Ageh yeh vaght khabam bord [if I would get to sleep]
Baz khabeh toro bebinam [see you again in my dream]

Atreh nafashayeh to [the scent of your breath]

This was just meant to be
You are coming back to me
Cause, this is pure love
Cause, this is pure love

I know you are more afraid
Then ill say I will wait
Cause, this is pure love
Cause, this is pure love

Begam ageh nabashi [(and) say if you wouldn't be here]
Karam tamoomeo [I can't continue my life]
Bedooneh to mimiram [I'll die without you]

Mikham labato roo labam [I want you to put your lips on my lips]
Bezary ta hamisheh
Begam keh zendegy digeh [(so) I will say forever that]
Bedooneh to nemisheh [that the life without you would be unbearable]

This was just meant to be
You are coming back to me
Cause, this is pure love
Cause, this is pure love

I know you are more afraid
Then ill say I will wait
Cause, this is pure love
Cause, this is pure love

To nistio ta abad [you’re not here]

Belgium becomes first European Nation to ban the Burqa , Hijab

Belgium becomes first European Nation to ban the Burqa , Hijab -
Reality Views by sm -
In the lower house of federal parliament ,136 members voted for a nationwide ban on clothes or veils that do not allow the wearer to be fully identified including the full face niqab and burqa.
No one voted against the bill and 2 members did not attend the voting.

"We're the first country to spring the locks that have made a good number of women slaves, and we hope to be followed by France, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands; countries that think,'' Said liberal deputy Denis Ducarme.

The ban will be imposed in streets, public gardens and sports grounds, public buildings.
In festivals, carnivals only municipal authorities can relax this rule.

People who will not follow this rule and law will face a fine of 15 to 25 Euros and or a jail sentence of up to seven days.

Regarding this law all political parties supported the bill.
Upper house of Belgium got the 2 weeks of time to raise any objections to this law.
If the Senate approves it, Belgium would become the first country in Europe to ban the burqa.
One town Maaseik in Belgium banned the burqa six years ago. And no one wears Burqa in this town today.

France banned Muslim head scarves as well as Jewish skullcaps and Christian crosses from schools in 2004.
President Nicolas Sarkozy has declared that the burqa is not welcome in France, but still France is in the process of making this law.
France's National Assembly will begin debate in early July on a bill banning Muslim women from wearing the full Islamic veil.
A final draft of the legislation outlawing the face-covering veil from all public spaces as well as state institutions is set to be approved by the cabinet on 19 May.
Staunchly secular France passed a law in 2004 banning the wearing of headscarves or any other "conspicuous" religious symbols in state schools.

Belgium has done it now lets see can the France, Italy and Other European nations do it and ban the Burqa, a piece of cloth which is against freedom of females and against the dignity.

Know About INS Shivalik Warship – The First Stealth Warship Build by India

Know About INS Shivalik Warship – The First Stealth Warship Build by India

Reality Views by sm -

Meaning of Stealth Warship –
Stealth warship is a warship which can not be found by the normal radars.

Commissioned – means to put (a ship) into active service.

On April 29, 2010, Indian Defense Minister, A K Antony commissioned “INS Shivalik”

INS Shivalik (F47) Is the first warship designed and built in India by the Mazagon Docks Limited (MDL).

The total cost of Shivalik is Around Rs. 2,300 crore and 60% of the components have been built in India.
It can carry about 257 officers with about 36 Staffs with it. It has length of 143 meters in length and has a large range of about 5 KM.
The weapon-sensor fit of the Shivalik is controlled through a Combat Management System called ‘CMS-17’, designed and developed by the Indian Navy and manufactured by Bharat Electronics (Ghaziabad).
The system allows the seamless integration of the ship’s systems as well as with the weapons and sensors of other Fleet ships, thus enabling the concept of ‘Co-operative Engagement Capability’ (CES).
With her ability to detect and engage surface, air and sub-surface assets of the enemy at extended ranges, this ship represents very significant combat-potential.
INS Shivalik will be armed with the Klub anti-ship and BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. The vessels use 10 gigabit LAN for their network.
Other feature is the commander of chief will get all the information regarding warship in real time in any situation regarding all the working of warship.
The ship’s electric power is provided by four Diesel Alternators, which together produce 4 Mega-Watts of power – enough to light-up a small town.
The power generation and distribution on board is controlled through an ‘Automated Power Management System’ (APMS), which enables the optimal use of electricity at all times.
The two Multi-Role helicopters that would be embarked on Shivalik will provide for enhanced surveillance and attack capability.
One of the most prominent features of INS Shivalik is that it can operate Sea King helicopter.
Shivalik has the speed of 30 knots (or over 55 kmph)

The Shivalik is also equipped with a proven defense against Nuclear, Biological and Chemical attack.
The state-of-the art ‘Total Atmospheric Control System’ (TACS) ensures filtration of the air going into the ship at all times.
In addition, it ensures the complete removal of radioactive, chemical or biological impurities, thereby protecting the crew and ship borne systems even when operating in areas contaminated by nuclear, biological or chemical agents.

What is the meaning of Shivalik class frigates or Project 17 class frigates -?
Project 17 was started Indian Navy for the design and building of stealth frigates in India.
In February 1998 Mazagon Dock Limited (MDU) got letter of intent from Government of India
The Indian Navy formally ordered the first three units in early 1999
INS Shivalik was commissioned on 29/04/2010 and Two more ships, INS Sahyadri and INS Satpura, are also under construction at Mazagon dock.
It’s expected that in November 2010 INS Satpura will be commissioned and INS Sahyadri will be commissioned in April or May 2011.

Caffeine – Important Facts and Side effects of Caffeine

Caffeine – Important Facts and Side effects of Caffeine
Reality Views by sm -

Caffeine was discovered by a German chemist, Friedrich Ferdinand Runge, in 1819.
But caffeine was consumed by humans from the ancient times, Stone Age.
Many plants caffeine acts as a natural pesticide, caffeine paralyzes and kills certain insects feeding upon the plant.

Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in more than sixty plants.
Mainly caffeine is found in the Coffee bean, tea leaf, kola nut and cocoa bean.
Many experts agree that limited use of caffeine is good for health that is about 3 cups of coffee per day or 300 milligrams.

Caffeine and Humans – How caffeine affects our body –
Once a person consumes caffeine, it is immediately [ 45 minutes ] absorbed by the body and carried around in the bloodstream, where its level peaks about one hour after consumption.

Caffeine stimulates the nervous and cardiovascular systems.
It affects the brain and results in elevated mood, decreased fatigue and increased attentiveness, so a person can think more clearly and work harder.
Caffeine also increased the heart rate, blood flow, respiratory rate and metabolic rate for several hours.
If caffeine is taken at the night time it may interfere with getting to sleep, it will keep you awake.

The effects of caffeine are not same for each person; they depend on many other factors also.
If daily caffeine is taken more than 600 milligrams, that is six cups of coffee daily;
caffeine can cause nervousness, sweating, tenseness, upset stomach, anxiety and insomnia.
In few persons it can even prevent clear thinking and increase the side effects of few medications.

Caffeine appears to increase the excretion of calcium needed for healthy bones.
Research has shown that caffeine in coffee cause breast or intestinal cancer.
Evidence suggests that if females consume caffeine more than 500 milligrams per day, then caffeine may delay conception and pregnancy.
Excessive caffeine intake may cause miscarriages and low birth weight babies.
Caffeine passes into breast milk, so nursing mothers should closely monitor caffeine intake to make sure it is on the low side.

Caffeine is useful if a person is trying to lose the weight because caffeine increases the rate at which the body burns calories.
Caffeine improves the physical performance also.

Few studies have reported that increased consumption of caffeine may decrease in insulin sensitivity.
Few studies also have reported that the people who consume caffeine have decreased risk of type 2 diabetes.
Few medical studies say that people who drink caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and cola have a decreased risk of Parkinson’s disease, gallstone disease

New research suggests that five cups of tea a day could help prevent the development of certain forms of brain cancer.
Tea is a source of the minerals manganese, essential for bone growth and body development, and potassium, vital for maintaining body fluid levels.

Caffeine is addictive also; when person withdraws, stop consumption of caffeine for more than 24 hours, that person may feel symptoms such as headache, fatigue, irritability, depression, poor concentration,
So if we want to get freedom from this addiction of caffeine one should slowly reduce the intake of caffeine and one will get total freedom from the addiction of caffeine.

Caffeine is mainly used ,found in following , [ all types ] Coffee, tea, chocolate beverages, soft drinks like cola, lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, root beer, chocolate, milk chocolate candies, dark chocolate etc.

The caffeine content of coffee and tea depends on the type of the coffee bean or tea leaf, the particle size, the brewing method and the length of brewing or steeping time.

Brewed coffee has more caffeine than instant coffee.
Espresso coffee has more caffeine than brewed or instant coffee.

Espresso is made by forcing hot pressurized water through finely ground, dark roast beans. Because it is brewed with less water, it contains more caffeine than regular coffee

A cup of tea contains about a third of the caffeine in an average cup of filtered coffee and proportionately much less compared to an espresso.

The average cup of tea contains less than half the level of caffeine than coffee.
Green and black teas are from the same plant, Camelia sinensis, and contain similar amounts of antioxidants and caffeine.

Many drugs also contain caffeine. Caffeine increases the ability of aspirin and other painkillers to do their job, normally it is used in headache and pain relief and cold products, as well as products which help to increase alertness or help to keep stay awake more.

The first coffee house in the Western world was opened in Vienna.
In Britain, the first coffee houses were opened in London in 1652, at St Michael's Alley, Cornhill.
In 1912 U.S. House of Representatives amended the pure food and drug act adding caffeine to the list of habit forming and deleterious substances which must be listed on products label.
It is a common myth that excessive intake of caffeine results in stunted growth within children, particularly younger children and teenagers.

Minimum required qualification to join NDA is as follows –

Age 16 and half and maximum is 19 years.

Education –
To join Army wing of the NDA you must have passed the 12th standard.

To Join Air force and Navy wing of the NDA, You must pass the 12th standard with Physics and mathematics.

Recommended is take admission in 11th science , you may want to join army but still I will suggest you , take the admission to the 11th science and 12th science ,
this way road to all the 3 branches will be open for you. That is army, air force and navy,

If you will take the admission to the commerce side, you will not be able to join Air force or Navy wing of the NDA in future.

It is always better to keep all the options open.

While studying in 12th standard also one can give the NDA exam but later you have to show the passing certificate of 12th standard.

You can not apply to Join NDA while studying in the 11th standard.

Make the habit to read employment news paper to check these advertisements or at least read the times of India.

Change India; let’s make India Corruption Free Nation, Case Study – IPL, Indian Premiere League -

Change India; let’s make India Corruption Free Nation, Case Study – IPL, Indian Premiere League -

Reasons to Hate and Stop Watching Indian Premiere League Cricket Matches –

Do you agree that in India, corruption is the religion of India?
Do you want to see India corruption free nation.
Are you selfish or you wanted to do something for India?

Reality Views by sm -

Yes everyone wants to do something for India, but nobody is ready to join the politics, no body is ready to go to vote, nobody is ready to say no to entertainment for the sake and progress of India.

Are we Indians so much addicted that the company which is not doing anything for India, which is not paying taxes to India openly, and we Indians like a fool watch their games, we as Indian should reject IPL and after that I am sure IPL will start to pay taxes.

We Indians should feel ashamed that the Bombay High Court has to ask the government why IPL is not paying taxes to the state.

I do not hate cricket, but ask the question cricket is important or the progress of India and corruption free India.

If we Indians will keep supporting such companies like IPL I am sure India will never became corruption free nation.

What IPL has done for the nation, today Indian village people are uneducated so we people of cities can enjoy the more electricity, more water by doing theft of the electricity and water of villages.

If you and me we do not improve our life style , I am sure one day villages will make revolt against the state government as well as the city people.

Do not stay in the impression that Indian cities can accommodate unlimited population.

One day capacity of every city is going to end.

Just think, when we watch IPL matches, it gives reason for the other corrupt companies not to pay the taxes,

Just think if one person who is the rapist, found guilty and does not get punishment what will happen in that city?

No punishment to the rapist will indirectly send the messages that It is ok to rape the girls

What is happening in IPL?

IPL is a tool to convert black money into white money. IPL is a money making business.
IPL is a tool to get lot of money without doing any hard work , just invest money and earn the profits , it is said that IPL team may win or lose game, but it is guaranteed that each one makes the money.

40% Indians are living below poverty line, but remember if we apply German or USA poverty line method nearly 75% Indians are living below the poverty line.

On one website I read that in Germany if monthly salary of person is below 4000 or 5000 euro then he is considered as living below poverty line.
1 Euro equals to nearly 60 Indian Rupees.
4000 multiplied by 60 = 240000 Indian Rupees. Monthly Salary.

Our politicians say that Maoists, Naxals, Naga Militia are threat to India, but I do not see them as a threat ,
Real threat for India is Companies which do not pay taxes to India as well as companies who help make black money into the white money.

What is the life these naxal people are living , ever tried to understand why they became naxals ?
What will you do if tomorrow government comes and tells you get out from your home , forest , apartment ,we have sold this apartment to the company which will start its business in your home forest.

IPL matches are held day and night time also.
Our villagers are staying in dark , majority cities got the load shedding of 8 hours or 4 hours and we the people of city are enjoying cricket matches at night time.

Ever tried to find out does IPL is paying extra money for the electricity or they are getting electricity free of cost.

Per day electricity bill of IPL matches is more than 15000 US dollars.

Our farmers are not getting water and electricity and these IPL cricket matches get unlimited water to keep the cricket grounds green as well as electricity .

Farmers life is important or Cricket field is important , Cricket games can be played on the artificial grounds also.

The tragedy is that in India the beer is kept inside government warehouses and the agriculture products are kept outside .
And Agriculture minister is busy watching and planning cricket matches of IPL .

As a common Indian, don’t you feel the pain of villagers and don’t you hate corruption , dont you love India ?

I am not against the money making , but company which does not care for the common citizens of India , which does not care for the benefit of India , how can you watch the cricket matches organized by such type of companies .

IPL is the same company in 2nd season when went to the south Africa they paid lot of donations to schools and cities where cricket match was held ,
Then why don’t they pay to the Indians.

If we Indians collectively start to stop watching the IPL cricket matches I am sure IPL will learn to pay the taxes as well as will start the social fund for the welfare of India and farmers and villages .

If still you do not understand my point then I feel you do not understand the Indian independence freedom fight .

Money and Entertainment is important or The progress of India is important .

Who should get more electricity and water ?

IPL or farmers and villages ?

Ashamed to be Indian .

Lets Hope IPL will understand the pains of common man .

Paul Anka – PAPA Lyrics with Video –
A Great song, classic song by Canadian Paul Anka –
Watch the live performance video of Paul Anka singing Papa song below the lyrics of song Papa.

Lyrics of Song Papa –
Everyday my papa would work
To try to make ends meet

To see that we would eat
Keep those shoes upon my feet
Every night my papa would take me
And tuck me in my bed
Kiss me on my head
After all my prayers were said
And there were years
Of sadness and of tears
Through it all
Together we were strong
We were strong
Times were rough
But Papa he was tough
Mama stood beside him all along
Growing up with them was easy
The time had flew on by
The years began to fly
They aged and so did I
And I could tell
That mama she wasn't well
Papa knew and deep down so did she
So did she
When she died
Papa broke down and he cried
And all he could say was, "God, why her? Take me!"
Everyday he sat there sleeping in a rocking chair
He never went upstairs’
Because she wasn't there
Then one day my Papa said,
"Son, I'm proud of how you've grown"
He said, "Go out and make it on your own.
Don't worry. I'm O.K. alone."
He said, "There are things that you must do"
He said, "There's places you must see"
And his eyes were sad as he
As he said goodbye to me
Every time I kiss my children
Papa's words ring true
He said, "Children live through you.
Let them grow! They'll leave you, too"
I remember every word Papa used to say
I kiss my kids and pray
That they'll think of me
Oh how I pray
They will think of me
That way
Someday

Cheerleading – Is it Porn? Is it Obscene? Is it Vulgar ?

Cheerleading – Is it Porn? Is it Obscene? Is it Vulgar ?

Reality Views by sm –
Maharashtras Minister of State for Home, Siddharam Mhetre, described the performances of the cheerleaders as obscene.
BJP president Nitin Gadkari, said that the dance was vulgar, degrading to women and not fit to be seen by Indian families, and hence should be banned.

After Dance Bar girls, now this time Cheer Girls of IPL teams are accused of spreading the Obscenity in India.
Does cheer girls are character less or prostitutes?
Who are cheer girls?
Cheerleading is a serious sport, which involves lot of hard work, practice, discipline.

But in India, many Indians think and see that cheer girls as the easy pray, compare them with the prostitutes.

What can I say about the Country where Minister says that if females will use the small dresses, it is invitation for the rape?

When farmers are dying, committing suicides, everyday the rape cases are increasing, will not be surprised if politicians and law enforcement agencies say that one of the reasons for the increase in the rape cases in India, is the dance and dress of cheerleader girls.

If Cheer girls are vulgar then every movie made in India is vulgar.

Very Proudly Maharashtra Government banned the dance bar girls with the promise of Job, but reality is that no bar girl was given a job and today all those bar girls are living and earning their livelihood by becoming prostitutes , selling their bodies , or are working for the mafia gangs.

When mind and thoughts are dirty, if you are sex starved, I am sure you will surely feel the heat and feel to rape that cheer girls.
For this cheer girls are not responsible, their dress and skin showing is not responsible, responsible is your thoughts and dirty mind. Such people should be sending to mental hospitals.

What is vulgar?
Who will decide it?

If Sari and Punjabi dress is not vulgar, then what is reason everyday we read and hear about the gang rapes?

Definition of Vulgar and Obscene changes with the person.
So who will decide what is vulgar and what is not vulgar,
If minority feels that sari is vulgar, will you ban it, as India is a Democracy.
Where is Democracy in India and fundamental rights?

If you are supporter of Indian dance, then do not go to watch IPL matches, ignore the cheerleaders dance.
But remember and try to find out what is Original in India. Does your own shirt and pant is Indian?
Why don’t you start to use the Indian Dresses?

The comedy of India is that the Indian Penal Code using which Cheer girls in Navi Mumbai are told not to use revealing clothes otherwise they may be arrested or their license may be canceled booked for spreading vulgarity , that Indian Penal code is made by the British kings for their slave colony called as India.

About which culture you are talking, never heard them talking about the female child murders, farmers suicides, marrying the daughter of prostitutes or bar dancers,
Upper class people killing the lower class people, about abolishing of caste system,

This is again one of the drama of Politicians or corrupt people so Citizens of India will forget about the IPL fraud about tax and match mixing.

The time has come to change the Indian Penal Code and IPC section 294.
Which gives power to the police to decide what is vulgar and what is not vulgar.

As well as Bombay Police Act which says that
Section 33A
(1)(a) Holding of a performance of dance of any kind or type in an eating-house, permit room or beer bar is prohibited
(1)(b) all performance licenses issued under the aforesaid rules by Commissioner of Police District Magistrate or any other officer, as the case may be (being the Licensing Authority) to hold dance performance of any kind or type in an eating house, permit room or beer bar shall stand cancelled
(2) Punishment for violation imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or with fine upto to Rs.2 lakhs or both. Not less than three months and fine not less than Rs.50,000/-
Section 33B
Nothing in section 33A shall apply to the holding of a dance performance in a drama theatre, cinema theatre and auditorium or sport club or gymkhana where entry is restricted to its members only or a three starred or above hotel or in any other establishment or class of establishment, which having regarding to (a) the tourism activities in the State or (b) cultural activities, the State Government may by special or general order, specify in this behalf.

Pakistan Navy Purchases Frigate USS McInerney from USA, Know about guided-missile frigate USS McInerney

Pakistan Navy Purchases Frigate USS McInerney from USA, Know about guided-missile frigate USS McInerney
Reality Views by sm –

Pakistan and United States signed a contract for the transfer of the guided-missile frigate USS McInerney.
Pakistan will pay $78 million for 30-year-old frigate

In the year 2008 Pakistan, started process to purchase this frigate, and that time USA agreed to give them.
In September 2008, the US Congress approved selling the frigate to Pakistan with a delivery date of August 2010.
On August 31 this year, Pakistan will take over the USS McInerney at the US Naval station Mayport, Florida, it will be renamed, commissioned as PNS Alamgir, and a comprehensive refurbishment of the ship will be undertaken under the supervision of US Navy, which will be completed by January 2011, which includes anti-submarine capability
Pakistan Navy is planning to purchase such eight Perry-Class frigates.
The Pakistani Navy currently has six frigates, ex-UK Type 21s

Does India Needs to fear that now Pakistan Navy Got the guided-missile frigate USS McInerney?

India does not need to fear from this Purchase of Pakistan Navy.

India already got the INS Shivalik, an Indian Shivalik-class frigate that is equal to this USA frigate. It is expected that this month The Indian Navy will induct its first indigenously built Shivalik class stealth frigate and we got warplanes, which will easily overcome Perry class frigate.
Shivalik is equipped with state-of-the-art defense against nuclear, biological and chemical attacks.

Let us understand what is guided-missile frigate USS McInerney?

This frigate is not required by the USA navy now, so they have sold it.
As India got the Shivalik, it was must for the Pakistan to get frigate USS McInerney
The Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigates were designed primarily as anti-aircraft and anti-submarine warfare guided-missile warships intended to provide open-ocean escort of amphibious warfare ships and merchant ship convoys
These warships are equipped to escort and protect aircraft carrier battle groups, amphibious landing groups, underway replenishment groups, and merchant ship convoys. They can conduct independent operations to perform such tasks as surveillance of illegal drug smugglers, maritime interception operations, and exercises with other nations.
The addition of the Naval Tactical Display System, LAMPS helicopters, and the Tactical Towed Array System (TACTAS) gave these warships a combat capability far beyond the original expectations. They are well suited for the littoral regions and most war-at-sea scenarios.
The FFG 8, 29, 32, and 33 were built as "short-hull" warships but were later modified into "long-hull" warships.

USS McInerney (FFG-8), was laid down on 16 January 1978, launched on 4 November 1978, and commissioned on 15 December 1979.
Therefore, now you got the point the warship is more than 30 years old.
In this period, this warship was used by the America in many successful missions.
McInerney's first major deployment to the Mediterranean Sea and Indian Ocean began in November 1982.
In October 1984, McInerney deployed again to the Middle East in the midst of the Iran/Iraq Tanker War.
McInerney performed in every warfare area during the conflict, including convoy escort, mine, anti-air and anti-surface operations. McInerney earned the Navy Unit Commendation, the National Service Defense Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star, the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia) and the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait) for her wartime service.
On September 13, 2008, McInerney intercepted a 59-foot self-propelled semisubmersible carrying 7 tons of cocaine off the coast of Guatemala. Four Colombian drug smugglers were captured aboard. The cargo had an estimated street value of $187 million.
On 3 April 2010, an MQ-8 Fire Scout from McInerney helped to confiscate 60 kg of cocaine from a speedboat.

Armament: -
One OTO Melara Mk 75 76 mm/62 caliber naval gun
Two Mk 32 triple-tube (324 mm) launchers for Mark 46 torpedoes
One Vulcan Phalanx CIWS; four .50-cal (12.7 mm) machine guns.
One Mk 13 Mod 4 single-arm launcher for Harpoon anti-ship missiles and SM-1MR Standard anti-ship/air missiles (40 round magazine)
Aircraft carried: two × SH-60 LAMPS III helicopters

Meaning of Frigate?
Frigate means war ship.

Amphibious warfare means army, commandoes travel in warship, then warship enters seashore, landing army on the sea beach and conquering the land of enemy.

Shashi Tharoor Quits - Questions for the Congress and BJP –

After the week long drama by the BJP, congress government accepted the BJP demand and asks the Shashi Tharoor to resign from his post of Minister of State for External Affairs and Shashi Throor Resigned from his post.

The controversy over the IPL Kochi franchise and Shashi Tharoor –

Shashi Throor got into serious problems after IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi revealed that Tharoor's friend Sunanda Pushkar had equity stakes in Rendezvous Sports World (RSW), heading the consortium that owns the Kochi team.

It was later disclosed that Pushkar got sweat equity of the value of Rs 70 crore RSW following which the opposition has been gunning for his removal on the ground that it was misuse of office for pecuniary gain.

BJP demanded the explanation from Shashi Throor in the parliament when He tried to give the explanation Opposition parties did not allow him to speak in the parliament.

In this episode, Laws were broken clearly; this is very common in India.

The woman in the question is the girl friend of Tharoor; this became the reason for his removal.

Reality views by sm -

Now Questions for BJP and Congress?

Millions or Billions of food was wasted in the Agriculture department
What you did?

Fraud regarding rice imports and exports what you did?

When your daughters and sons get the land of government in free what you do?

How can government pay the subsidy to make wines?

How can you give contracts to your children and relatives?
Commonwealth games and fast car races?

When you are directly giving the contracts to your own relatives, sons and daughters.
Then why does what Shashi Tharoor did become a crime.

One more time Mother India must have cried for the murder of new comer politician and his career.

We hope Shashi Tharoor will not leave politics.

This is the defeat of Honesty and win for the Corruption.

This is defeat of openness and win for the secrecy and fraud.

This is the defeat of Rahul Gandhi by the Old Congress Politicians.

Part 11 - Indian Legal History – Supreme Court Becomes Secondary at Calcutta - 1781

Part 11 - Indian Legal History – Supreme Court Becomes Secondary at Calcutta - 1781
Reality Views by sm -
The case of Nandkumar, a classic case
This is the case against Warren Hastings brought by majority council, then Supreme Court against majority.
Nandkumar got the support and protection from the Majority council.

Nandkumar was influential man from Bengal, brought the corruption and bribery charges against the Warren Hastings in the council.
When this charges were heard by the council Warren Hastings left the room.
After few days Mohun Pershad filed a forgery case against Nandkumar in the Supreme Court of Calcutta.
Supreme Court found Nandkumar guilty and gave him death punishment as per the law.
And the sentence was duly executed.

Supreme Court judge was the friend of Warren Hastings, but the case was tried with the help of 4 judges and 12 Englishmen.
Still many historians say that as judge was the friend of Warren, the nandkumar got death punishment.

For me I feel that Nandkumar became Bakra between the fight of Council and Warren Hastings.
In the year 1728 in England for the act of forgery, capital punishment was given to the accused person when he was found guilty.

The Patna Case –

The Patna Case Happened in the years 1777, 1778, and 1779, this is very interesting case.

Shahbaz beg khan came to Patna from the Kabul and joined the company army; he made money and settled in Patna.

As he did not have any children, he called his nephew Bahadur Beg from Kabul to stay with him and he expressed his desire to adopt him and hand him his all property.
Before this Shahbaz died in the year 1776.

After this the fight started between the widow [of Shahbaz Beg,] Nadirah begum and nephew Bahadur Beg regarding the property of Shahbaz Beg.

Bahadur Beg filed a suit against the Begum in the Patna Provincial Council which functioned as the Diwani court for the town under the warren Hastings plan of 1774

As per the law English judges were helped by the Kazis and Pundits to understand the customs and laws of community. Kazi and Pundits were not supposed to decide the cases wholly.
But English law officers were not interested in the Indian customs they were more busy in collection of revenue.

So English judges gave, allowed the local officers to hear the evidence, decide the fact and expound the law. Patna council left the entire matter in the hands of Muslim law officers.
Begum was not given any notice regarding this suit.

Muslim law officers rejected the Begums claim of gift of deed which she said her husband made.
As Muslim law does not recognize adoption they rejected the claim of the Bahadur Beg also.

They decided that the property of deceased’s property be divided as per the Hanafi school of intestate succession,
One fourth property was allotted to the widow,
Three fourth go to shahbaz beg brother, father, but as he was at Kabul and could not look after property it was entrusted to Bahadur Beg as his son and representative in India.
The provisional council considered the report in the presence of the vakeels of both the parties and confirmed the same and ordered the Muslim law officers to divide the property.

Begum did not accept the fourth share and she left the house and took shelter in the Muslim shrine for the 4 months.
To force her to return home a guard was posted at the shrine. She was even denied food.
The guard was withdrawn after a month.

Then Begum appealed the Sadar diwani adalat but that time Sadar diwani adalat was not functioning, Then Warren Hastings wrote a letter the Patna chief council for explanation and Later Patna chief informed to the Hastings about the matter. But nothing happened.

Then Begum filed a case in the Supreme Court against the Bahadur Beg , kazi and muftis for the assault, battery, false imprisonment , breaking and entering her house and taking away her property and claimed damages amounting to Rs.6 lakh.

Then Supreme Court issued the bailable arrest warrant against the Bahadur Beg, kazis and muftis.
They were arrested in the Patna and brought before the Supreme Court at Calcutta the reason they all failed to furnish the bail of 400,000 Rupees. And they were kept in jail.
After few days government gave bail for the kazi and muftis.

Later Supreme Court heard the case and found that Patna council and kazis and muftis did not function as per their duties and did not function, perform their duties as per the procedure of law.

The court found the deed of gift original and true and valid.
The court awarded damages of Rs.3 lakh to the Begum for personal injuries.
As defendants failed to pay the damages they were sent to the Jail.

This case is the excellent example which shows us to Indians the power of Courts if they are easy to approach for the common people and speedy trial.

The other famous case is Cassijurah case – In this case Supreme Court forces came against the Forces of government regarding court case. The case involves the contempt proceedings against the Governor General and council who send forces to stop the Supreme Court forces. This case is landmark case as Supreme court and Executive, government came to fight with each other.

The government servants as well as English servants did not like the powers of Supreme Court, on the other hand majority Indians like the power of Supreme Court, which gave them justice against the Corrupt Government Indian as well as white officers of the company.

In the year 1777, the company directors complained about the working of courts in Calcutta in the England and demanded that the division of powers is required so that Court will not interfere in the working of government in India.

Consequently in the year 1780 House of Commons appointed a select committee known as the Touchet Committee to hold a through inquiry into the administration of justice in Bengal, Bihar and Orissa.

The committees report led to the passing of new act, the act of settlement 1781, to remove the doubts of the regulating act, to support the government and to safeguard the ancient laws and customs of Hindus and Muslims.

House of commons knew that this law will empower the Executive and this is what they wanted, because We As Indians should not forget that the Company just started their business and control of India ,in this case to increase that control over India , it was necessary that Executive becomes strong and powerful .

This act clearly said that Governor General and Council is not under Supreme Court.
No person will be liable to court if he acts on the order of Governor General or council.

It was again decided that Hindu and Muslim laws should be used for the communities.

Sadar Diwani Adalat got the status of court. - Revenue Matters, cases

Supreme Court was not allowed to hear any cases against the misconduct of any government working or adalatas.

The Supreme Court was not allowed to hear the revenue cases and this way Government as well as government employees got full freedom to rob the Indians.
Government Employees were also Indians.

This way Government became more powerful than the Courts. And Judiciary became secondary.

After the act of 1781 Supreme Court worked more for the next 8 years.

But that time Supreme Court was so successful that it was established in the Bombay and Madras.

Burning like a flame

Beautiful colors inside me
Calling out your name

You came down on me like summer rain
Wearing nothing but your love
I can't explain the shivers I get when you call my name
Painting rainbows on my soul

Beautiful sunrise in your eyes
Burning like a flame
Beautiful colors inside me
Calling out your name

Beautiful sunrise in your eyes
Burning like a flame
Beautiful colors inside me
Calling out your name

She's blown me away like an ocean storm
And she moved her lips to say: "Don't be afraid"
Here I am lost in your eyes to be found again
Cause you've changed my life today

Beautiful sunrise in your eyes
Burning like a flame
Beautiful colors inside me
Calling out your name

Is It National Crime to Follow the Company Which Does Not Pay taxes?

Is It National Crime to Follow the Company Which Does Not Pay taxes?
Reality Views by sm -
The company has business of billions of rupees and profits of billions of rupees.
The company is not registered as charitable trust but older brother he has company that is registered as charitable trust with no social service.

The company does not pay income tax.

If possible, by hook or crook or by intelligence they see that state government does not charge them Entertainment tax.

They use the services of cities, they use the services of police force, do not know for this type of service they pay charge or not?

They enjoy the life style of king, they got parties where beauty and wine is present, every one is rich and famous, still they say we do social service.

The company is so big if you purchase the tickets they will send you a very big car to your home, you can drink wine their and watch the games, you can even meet the big beautiful ladies , models and even movie stars, just show the money and you can see the honey.

Never heard company people or owners doing the social service, or visiting the farmer’s house who has committed suicide.

Like the slaves they purchase the players, tomorrow if they will purchase the models will you accept it?
May be they are accepting it and doing it, I am not sure about it.

I do not follow such company, but now I am thinking to follow such company and I am confused?

A company which does not pay taxes, which does not do social service, which does not play national games
Do you think if I follow such a company, I am doing a national crime?

I am confused, as if you are following such a company let me know why you follow that company, so I can also understand and follow that company.

Please educate me,

Thanks for reading, Hope you will educate me

Where as Indian Politicians are like wolves that change their views and ideas like a color-changing animal.

Shashi Tharoor has to understand these wolves and like wise he should behave, India needs educated politicians like him.

What is wrong in discussing Politics Openly?

India and Indian Politics is not the Private Business of Politicians
It is our Public business and public that is common person like you and me we have full right to know what our Political servants are thinking.

What is wrong in publicly saying what is in his heart to the public, citizens of India,

The corrupt politicians are afraid of this behavior of openness, which takes a person to honesty, integrity, education and intelligence.

There is one saying if you are uneducated and not clever, to show your intelligence one should not open mouth.

When Tharoor is intelligent why he should keep his mouth shut?

I will just say India needs Politicians like you so please use the tricks and intelligence while talking in the country where population is uneducated study wise as well as politically.

An Attempt to Compare Germany and USA –

An Attempt to Compare Germany and USA –

Reality Views by sm –

Germany and USA both are superior countries than India, so it is necessary for us Indians to know these both nations correctly.
So this is an attempt to compare both Countries , as I will compare them both, I am sure you will understand both and will be able to compare it with India.

Reality Views by sm –

1.USA – In the US elections, many candidates stand for the election and the candidate who gets more than 50% votes wins the election.

2.On the other hand, in Germany, Germany uses different type of voting, where voter gives two votes one for candidate and one for party. This way in Germany Party becomes more important, Party controls all, Loyalty is towards party, and taxpayer’s money is given to the political parties according to the proportion of votes each political receives, also big companies pay donations and by membership. In Germany individual opinion no value, important is what the vision of party is.

3.In America, political parties raise their own funds, In American political parties do not decide the candidates for the elections, and it is decided through primaries races between the party candidates where every voter who thinks he is supporter of the party goes to vote, in this way party workers decide who will be their election candidate. In America, country is divided into congressional districts, one for each member of the house of parliament, and the person who wins the district seat gets the corresponding seat in the House, After every Ten years the area of districts is changed to keep the size of the districts same, but here its possible that ruling party can change districts such a way that opposite party voters are divided and ruling party will again win that seat.

4.In America President is not more powerful , more powerful is congress on the other hand in Germany Chancellor in Germany is elected by the parliament , the Bundestag this means that Chancellor in Germany is very powerful as he got the seat with the majority .

5.In many US states, they got a system of direct democracy, where citizens can bring up ballot measures if they raise enough signatures. There are no restrictions on the contents of these measures, tax reductions, criminal laws, recalls of non-performing politicians and changes of state constitutions, Local prosecutors, sheriffs, and judges are also often directly elected by the citizens, on the other hand, in Germany they are appointed, this way Politician becomes more powerful.

6.In America, voting percentage is reducing because American people have started to think and behave in such a way that permanently they are going to remain the richest country of the world. This is just one of the reasons.

9.In America is land where Freedom of speech is very well guarded, if one American did not like the book of other American , he will say him I do not support your view , but I will fight with you so American government will not ban the book, On the other Hand in Germany this will rarely happen, because of Nazi experience. Still in US, freedom speech is mainly enjoyed by the rich , if you are from middle class and if you are doing job and your boss is against your political views he may fire you and you cannot claim this in the court that , the situation in US is very complicated regarding Freedom of Speech. In Germany, it is not easy to fire the employee it requires notice with reason it is a lengthy process. In US patriot Act is one act which is used by FBI and if it is used against a person he becomes totally helpless once the court orders are with the FBI , the person against whom such order is passed is not allowed to talk to anyone, he is not allowed to tell his or her wife or husband or family , he is not allowed to write a letters to newspapers, So again here freedoms are not safeguarded .
