reservation and are fighting on that, and because of this confusion and non talking nothing functions properly as everyone only knows that if someone speaks different language or if someone is not from there caste, they will not support him, listen him, will not go through punishment.
In India Hell we have everything excellent, but for this India Hell nothing is important than there Caste, Reservation and Language. Last billions of years in India Hell everyone is fighting and no one has completed his punishment and assignments given by the God of Hell.
He said that SM now as if you will try to do anything other souls will pull your leg and they will not allow you to achieve anything, he told me now go and find your mother tongue souls and stay with them, if they will see you with me they will beat you or will not accept you.
As I was terrified , suddenly I heard the bursts of fire crackers , loud music sounds and I woke up, for a second I was confused then realized that whatever I saw was a dream and felt very happy that I am not dead.
And I started to think that does my soul will take my habits with me to the hell or heaven after my death,
Still I am thinking and then thought as an Indian I need to change my habits and if I go to hell I have to think twice which hell I will choose,
Which hell you will choose, I am confused and thinking on this, start to think on this. If you find the answer let me know which hell to choose?

Lyrics of the song Groovy Kind of Love
When Im feeling blue, all I have to do
Is take a look at you, then Im not so blue

When youre close to me, I can feel your heart beat
I can hear you breathing near my ear
Wouldnt you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love

Anytime you want to you can turn me onto
Anything you want to, anytime at all
When I kiss your lips, ooh I start to shiver
Cant control the quivering inside
Wouldnt you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love, oh

When Im feeling blue, all I have to do
Is take a look at you, then Im not so blue
When Im in your arms, nothing seems to matter
My whole world could shatter, I dont care
Wouldnt you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind of love
We got a groovy kind of love, oh
We got a groovy kind of love

Watch the video All Out Of Love below the Lyrics of song All out of love –
Lyrics –

I'm lying alone with my head on the phone

Thinking of you till it hurts
I know you hurt too but what else can we do
Tormented and torn apart

I wish i could carry your smile in my heart
For times when my life seems so low
It would make me believe what tomorrow could bring
When today doesn't really know, doesn't really know

(chorus)
I'm all out of love, i'm so lost without you
I know you were right, believing for so long
I'm all out of love, what am i without you
I can't be too late to say i was so wrong

I want you to come back and carry me home
Away from these long, lonely nights
I'm reaching for you, are you feeling it too?
Does the feeling seem oh, so right?

And what would you say if i called on you now
And said that i can't hold on?
There's no easy way, it gets harder each day
Please love me or i'll be gone, i'll be gone

(chorus)
Ooh, what are you thinking of
What are you thinking of
What are you thinking of
What are you thinking of
(repeat chorus)

India – In Short History of Kashmir - Part Two

India – In Short History of Kashmir - Part Two
Reality Views by sm –
Read Part One of History of Kashmir-Below is the link
http://realityviews.blogspot.com/2009/10/india-in-short-history-of-kashmir-part.html
Few comments and explanations on Part One -
It was the decision of Maharaja of Kashmir to stay independent,
India was ready to have talks with them, but Pakistan was afraid that
As king was Hindu, he will go with the Dominion of India in the future.
This is the reason Pakistan attacked the Kashmir, As Jinnah and everyone knew that

Kashmir Is heavenly place blessed by nature, so they made attack on the Kashmir to take over as thinking that Muslim population will support them.
That time also Indian army was capable to capture all of the Kashmir again which was forcefully taken by the Pakistan Army but our Leaders did not wanted the war with Pakistan so they went to United Nations thinking like a child that USA and UK and other big countries will order the Pakistan to hand over the captured part of Kashmir to the India, but Pakistan Leaders were to intelligent they did not feared and did not removed their army from the Kashmir and kept there army present in that area, and big nations when saw India has no foreign policy or strict leader they did not forced the Pakistan , this way the Kashmir become the Disputed Kashmir because of our weakness. If our leaders would have died for the country by ordering the full capture of Kashmir that would have been the correct approach, but we did not want war.
United Nations agreed with the View of India, and ordered that Pakistan should remove the army from Kashmir, and UN ask the India to hold referendum or plebiscite in Kashmir, this is a process through which people of Kashmir would have decided to go with India or Pakistan. But Pakistan did not agree, and we did not order our army to capture the part of Kashmir which it occupied forcefully
If we talk legally , you can see that The agreement of Kashmir king with India was legal and Kashmir become the part of India , this way today also Pakistan has no right on the occupied Kashmir , also there is no need to hold any Referendum or plebiscite today or tomorrow the full Kashmir belongs to India.
Do we have courage to capture the Kashmir again by sending our army, waging war against the Pakistan; it’s our legal right to wage a war against Pakistan to capture the remaining part of Kashmir. Why the so called Hindu Political parties do not remember the message of Krishna.
Quote-
We were selfish or satisfied we got chair, we got half Kashmir, we become kings, lets enjoy the freedom and new status of rulers of India.
Do you think this was the thinking of politicians?
Why did not India ordered war and captured the remaining part of Kashmir when world was with us, United Nations also upheld the side of India and told Pakistan to withdraw forces
Whatever may be reasons the above reasons may be right or wrong everyone has to decide in his heart what he feels. As today this situation has changed in the year 2009.
Let’s start the History of Kashmir, Part 2
The history is so complicated with many folds I have tried to make it short and add as much as information to this history of Kashmir after our Independence. As I always feel now the time has come let’s forget what happened before Independence, and let’s know what happened in Our India, after Independence.

1. In the year 1951, the people of Kashmir elected the State Constituent Assembly. After this the Delhi agreement was signed between the two Prime Minister of India and Prime minister of Jammu and Kashmir giving special position to the state under the Indian Constitutional framework
2. The State Constituent Assembly ratified the accession of the State to the Union of India on February 6, 1954 and the President of India subsequently issued the Constitution (Application to J&K) Order under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution extending the Union Constitution to the State with some exceptions and modifications. The State’s own Constitution came into force on January 26, 1957
3. October 17,1949 The article 370 was added to our Indian Constitution , that time also Dr. Ambedkar, and many other leaders opposed to this article but it was added ignoring there opposition.
4. 1952 July 24, Prime Minister Nehru announced special position for J&K under Delhi Agreement Parliament told Kashmir’s accession to India is complete in law and in fact.
5. Year 1952 - Jana Sangh begins campaign called "Ek Vidhan Ek Pradhan" (One Constitution, one leader) and demands that the State of Jammu and Kashmir be totally integrated into India and that the people from the other States be able to visit Jammu and Kashmir without a passport.
6. Year 1953 - Jana Sang leader Shyamaprasad Mukherjee dies in a Kashmiri Jail under mysterious circumstances.
7. 1953 - Sadar-i-Riyasat, Yuvraj Karan Singh dismissed the State Government; Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah arrested; Bakshi Ghulam Mohammad sworn-in as Prime Minister
8. 1955 - Soviet leaders Bulganan and Kruschev arrived in Srinagar and declared that Kashmir question as one of states of India has been settled by people of Kashmir.
9. 1956 - China’s Chou En Lai said that the people of Kashmir have already expressed their will regarding accession to India.
10. 1956 - Former British Prime Minister Attlee says " Kashmir has definitely opted for Union with India."
11. 1958 - Comptroller and Auditor General of India’s jurisdiction extended to J&K.
12. 1959 - J&K High Court brought at par with other High Courts in India.
13. 1959 - Permit system for entry into the State abolished.
14. 1961 - Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru and President Ayub Khan of Pakistan held talks on Kashmir in London.
15. 1962 - Soviet delegates to Security Council said "Question of Kashmir as integral part of India has been decided by the people of Kashmir."
16. 1962 - China launched attack in Ladakh. National emergency declared. China declared unilateral cease-fire after occupying 14500 sq. miles in Ladakh.Ladakh is also part of Kashmir.
17. 1963 - Pakistan illegally transferred 2200 sq. miles of State territory, under its illegal control, to China under boundary agreement.
18. 1965 - Pakistan attacks India, in operation code named, Gibraltar. The defeat of Pakistan results in the Tashkent Agreement between the two countries.
19. 1965 - Article 249 of Indian Constitution extended to Jammu and Kashmir whereby the center could legislate on any matter enumerated in state list (just like in any other State in the Union). Designations like Prime Minister and President of the State are replace by Chief Minister and Governor.
20. 1971 – Pakistan war, again India defeated Pakistan in the war.
21. 1972 - India and Pakistan sign the Shimla Pact.
22. After this Pakistan realized that Pakistan can not defeat in India ,its impossible for Pakistan as India is big brother for Pakistan forever, so they started the different type of war by finding the Mir Jafars of India and these Mir Jafars misguide the Kashmiri youth as well as others to wage a war for independent Kashmir, even if today also if India gives them freedom why they do not understand the dragon will capture them, or Pakistan will capture them and sell them to dragon. Once dragon owns them they will be destroyed there culture will be destroyed as China is a big brother of India, and china is fearful that the India a weak brother has started to gain power and any day it will become as strong as china in everything declaring and establishing India as a Main and No.1 Big brother of Asian Region. It’s possible but our law makers can they do it , or still they want to follow the policy of No War .

In short and few words I will only say that Kashmir problem just shows that we do not know about foreign policy we are zero, uneducated regarding the foreign policy we have defeated Pakistan two times, but we made such pacts that Pakistan become the winner after those pacts, why we did not demand the Pakistan occupied Kashmir after winning the war, even as a foreign policy as a punishment we should have demanded the Punjab and Sindh also that time after winning the war. India won the wars but what we gained after the pact ?
India gained nothing , i am sure when the pact was signed the Prime Minister of Pakistan as well as world was laughing at our foolishness.

10. Kashmir and Jammu state was came into existence after the treaty of Amritsar. In this treaty East India Company sold Kashmir Valley to the Dogra ruler of Jammu and later the regions of Ladakh, Baltistan, and Gilgit were added to the state. The treaty was made in the year 1846.
11. Soon after Gulab Singh's death in 1857, his son, Ranbir Singh, added the emirates of Hunza, Gilgit and Nagar to the kingdom.
12. In the war of 1857 Kashmir kings fought from the side of British Empire.
13. Ranbir Singh's grandson Hari Singh, who had ascended the throne of Kashmir in 1925, was the reigning monarch in 1947.
14. In 1947, Kashmir's population "was 77 per cent Muslim and it shared a boundary with Pakistan. Few websites do not agree with this.
15. Before getting independence India and Pakistan agreed that the princely states will decide about there future. Jammu and Kashmir was one of about 565 princely States of India on which the British paramount lapsed at the stroke of midnight on August 15, 1947. While the power was transferred to the people in British India, the rulers of the princely States were given an option to join either of the two Dominions – India or Pakistan.
16. As Kashmir was occupied by Muslims Pakistan believed that Kashmir king will go with the Pakistan, but Kashmir king, Maharaja decided to remain independent.
17. Aug 15, 1947 - India gains independence. The ruler of Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh yet to make up his mind regarding accession.
18. The Ruler of Jammu and Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh did not exercise the option immediately and instead offered a proposal of Standstill Agreement to both the Dominion, pending final decision on State’s accession. On August 12, 1947, the Prime Minister of Jammu and Kashmir sent identical communications to the Government of India and Pakistan which read, "Jammu and Kashmir Government would welcome Standstill Agreement with Union of India/Pakistan on all matters on which there exists arrangements with the outgoing British India Government." Pakistan accepted the offer and sent a communication to J&K Prime Minster on August 15, 1947. It read, "The Government of Pakistan agrees to have Standstill Agreement with Jammu and Kashmir for the continuation of existing arrangements …” India did not agree to the offer and advised the Maharaja to send his authorized representative to Delhi for discussion on the offer.
19. Oct 22, 1947: Tribals in thousands along with Pak regular troops entered the State on October 22, 1947 from several points and indulged in bloodshed and mayhem. The bewildered people of the estate were not expecting an attack from Pakistan especially in view of the Standstill Agreement.
20. Oct 26, 1947: Hari Singh signs the instrument of accession; it is no different than the one signed by over 500 other rulers. The accession of Kashmir was accepted by the Governor General of India Lord Mountbatten.
21. Oct 27, 1947: With J&K becoming legal and constitutional part of Union of India, the troops were rushed to the state to push back the invaders and vacate aggression from the territory of the state.
22. On January 1, 1948 India took up the issue of Pak aggression in Jammu and Kashmir in UNO under Article 35 of its charter.
23. Jan 20, 1948: The U.N. Security Council in its resolution of establishes the United Nations Commission for India and Pakistan (UNCIP).
24. After long debates, cease-fire came into operation on the midnight of January 1, 1949. Presence of Pak regular troops in the Valley was attested even by UNCIP documents (UNCIP first report)
25. During one of the debates in UN Security Council on February 5, 1948, Sher-I-Kashmir, said "aggression and not the accession is the issue." The Security Council, however, passed a resolution on plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir subject to certain conditions. The resolution had three parts, one relating to cease-fire while the second, the most important and relevant, was a truce agreement which provided the mechanism for plebiscite. As per the agreement, Pakistan Government agreed to withdraw its troops from the State and undertake to secure the withdrawal of its tribesmen and nationals who had invaded the State. The territory thus evacuated by the Pakistani troops would be administered by local authorities under the surveillance of UN Commission for India and Pakistan.
26. Pakistan, knowing well the fate of such plebiscite at that time did not take any step to fulfill its obligations under the agreement and continued to hold the territory of the State illegally and forcefully even today
27. The issue plebiscite was linked with the condition of withdrawal of Pakistani forces and tribesmen from the occupied territory of the state which it never fulfilled, making the resolution absolutely irrelevant.

Know the Maharashtra NavNirman Sena Manifesto – Vachaknama 2009

Know the Maharashtra NavNirman Sena Manifesto – Vachaknama 2009
Reality Views by sm -
First time MNS is contesting Vidhan Sabha elections and they have issued there manifesto, for which MNS is using word Vachaknama in Marathi,
Vachaknama in English can be define as fear factor, and fear factor can be of two types,

A fear factor which a son has for his mother and father, a fear factor which a student has regarding his teachers in school, this Vachaknama , fear factor comes through respect for that person.
2nd Fear factor is fear of criminals, he will beat me if I do not obey him, he will kill me or my family or he will trouble my family, is the 2nd type of fear factor, which terrorist organizations also create in minds of society.
Let’s see in the future which type of fear factor; Vachaknama MNS will create in the maharashstra state and its people.
Again Vachaknama can be defined as controlling hand , a someone who will see that unlawful activities will not be done by anyone, if found done it will be corrected with strictness. Vachaknama is a type of order written or unwritten that no one dares to break or go against that rules and norms.
Here I hope the same rules will be applied for the own kids as well as kids of other political parties. Every mistake will be punished then it may have been done by dear ones.
Let’s see the Vachaknama of MNS.
MNS manifesto has eleven points.
1- Employment – MNS will see that all the laws regarding employment will be followed so local boys and girls will get the job.
2- Unauthorized and illegal construction will not be tolerated in any case. MNS will see that illegal migrant will be send back to there own states using the current laws. MNS will see that Low cost housing schemes will be started by Government. MNS will rigorously follow up with the government for setting up an independent authority for providing ownership housing for the State government employees and the police.
3- Education – MNS will ensure that the local boys and girls who do not get admission into the schools and collages will get admission. MNS will fight to its last breath to ensure that education institutes would give first preference to Marathi students.
4- Water Problem - MNS will see that the rightful amount of water Maharashtra state will get from the Interstate River Water Dispute Tribunal. Available water is nearly 72,395 million cubic meters but Inter-State River Water Dispute Tribunal has allotted only 50,972 million cubic meters of water to the State. So MNS will try and see that state will get more water.
5- Power Generation- Electricity Problem – MNS will see that electricity thefts and distribution losses will be avoided using strict policies. MNS will ensure that a time bound plan to start new power generation projects to increase the states power generation capacity and monitor the same.
6- Help For Farmers – MNS will develop a system whereby seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and credit are available to the farmers at reasonable rates and their produce can be sold at justifiable market rates. MNS will try to establish farmer societies in each village and market rates will be communicated to farmers with the help of information technology.
7- MNS will strive to ensure that the statutory regulations are being implemented to stop the profit making and frauds in the field of medicine .MNS will take up the issue of public health on a priority basis.
8- To rejuvenate the sick small scale units, MNS will strive to improve basic infrastructure facilities availability of credit and human resources as well as look at the need to simplify laws. Maharashtra NavNirman Sena would force the government to decentralize industrial development across Maharashtra rather than in Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and prepare and implement a time bound plan for the same.
9- For security of women MNS will see that strict laws will be enforced and seek participation of entire society. So females can move around fearlessly.
10- MNS will see that on a priority basis MNS will attempt to provide quality schooling up to standard X to every student in the state.
11- To improve the use of Marathi Language and its pride MNS has suggested that grants should be given to all Marathi medium schools. Marathi should be made compulsory in every school up to standard X. Government should provide financial support to the shops who sell Marathi literature, cassettes and films and songs. Unicode should be made compulsory on computers to spread use of Marathi. Marathi should be used in the court matters and government offices .MNS will lobby for giving autonomy, grants and facilities to these five institutions , Bhasha Sanchalanalay (Directorate of Language), Rajya Marathi Vikas Sanstha, Sahitya Sanskruti Mandal Vidyapeeth Granth Nirmitee Mandal and Vishwakosh Nirmitee Mandal so that these institutions can function with full steam. MNS will pursue the creation of a post for an independent cabinet level Minister for the spread and growth of Marathi language.

Does Barack Obama Deserve the Nobel Peace Prize 2009?

Does Barack Obama Deserve the Nobel Peace Prize 2009?
The thing which was not in my dreams has happened, Barack Obama was given the
Nobel Peace Prize 2009.
I do not know why he was given the award but whatever conditions they used if they are applied then I think Sonia Gandhi or Our Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh are better options than President Obama.

Reality Views by sm -
What President Obama has done is nothing but saying sorry to few peoples which I feel is one of the biggest mistakes done by the President Obama in American History. In future they will realize that it was the mistake. Before becoming the President of Usa, did you ever heard the name of Barack Obama.
In just nine months of time he has done so much for peace. Does he has really done anything for Peace?
Sorry I do not agree with this award and his policies, his policies may be good for few communities but on the American front he has failed every American.
CNN reports that the Norwegian Nobel Committee lauded Obama for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples."
What is Extraordinary?
Now only Norwegian Nobel Committee can define this term.
Obama in his speeches clearly shown that he is ready to accept everything which Islam says and he has projected that Islam will be superior to American Constitution, is this, the cause of Nobel Peace Award.
It is said that Obama is working towards to make the world nuclear free.
Does Obama has destroyed American nuclear weapons or weapons which Pakistan has got , which will go into the hands of terror organizations anytime.
Obama has just shown the hope, he has not got any results, On my blog I always say, he is like Indian politician, law maker, who are masters of showing hope to the Indians, and last sixty years we Indians are living on that hope one day our India will be free from electricity problem, drinking water problems and so many more. Like this the dream of American people will not be fulfilled, a hope remains a hope will not give you fruits.

Other than this the other American who deserved the Nobel is Rush Limbaugh who is working towards world peace. For 18 years he has used his radio talk show to become the foremost advocate for freedom and democracy in the world today. Every day he gives voice to the values of democratic governance, individual opportunity and the just, equal application of the rule of law -- and it is fitting the Nobel Committee recognize the power of these ideals to build a truly peaceful world for future generations."

There are many such Individuals including Sonia Gandhi who deserve that award, just imagine, if Sonia Gandhi would have accepted the chair of Prime Minister of India, what would have happened in India.

Still Obama has not achieved anything he is just showing the sweet dreams to American people as well as world , when these dreams will be broken they will say it was mistake to give Nobel to President Obama.
We can not give Nobel award to the person who is showing hope, show the results and get the award.
Still he has not solved Palestine problem, Kashmir Problem, Tibet Problem, Maldives problem ,Taliban Problem , Global warming Problem, Pakistan Problem so many.
Not a single achievement and a Nobel Award.
So far, nothing changed. Obama was giving statements, promises and hopes, while on the ground nothing practical has been done,"
As the Nobel Award is already given to him for showing Hope,
We hope he will be successful in this mission to bring peace to the world , but doing this we hope he will see that human rights will stay supreme than any religious laws.

Lyrics-

Every night in my dreams
I see you. I feel you.
That is how I know you go on.

Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never go till we're one

Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

There is some love that will not
go away

You're here, there's nothing I fear,
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

India - Haryana BJP plans to ban western music through law

India - Haryana BJP plans to ban western music through law – Remembered Taliban Law
Chandigarh: If BJP [Bharatiya Janata Party ] comes to power in Haryana assembly polls next month, it will make a law to ban western music and "vulgarity", says the party manifesto.
"Sanskriti key naam par Paschatyein sangeet va bondapan ko kanoon banakar roka jayega" (law will be made to stop western music and vulgarity in the name of culture), says the manifesto in Hindi which was released by senior leaders including Arun Jaitley, Vijay Goel and state BJP President Krishan Pal Gujjar at a press conference here today.

Reality Views by sm -

This means if BJP wins they will ban disco clubs and bars.
Here ultimately what will happen the bar owners and disco club owners will then pay the bribe and government will lose taxes, and this will give rise to the corruption.

This is the reality, Remember today if they can do this in some other state, they may do it
In other state also,
Before voting for BJP remember this, Party is supreme, from this Indian females should learn something, and vote accordingly, when you vote for BJP remember this and vote
To whom you are going vote.
Today it is western music tomorrow it will be jeans, day after tomorrow BPO jobs as at the night time you will be going outside home to work.

Today it’s Haryana, tomorrow it may be Delhi and Maharashtra and other states.
So when you will go to voting remember this when a person who can control the life of society in one city, when goes to another city establishes the same rules in that other city also and controls that society also.

This is one reason not to vote for party who do not respect our fundamental right of entertainment.

Ask your heart the question
Do you feel this law reminds you of Taliban even for a one second if you remembered Taliban then your heart has given you signal , so act on that and
If the answer is yes then do not vote for BJP in whatever state you are staying.

SAY NO TO TALIBAN LAWS
SAY NO TO PERSONS AND PARTIES WHO WANT TALIBANI LAWS.

Know - How the law is made in India and suggested Reforms – in law making procedure

Know - How the law is made in India and suggested Reforms – in law making procedure.

Reality View by sm -

Today what happens in our India is that once the election is over, we Indian start to live the life of slave again as we do not have any right using which we can clearly make the impact.

Even in India, Supreme Court of India has no right to make the laws, only Supreme Court of India can suggest the making of new law through the cases and judgments.

Today what happens is that once the politician ,law maker is elected he makes only those laws which favor big corporations or his own companies or his relatives firms which are owned by him directly or indirectly.

Without changing, making the reform in the law making procedure of India, we will not see any change in India.

In short know currently how the law is made in India
1. Our law making system is based and is same like UK. But one important point is that our law procedure was when established in India , that time we were slaves of British Empire so this system was made by master for his slaves which favored the master, even if master raped the Indian females, they were safeguarded because of this law system in the past.

2. We have 2 houses one is Lok Sabha [ lower house ] and 2nd is Rajya Sabha [ upper house ] then state houses and municipal corporations.

3. Same is for the each state , state government

4. We select Member of Parliament ,MP ,and MLA for 5 years without any right to call them back.

5. The politician, lawmakers do not have any duty specified so they only pass the laws for there own benefits.

6. Supreme Court of India do not have right to make the laws, they can only suggest the government of India to make the new laws or need for the improvement of law.

7. First stage in the law making is that the minister introduces the bill in the lower house where he tells about the bill ,its importance to the house in short. Future law is refereed as Bill, when it gets ascent from President the bill becomes law.

8. 2nd stage is that the bill is taken for consideration here there are 3 options are available , a - the bill is considered important and taken , b- it may be referred to any of the Standing Committees c - it may be circulated for the purpose of eliciting general opinion thereon . After this the committee gives the report and one by one every clause of the law is checked and voted. Changes or amendments to the bill can be made only in this stage. Amendments become a part of a bill if they are accepted by a majority of the members present and voting.

9. After this the debate is done , this is the third reading of the bill where details are not important but is confined only to arguments either in support of the bill or for its rejection. After the bill is passed by Lok Sabha, that is lower house it is send to the Rajya Sabha that is upper house, current situation in India is that Rajya Sabha can just delay the law, but reality is that if you are friend of politician only then you can become the member of Rajya Sabha so both are friends and we know friends will never harm each other.

10. After a bill, other than a money bill, is transmitted to the Rajya Sabha, it goes through all the stages in that house as that in the first house. But if the bill passed by one house is amended by the other house, it goes back to the originating house. If the originating house does not agree with the amendments, it shall be that the two houses have disagreed.

11. In case of a deadlock between the two houses or in a case where more than six months lapse in the other house, the President may summon a joint session of the two houses which is presided over by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the deadlock is resolved by simple majority. Lok Sabha has the majority so Lok Sabha normally dominates and wins.

12. When a bill has been passed, it is sent to the President for his assent. The President can assent or withhold his assent to a bill or he can return a bill, President can only delay the bill, when second time a bill sent to the President he has to pass the bill.

Hope it is clear now how the law is made in India.

Currently everyone knows in India, how many new laws are made for the benefit of poor Indians.
Our law makers do not have time to make laws and reforms for the nation.

They are busy helping the poor people of India 24 hours; they are working 24 hours for the benefit of India by doing foreign trips.

Today what happens in India is that we select a member of parliament for five years after that, what he will do we do not know, we have no right to call back him, he becomes the king and we become the slave, even in India people do not know why they vote, and what are the duties of member of parliament.

Suggested Reform changes in the law making procedure of India
1. Give the right to the common citizen to introduce the bill in the lok sabha if bill is signed by 75,000 educated people of India .

2. This bill will be directly taken for voting by the Lok Sabha and this will not be secret voting but open voting and live shown on the television .

3. After this Lok Sabha if passes the bill, it will go to Rajya Sabha ,here also the voting will be open , and not secret and will be shown on television so common people of India will know who is against the bill.

4. once Rajya Sabha passes the bill it will go to President , President can send for reconsider and when 2nd time the bill is send to President, President or can not return he or she has to sign the law ,give the consent to the bill otherwise it becomes automatic law, which is same procedure.

Here 2nd Reform is that
1. Give the Supreme Court Judgments the automatic status of Law. Eg. If you remember Shahbano case

2. Let the supreme court judges also submit bills to the Lok Sabha
So once the we the common citizen of India also get the right to introduce the law and bill in the Lok Sabha we will see that our all problems will be solved in India speedily.
As our this law making procedure is faulty good bills and laws are always kept pending e.g. is
Women Reservation Bill and Black magic eradication bill.
